Really nice flavors and attention to detail. It took about 12 mins to get our food due to a lot of deliveries but the staff were really nice and apologized for taking longer than the 7 minutes they had promised. But to be honest 12 minutes was still very quick and the wait was totally worth it. It made me feel like I was in Asia :)

Great food, excellent taste and presentation. We tried chicken gyozo, chicken bbq bibimbap and hirata bun and all were very good. In my opinion, hirata bun was the best

Ordered at the counter and got our meals very quickly after sitting down. So fast, so fresh and very tasty. We tried the Spicy BBQ pork donburi, Beef bibimbap and fried kimchi. We did expect something different to the kimchi when it says fried but think it's actually just means spicier. Will definitely come back and try the other ones ☺️

Love this place the food is healthy but delicious too. They use air frying so nearly no oil. Price is good potions are good. If you like Korean or Japanese food a must try!

Although the food was good, I'm giving two stars as one member of staff (who was packing the food into bags) was not wearing a face shield or mask. A shame because otherwise the service was friendly and the food tasty.

Excellent food again, on this my second visit. Loved the soft and fluffy Hirata Buns (Chicken BBQ + Need BBQ Steamed Buns). Had the Chicken BBQ Donburi which was also delicious. Top class food presentation, super tasty and served pretty quickly.

Ordered for delivery. Arrived quickly. Had beef donburi and a side of kimchi. Absolutely amazing. Beef was cooked perfectly, the mix of veg in the donburi added great flavour and texture. Will be ordering again.

This place obviously knows how to satisfy their clients. Regularly with a very kind demeanor. The food is fairly priced, regularly delicious and clean.

Recommend the spicy pork BBQ donburi and the hirata buns! Really tasty and nice, quick service. We enjoy eating in at the counter too.

Went here ages ago. Tried the hirata bun which is deliciously soft and fluffy. As well as buns, their donburi bowls are worth trying. For drinks, there is green tea to offer and some other drinks in the cabinet. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future.

Very tasty food would go back for sure if in the area portion size could of been a bit bigger but the meal itself was fantastic

I’m sure this place is great if you eat meat, but if you’re vegan or vegetarian, I’d avoid. My food came cold, was described as vegan but was effectively rice with a bit of salad and egg. The veg gyoza I ordered wasn’t veg either. It’s very expensive for what it is and not great they’re sending out the wrong order or advertising things as vegan which aren’t.

I got beef bimbimbap delivered and it was possibly the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. I got it with a side of Kimchi and it hit the spot entirely. Top tip, add a fried egg to it.

Had a variety of sushi and 3 buns and all were full of flavour and as fresh as can be. Hidden gem in Croydon!

I have been getting takeout from Donburi for the past 3 years and I swear that each time I’ve ordered the bowls and portion sizes have shrunk. What they now also do is stuff the bowl half-full with shredded lettuce and then give you a spoonful of rice and another spoonful of meat - a starter portion at a cost of £12. What a ripoff! This was the final time I order from Donburi. Shrinkflation at its best example. They should be ashamed of themselves. Greed will be your downfall.

Today, we bought spicy pork Bibimbap, Chicken Bbq, KFC, Takoyaki, snow cakes... All sooooo yummy!! No regrets at all. Super delicious healthy food!! Thanks to the lovely owner and his family. The owner even gave us free scrumptious gyozas!! Eve xx

Really nice Bibimbap and Donburi. The spicy pork hiragana buns were delicious too. Staffs were super friendly and accommodating. Will highly recommend.

Nice service and decent but needs improving. The Takoyaki was ok but was lacking a little bit in flavour and could have been hotter. I also found it strange that the fried kimchi Donburi is served cold, I questioned this but the lady said that it is fried but that is how it’s served. The Kimchi was lovely but seemed just like normal fermented kimchi and not fried at all.

Friendly and quick service, the Bibimbap was delicious! Looking forward to try other options soon.

Unexpectedly dropped in with a large group and we ordered a bit of everything. I'm so glad we did, the food was delicious, the owners are so friendly and kind. Can't wait to go back again!

The owner was really nice - I commented that the beef bimbap wasn’t spicy enough, she gave me extra portion of spicy beef for free. Taste wise, the bun was quite soft and juicy

I ordered the chicken katsu curry and it was delicious. The service was great and the food was ready in minutes.

Happy we discovered this place! Decided spontaneously to go in. Warmly welcomed on entry. The buns (we had the pork bun and beef bun) were generously filled and delicious. Will be looking forward to visiting soon. Great addition to the local food scene!

Absolutely delicious and super fresh tasting. So glad this place opened just around the corner from me, but going to be hard to resist getting take outs now!

It was honestly the nicest experience I’ve had in a while! Everything was clean, the owner very friendly and atmosphere was lovely. I was already very pleased and then I had had the food, which was absolutely amazing, we had the spicy pork bun, the bbq beef bun, Korean fried chicken and the beef donburi. All of them were really good but the buns were my favourite! Definitely going there again soon!

The buns and the Gyoza are good starters and the donburis is a great main. My favourite main is Spicy Pork Donburi. Whoever likes a spicy food, I strongly reccomend:)))

Great bibimbap, highly recommend the spicy pork. The gyoza was soft and tasty, and the BBQ beef boa was delicious. Really friendly staff gave us a pot of kimchi which is a lovely touch.

The food and customer service was alright however the portions were not at all upto the mark for the price they charge. The katsu curry was overpriced and was not the best, the quantity was not worth the money. I would personally expect a lot more in the box.

Got the pork and beef bao buns. Tasty thin slices of meat, not fatty or chewy at all. Well seasoned with fresh coriander and fried onion crisps.Soft fluffy bun. New and clean inside with fast friendly service. Staff had high standard of ppe.

Happy I popped into this place for a quick takeaway lunch. Food is brilliant and really friendly staff. Highly recommend checking this place out
