Very tasty food in the restaurant, tastier than at home! There is a lot of greenery on the territory, very clean and tastefully done! The pool is absolutely amazing! Amazing hotel, helpful staff, great indoor pool, delicious breakfast. The owner of this hotel, welcomed us at the front desk (he speaks Czech, German and English) and throughout the stay, he kept making sure we're having a great time. We were traveling with an infant, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Location: Hotel is right at Americká street, everything is within walking distance (Františkovy lázně is a small town). Park is 2 minutes away, the main "promenade" is 5 minutes away, supermarket (Lidl) 8 minutes away on foot. Room: The hotel was redesigned in 2005. It features modern rooms (good standard, I'd say) with nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and all the things you'd expect from a four star hotel: TV, safe, mini fridge. Indoor Pool - can't say enough positive things about the indoor pool. Clean, large, with jacuzzi and fun streams that you can switch on/off. There's also a sauna which I didn't try. At one point, we had to leave the pool because there was a 30 min scheduled lesson of pool exercises. No big deal. We were in the pool a lot and really enjoyed it. Gym: Large room with a table tennis table (bats and balls included), few exercising machines (elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, multi-purpose lifting). The gym is basically deserted most of the time. Hotel mostly caters to German spa tourists, who are more interested in the procedures the hotel offers (massages, treatments etc.) which we didn't try. Restaurant: Good "German" breakfast buffet, with eggs, sausages, vegetables, muesli, coffee, cheeses, hams etc. Nothing was missing. Restaurant is very busy during the breakfast time. We also tried their evening menu and the food was delicious. Nothing too fancy, choice from few items, mostly traditional Czech dishes, was really good.

Tento hotel mohu jen a jen doporučit i když je asi primárně určen spíše k lázeňskym pobytům ,strávili jsme tam nezapomenutelný wellness pobyt. Úžasně milé paní recepční ,které vždy se vším poradili,příjemný a velmi ochotný personál hotelové restaurace. Hotelové pokoje na vysoké úrovni,vždy čisté,k dispozici čisté ručníky a osušky,župany nejen k bazénu. Samostatnou kapitolou bylo stravování -chtěl bych najít nějaké slovo ,které by dostatečně vyjádřilo pocit který jsem po každé návštěvě ,ať už snídaně nebo večere ,zažíval Asi nejblíže k tomu bylo slovo FANTAZIE ať už výběrem snidanového bufetu nebo skvělých večeří. Nic tak úžasného jsem již dlouho nekonzumoval Malinkou kaňkou bylo ,že zde bylo více hostů ze SRN ,ale to nemůže zkazit v mých očích celkový dojem z celého hotelu a pobytu. Škoda,že neexistuje hodnocení 10 hvězd ,hned bych je s chutí dál Přeji hotelu a všem zaměstnancům ať se daří stále dál a dál Rád si někdy pobyt v hotelu zopakuji

Byl jsem zde na léčebně - rehabilitačním pobytu po operaci kyčle. Vše bylo vynikající. Velice příjemný a ochotný personál jak v restauraci, tak na procedurách. Velmi pečlivá paní doktorka. Jídlo v restauraci výborné, velký výběr a velké porce. Hotel je moc krásný s perfektním bazénem s neomezeným vstupem. Krásné posezení v nádherné a perfektně udržované zahradě. Velice příjemný benefit - parkování zdarma.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Service sehr gut. Das Essen war sehr lecker, die ganze Verpflegung hatte allerdings weniger den Charme eines Hotels, eher wie in einer Rehaklinik. Mit der Organisation der Kurabteilung war ich nicht zufrieden. Die komplexe Heilkur hat nun mal weder Heilung noch Verbesserung vebracht. Warum bekomme ich bei Fußbeschwerden den Rücken massiert und soll bitte für eine Fußmassage extra zahlen? Warum sollte ich dieses Hotel wieder besuchen, wenn die Kurleistungen nicht gut sind?

Wir waren 14 Tage auf Kurzurlaub. Das Zimmerkeepeng war gut. Das Essen manchmal ungenießbar (Bedienung hat sich entschuldigt).Absolut nicht 4 Sterne eher wie in einer Kantine. Die Anwendungen ausser Massagen 08/15. Schade, dass wir trotzdem wir schriftlich unsere Beurteilung 3 Tage vor Abfahrt an der Rezeption abgegeben haben, sich niemand von der Geschäftsleitung bei uns gemeldet hat. Das Haus ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen

Vysoká úroveň péče personálu, vždy s úsměvem a ochotou, od recepce po restauraci, pokojské či zdravotní personal nic nebylo problem. Perfektní čistota a výběr pokrmu. Je to kredit nejen zaměstnancům ale určitě i vedení Hotelu Bajkal. Myslím, ze nepatříme k “nenáročným” hostům a proto jsme byli obzvlášť velmi mile překvapeni. Velké díky všem!
