The manager Denise is absolutely disgustingly rude. She served a customer before me who was buying something and was nice as pie. She took a disliking to me for some reason as I wanted to return an item. She huffed, puffed and shouted at me for not having a receipt which she herself took off me when I was last in the store. The absolutely nasty woman doesn’t deserve a job when countless others are out of work. Smarten up your attitude and lead by example Denise. You certainly won’t be seeing me again - expect a complaint via the CEO in due course.

We have visited the store today for a ring purchase. We were assisted by Maisie and I must say after a long time I am confidently saying that we have experienced customer services at its best….she have explained the details, displayed the rings and answered all our queries. Thanks a lot Maisie!!

I walked in to the store today ready to buy a watch for my husband for Christmas. I walked around the shop few times but as I don't have an idea what's in style these days I was hoping one of the staff would assist. I asked one of the ladies for reccomendation and if there is a "best seller" in a particular price range. She pointed me towards a certain brand and carried on doing a stocktake. I left dissapointed and empty handed.

I stopped by your shop to buy a present for my wife. Very quickly someone from the staff approached me with an offer of help. The choice was difficult due to a large amount of jewellery. Despite this, with great patience and professionalism, Bianca showed me more and more things. After some time, I decided to take Bianca's suggestion and decided to buy. I was pleasantly surprised by the help with a free exchange for a different size. Also, Bianka was very helpful in obtaining the certificate of authenticity. I must point out that the entire staff of the store was very nice and willing to help. I will recommend everyone to buy in your store. I wish you good luck and keep it up.

Decent enough range, some wonky prices. Most of the range is way cheaper online! Of course you can't touch anything until Karen stops talking to Sharon! Obviously didn't get what I was looking for that was online and in stock! Living the dream.. just not in Ernest Jones. Wasted trip!

I visited the Epsom store this weekend where Denise and Tina kindly greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Both team members were so helpful and attentive. Great service and a great store!

No slander just facts. Recently, I reserved a Boss watch last minute for a colleague’s retirement. I arrived in Epsom having travel from Maidstone and collected the watch and took it immediately to Timpsons for engraving. The gent pointed out loads of scratches on the back of the watch which was immensely disappointing. I didn’t have any time to return and had to go ahead with the engraving as i had to present it the next day. I strongly suggest you scrutinise whatever you click and collect as from my experience the staff don’t quality check the items when picking them. I won’t return, next time I’ll go elsewhere as I can’t be left with that feeling of disappointment again. I was so excited when I was making my way to collect.

Assistant manager Alex was brilliant! She asked for my rough budget and what sort of product I wanted, and didn't immediately bring out the most expensive. She seemed to care about what was right for me and showed genuine interest. No hard selling and was just happy to help. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you!

I have to thank the guys there for their help with the purchase of a Tag watch. It started with the Crawley branch who were kind enough to check the stock for me and called ahead to reserve the watch. They couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a great experience and very personal service from Denise and Ernest. The help didn’t stop there either Denise send me a follow up email and assisted me with tracking down an alternative watch strap directly from Tag that I was after. If I was in the market for more watches this is where I’d go, so I’ll start saving now. Thanks guys Paul
