    New apartment and office complex built on a place of an aviatic/auto factory Walter Engines. There you can find Billa supermarket, a kindergarten, canteens and cafes, shops, drugstore, Starbucks, modern playground... Metro station is very close, also bus stops and a tram (15min walk). Comfortable modern apartments.

    Nice place. Interesting playground for kids. New blocks of flat. Do take care of thieves when you have your construction of the flat
