A really cracking local. Fantastic range of well kept beers, cask and keg, and an excellent range of other drinks, and lovely people to serve them who really know what they're doing. A good bunch of regulars, different on different days, but always welcoming. Well worth a visit, and their monthly quizzes are fantastic. Dog friendly as well. Ten out of ten.

Great independent pub. Not a beer drinker myself, but fear not, they have a great selection of gins. Landlord has a cracking sense of humour as well.

Excellent well kept proper beers. Unfortunately the physical nature of the premises means the layout is awful. It's a corridor. Every customer gets in the way of every other customer. No doubt not a problem Mon Tue Wed but if even half busy it's as I describe. Regrettably. Nevertheless it's the least bad bar in Bramhall. Thank goodness Cheadle Hulme is so close. After seeing the funny side of my review - and writing it on their window ! - how could I fail to correct it to 5 stars !?!?

This was my fourth or fifth visit an ideal pub to stop off when walking my dog. Small, honest drinking house with seating also down in the cellar. Great local ales including Bollington's Bitter, Long Hop etc.

Fab little bar very unique with friendly staff

First visit since pre Covid. Not a fan of Bramhall but love this micro bar. Been a few times and always had good beer and a warm welcome. Surprisingly spacious with an extra room downstairs. Pavement seating for four! Had a lovely pint of Bollington Best.

Nice little independent (sister pub of the Chiverton Tap). With a good selection of beers (and not just hippy IPAs) as well as a wide range of gins. They have also refined the wine selection recently, which may make it more appealing for some. Looks small from the outside, but has a downstairs seating area and beer garden, so is more extensive than you'd think. Lovely quirky decor too (I love the table made out of a door! 😀)

I was introduced by a friend and it did not disappoint. The selection of great tasting beers, including their own brew was mind blowing. Customer service was spot in and you just sensed that they had a passion for serving quality drinks. 100% recommend this the mounting stone
