Pleasantly surprised...spending the day at the Oswego Best Western Plus didn't exactly sound exciting. BUT...its newly renovated, has a fantastic gym and pool, and the view on the river is beautiful.

Very nice conference area. Clean, lots of space, food was really good, staff were on point, seating was plentiful and the layout was well done as well. The fireplace and views of the lake are a nice touch as well.

Wedding sampling today- great atmosphere and food was delicious.

This place is awesome the waitresses were the best and so were the bartenders

My car was damaged in the parking lot. The maid cannot straighten out the bed linens because of Covid restrictions but they can enter the room and remove the garbage and change the towels. Although no one wears masks and They still provide a buffet style breakfast

Very nice venue. The staff is friendly and professional. The view of the river and lake is fantastic.

What a lovely place! My coworker and I, out-of-towners, came here for a training. The staff were so accommodating, helped with technology, and the food was wonderful.

Attended a conference. I loved the views of the water and marina. The staff is nice. The rooms are a little dated.

Stopped in 3 days ago for rates and availability for a meeting room. Nobody could help me. Let all my info and have heard nothing. Strange way to run a business.
