    I've been doing Pilates with Gilly for just over a month and it's already made a load of difference to my posture and core strength. Gilly is always lovely and cheerful (i don't know how she manages it!). Her lessons are clear and patient, and she is very knowledgeable about how to exercise without exacerbating injury. I'll be with her for years to come!

    Gilly runs Realign Pilates and is amazing. She's bright & bubbly and the class always has a good laugh with her. I can't recommend Realign Pilates enough, not only have I noticed a huge difference in my core strength improving my balance but also in my suppleness and flexibility. Gilly tailors classes to suit individual needs and abilities so no worries about being under or over challenged. Other class members are very friendly and welcoming making it an all round good experience. I always come away feeling much better both physically and mentally. 100% recommend it.

    I’ve been going to Gilly’s classes for a long time and they are amazing, I started Pilates as a total beginner but Gilly’s classes are a lovely environment and suitable for any ability so I’ve never once felt uncomfortable. I always come out of the classes feeling so much better physically and mentally, I would 1000% recommend to anyone!

    Gilly really knows her stuff and there's no ego, it's all about the welfare of her class. Initially I thought that Pilates may not achieve very much for me. I was wrong. What I get from Gilly's classes is what is between them: flexibility and a far fewer aches and pains. He classes are fun and at the same time you know you are in safe hands.

    My wife and I have been going to Gilly’s Pilates classes for about 3 months now and I can highly recommend her groups. She is so welcoming and the atmosphere amongst the group is great. As a complete novice I can vouch that any ability is able enjoy her classes.

    I can honestly say Gilly's pilate classes are amazing! I've been attending for a while now, and if you can't make a class in person, you have the option to take the class online. I love how Gilly explains all the movements and gives you optional movements if you have medical issues. Something I've personally found doesn't always happen at other classes. As someone who is extremely anxious in a group environment, I've found Gilly to be very welcoming and friendly. She is always smiling and will have you laughing along, so you soon forget that you're exercising and instantly puts you at ease. If you are looking to join a pilates class, then stop looking as Realign Pilates is the one you need! 😊

    My physio advised me to try clinical Pilates. I found Gilly’s classes. I couldn’t use my shoulders. I couldn’t even lift the kettle. I was prone to falls. Over the time I have been attending classes my core strength has improved!I have amazing strength in my shoulders! I don’t fall anymore! I feel like a different person. I can even wear heels again!! Gilly is a brilliant person and an amazing teacher. The classes are fun and you do the exercises to suit your level. I would recommend these classes to all. My daughter also joined and loves the classes. Thank you Gilly xx

    I really enjoy my classes at Realign Pilates. Gilly is a fantastic teacher and she makes the sessions so much fun. She is very experienced and very professional in her teaching. I'm so glad I found Gilly's classes and took the plunge to go along.

    I have recently joined Gilly's Realign Pilates classes as I was looking for more challenging sessions. Gilly's classes are perfect, she layers all the exercises so you can work at your own pace. It's a great studio, very well equipped and sessions take place in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend Gilly's classes for either beginners or for those who are more experienced with Pilates.

    I was new to Pilates when I started one of Gilly’s classes (on a recommendation from a friend ) ten months ago and I have enjoyed every class since! Gilly is very encouraging and classes are a lot of fun. All exercises are layered so you can work at your own level, yet she also stretches us (physically and metaphorically!) in a safe and professional way. I would wholeheartedly recommend Realign Pilates!

    Love love love pilates with Gilly. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and caters for all abilities. She is able to explain the benefits of the various exercises whilst maintaining a really fun and relaxing atmosphere. Book a class, you won't regret it!

    Been going to Realign Pilates over six months. Great classes, Gilly explains the exercises really well, always gives options for different levels and instruction on which way to breath during each exercise, which is really helpful. Very friendly, her sessions fly by so fast, it's a pleasure to be part of them.

    Gilly’s classes have re-inspired my love for and practise of Pilates. After a period of ‘not so brilliant health’ and practising a little at home. I am pleased to have found Realign Pilates (recommended by a very good friend Denise) and look forward to my weekly class with Gilly. I always feel taller and stronger when the class has finished. At the moment keeping to the low/med level, I have something to aspire to as my body strength grows. The classes are friendly (it’s always a bit nerve wracking when you join an established group). Gilly’s great banter sometimes makes you forget just how hard you are working, which ensures you have fun and come away feeling refreshed. The class I go to is on a Monday morning, I can’t think of a better way to start the week. I highly recommend Gilly’s Realign Pilates class.

    I've been going to Gilly's classes for a year now and love them! Gilly creates a really lovely atmosphere, relaxed and welcoming, and is a great teacher. Gilly is knowledgeable and her instructions are clear, explaining why as well as how in relation to each move. Highly recommended!

    Fabulous classes, Gilly is a wonderful and experienced teacher. We work hard and every session is fun, with laughter along the way. There are variations of each exercise to suit everyone’s ability. I’ve never looked back since joining Realign Pilates last year. Eight months on, I feel so much stronger, not only in body, but in heart and mind too. Give it a try, and you’ll find out for yourself what Pilates with Gilly can positively achieve for your health and well being.

    I love my weekly Pilates class with Gilly and always look forward to going. She is an excellent teacher, guiding us through breathing and movements at every stage and building things up slowly, making sure our technique is correct, with the option to stop at a level we feel comfortable doing. Gilly is also one of the most bubbly and cheerful people I have ever met, full of positive energy and enthusiasm, which is infectious and always puts a smile on my face. I would thoroughly recommend Gilly's classes, whether you are a beginner or regular attendee of Pilates. They are equally accessible and rewarding. Even if you miss a weekly slot, there is also the advantage of being able to attend one of Gilly's online session to keep in practice! Well worth the monthly fee all round.

    Joined Pilates initially for pain management of knee and lower back. Gilly is incredibly engaging with the class and on a personal level. Can’t recommend enough. Always feel great after her classes. Felt so welcome into the nice Pilates family at Realign! X

    I joined Gilly's class at the begining of 2022 and I'm delighted how her classes have met my needs - physically and personally. Typical of modern living, ideally I try to go to my designated class each week yet unplanned situations get in the way and I'm unable to attend. Thankfully Gilly posts each weekly session online so I'm able to practice pilates all day, every day at a time that fits in with me. I have tried various exercise classes over the years but never pilates! I like how Gilly each week focuses upon individual muscles and their groups in a calm, relaxed manner with clear instruction and direction (she certainly knows her stuff). This time allows me to concentrate on my body and posture for 1 hour per week. I'm delighted I found Gilly and would recommend her to anyone who wants to take care of their body without the high intensity of some exercise classes.

    I love my weekly Pilates class with Gilly! I find it a moment of calm in an otherwise hectic Friday but I certainly feel the effects the next day so I know it’s doing me good! Gilly is a great instructor and describes everything you are supposed to be doing, feeling and working in a way I can easily understand.

    I’ve been attending Gilly’s classes for a few weeks now and am thoroughly enjoy them. I was quite nervous to begin with but Gilly’s nature is happy, chatty and very welcoming. The classes can be challenging but she encourages you to work at your own pace and offers alternatives if needed. I feel my balance has improved and I’m more aware of my posture.

    I am so happy that I was able to join Realign Pilates, and just wish I had done so sooner. What was I waiting for? Gilly, our teacher creates a really lovely friendly atmosphere and is so supportive with beginners like myself. I am already feeling the benefits and would definitely recommend Gilly, who is a brilliant teacher.

    I’ve been attending Gilly’s classes for a few months now. I really enjoy the classes and have seen a massive difference in my balance and increased strength. Gilly does this by building on the exercises and before you know it within a couple of classes I have noticed I can do certain things without the fear of loosing balance. Thank you for the lovely atmosphere you create in your classes, they are so fun and I always look forward to them
