The food at this place is amazing. The staff is very polite and they could not do more to make you feel like at home. This restaurant is a must when you are visiting the city centre. P.S : The vodca and the beer are next level 🤘👍❤️

We had a very lovely time here. Great service, great drinks and tasty food. We ordered the sausages with cabbage, which was similar to sauerkraut (just a bit sweeter) and the potato pancakes with pork paprika sauce. Anastasia was our server… she was super friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. Thank you for the enjoyable time. We recommend! 🙂

Popular Polish cuisine! The food is tasty but is made with parsimony. They try to maximize the profit even though they are so popular. I had an unhappy experience. I went alone as a matter of fact I was placed on a table around the corner. The door was opened in my left rib. The girls were indifferent and showed a smile like a mask. No music, atmosphere like at the canteen. The beef soup was excellent. The spinach pancake was good but small. Worth a try. One more thing from my corner I could see the kitchen entrance, not ok. I mean disorder, cans thrown away.

Go here to try delicious polish food. This restaurant offers a variety of polish dishes. I have tried the Bigos which was really tasty. The meat was tender and well seasoned. While the cabbage added a nice sourness to the meal. The bread around it was crispy and fluffy and accomplished the main course well.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience here. We tried various pierogi's, sausages, and potatoes. We visited in the winter when there were not many tourists so there was no wait. The food came out quickly and was very authentic and high quality. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and recommend it for folks visiting and looking for authentic Polish food.

One of my favorite places in Poland, where we often come with a group. The dishes are hearty and very tasty, I recommend it for a mandatory visit to foreign tourists for a more detailed acquaintance with Polish cuisine and culture. The service is also very good and all the staff are polite and pleasant.

Food is awful and extremely overpriced. They target tourists mostly so probably dont care much. We got Zurek, Placki ziemniakowy (potato pancakes) and sausages. Placki - very dry and thin, feels like you eat paper. Zurek was quite small for the price and taste not the best, not so meaty. Sausages were okaish. I have no idea why the rating of the place is so high, but don't go there. I definitely DON'T recommend. You can find way better places with Polish cuisine.

The soup came in first and arrived quicker than I had expected, and the soup was absolutely amazing and was just perfect for this cold weather; my daughters loved the bread bowl it came with, I will definitely go here again sometime! We tried out some of the dumplings and it was a great combination with beer. All in all the food was a ten out of ten and the costumer service was near perfect :)

Awesome place for traditional polish food. The hunters stew was the highlight for us! Super flavorful and the plums were an unexpectedly delicious addition to the dish. The dumplings and pork was also a winner. Glad that we made this our lunch stop!

We`ve visited twice as tourists and we liked the atmosphere and food very much. The restaurant is with very convenient central location and is usually packed. It is difficult to find a table and unfortunately they do not accept reservations on weekends. My husband loves the place so would probably visit it again.

The food is great. So far, this restaurant has been the best one in Warsaw, in which I try Polish food. The staffs are nice and welcoming. Atmosphere is just great, not too busy in a Thursday evening. I called to book a table 2 hours prior to arrival, and they reserved me a nice table with window view.

We came because of the recommendation of the free tour guide. Everything was good. The food was traditional and tasty, with a wide variety of plates. The waiters were very nice and smiley. Recommended. The only little but is that the music was a bit loud

Very nice restaurant with a cosy atmosphere in Old Town of Warsaw. Even through it was rainy and cold day, there were pretty full, but we found a place for two. On sunny day, when there are more people in town, I recommend to do a reservation. About the food, pierogi were good, but we expected something more, it was average. But the traditional borscht soup in a cup was amazing, very delicious. The strawberry lemonade was also very good. The waitresses were really nice. Overall nice experience.

Good pierogis especially the fried ones. Polish sausages were great and went nice with the mulled beer. Great friendly service and had a nice private room for eight! Awesome experience!!

Food is amazing! The dumplings were really good as well as the traditional soup in sour dough bread bowl! 🤗 the staff were very nice and friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant just feels very homey.

This place is delicious! We went to two different locations and everything we tried was outstanding. Here he had a mix of pierogi (recommend the cabbage and mushrooms, and spinach), the gnocchi with goulash and the pork stew in bread basket. We also tried the pork schnitzel that was extremely well seasoned. Really recommend to try traditional polish dishes!

If you are near the Old Town in Warsaw, this place is worth a stop! We walked from our hotel, Hilton Warsaw City which was only about 2 miles, walked the Old City, then stopped by this place to have a bite of lunch. We had assorted plates, an option, of boiled Pierogi, ranging from spinach/garlic/cheese, cabbage, bacon/potato, meat, pork and we topped ours with sour cream, which we noticed most doing. You could also get butter or bacon as a topping.. Service was fantastic and friendly.

The moment we walked in to the place we were greeted in a friendly way. The staff attended to our needs politely. The food was amazing and authentic. The portions were enormous and it was worth the price. I totally recommend this place for anyone who would like to try Polish food

Nice and cozy place with Polish cuisine. Dumplings are amazingly tasty, 8 of them can make you full. Stuff is friendly and speaks English fluently. Located on beautiful street, so you can enjoy Warsaw while eating.

A cozy restaurant next to the old palace complex. I liked the friendly and positive service, I liked the choice of dishes, everything was very tasty, both food and drinks. Prices are average. It was comfortable to sit in hot weather, umbrellas created the necessary shade, on a hot day it is a salvation :) We spent two days in Warsaw and are glad that we visited this restaurant, because the impressions were good.

Amazing place with polish national cuisine! I have eaten here twice, last year (2021) and this year (2022). Always very good and fast service, friendly staff, separate BIG THANK YOU waiter Anastasia for good recommendations and pleasant atmosphere. The best place to try national cuisine and to feel the atmosphere of Poland.

First of all no hate! Just my honest, personal opinion:) The location and the restaurant itself is actually lovely. The food quality is good, fresh material, however the taste not even close to good! No seasonings not even salt, very difficult to eat or digest so I’m really disappointed specially after seeing the ratings ! Not even close! Wouldn’t go there for the second time unless there was no place to eat, and I was starving:)

  • 5/5 D. V. 1 year ago on Google
Tried the boiled Pierogies. They let you mix and match all their different flavours of dumplings (I tried all nine flavours)! Everything was super tasty! English speaking staff was amazing, super nice ladies! I would definitely recommend their ginger tea as well! Prices are very cheap.

Was in Warsaw for a brief period and stopped by this place since it looked fun and inviting, was not disappointed! The staff are amazing and the food is fantastic. It was our first time trying any polish cuisine so we had high expectations. Honestly a night to remember, if I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be making a stop here.

One of my favorite restaurants for pierogi. The fired ones in particular were absolutely delicious, the chicken liver was so great. Also the sweet pierogi were so nice. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing staff, the quality of food and drink was first class… the Sangria at this place is better than I’ve had anywhere in Spain! Special mention to Adrianna our waitress who was exceptional and gave an amazing service, we will definitely return to Gościniec on our next visit to Warsaw.

  • 5/5 Devlock The D. 11 months ago on Google
Food was great, had the pan fried and boiled pierogi. We also had the soup in the bread bowl, which was also great. Service from Adrianna was superb, she will brighten your day! Highly recommend! 😁

Visited this restaurant to try some local Polish cuisine. The food was very tasty and they had a wide variety of options. The staff were very attentive, served us very quickly, and looked after us well. I only scored 3 for the atmosphere due to the table layout outside. It's a bit tight for space. So maybe not the best place to go with lots of bags.

We ordered sour rye soup, pork knuckle and fried livers and they are so tasty! I didn’t expect to enjoy having a sour rye soup because I once had it at other place and I didn’t like it, but the soup here is not really sour but still keeps the virtue of the taste! We also like the liver cuisine, it suits so well with onions and apples! Everything including drinks here is perfect, definitely recommend this restaurant! Btw, staff are so so friendly and we really felt welcomed:)

Everything about this restaurant is amazing. The spot is great because it's located in the middle of the Old Town. The staff is friendly and they speak English. As for the food, I tried the bigos and I have to say that it was one of the most delicious dishes that I've ever tried in my life; juicy, fresh, warm... just perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant and the bigos.

The restaurant is excellent. There was longtime I hadn't such a good meal. I got a meat Pierogi with butter, and friend dumplings on chicken with sauce and sour cream. It was wonderfully tasty! Besides that they have super excellent prices. The service was also really good. Daria and Vera was really patient, nice, professional, and willing to help. I'm gonna come back here for sure. You won't regret of going there!!
