I was in the area for an apt this morning that got cancelled. At the spur of the moment, I decided I needed some pampering and googled facials near me to see if I could get in someplace. Reached out to Heavenly Touch by Donna. She responded within minutes and was able to see me in an hour. The office is very nice. Donna was great. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, as I have only ever had 1 facial before. She explained the different services she offered, we talked about my skin needs and wants out of the appointment. She also went over skin care maintenance. I decided on the European facial and derma planing. My skin feels amazing! The massage was so relaxing. Very happy with the results. I can’t Waite for my next appointment. I highly recommend.

Had my first salt facial, oxygen, led ……oh my……was absolutely wonderful. Cannot believe the difference in my skin. Donna was explaining procedure before and during. Explained skin care also. A little expensive, but wow what a difference. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you Donna.

Donna does amazing work. She makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. Donna will figure out what your skin needs and get to work!

All I can say is WOW! Donna is a true professional and knows every little detail about skin care. She gave me a facial and an uplift and my skin looks amazing. But it's not just the professional services she provides, its the little touches she adds to your appointment that makes it one of my favorite places to go to be pampered. She is just so sweet and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone.

I Loved my very first visit with Donna. She is very thorough and knowledgeable sweet and gentle. I had my first microdermabraison with a green tea peel. I Loved every part of this experience. I have already booked my 2nd appt. Can't wait. Office is pleasant, soothing warm & oh the scent is gorgeous. I absolutely enjoyed every minute of this. Prepaid for 3 treatments and told her she could use my 3rd treatment as used since I cancelled late due to my boyfriend's chemo treatment making him sick all night. She chargef me $25 more & I texted her, she was horrible & made fun of me.****Her reply says it all. I have the texts. No I'm sorryfrom her & no continuous texts from me. Sent me a laughing emoji. Im sorry I trusted her with my skin care. Who in the world would be so cruel? She's paid and used no product and no work and then makes fun of our trouble and charges me more? I can't believe this response. So awful

The salt facial was wonderful, after one treatment I can already see some results with my face. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing and Donna educated me on proper skin care!

Booked a facial with her. She was informative but the room that she did the facial in didn’t seem 100% clean. She stated to take my top off and put bra straps under arms but did not leave the room at all while I was changing both before or after the facial I’m not 100% that she looked away either while I was changing which felt super uncomfortable and weird. I found this to be a huge red flag that she didnt immediately leave the room at all. I completely understand wanting to advertise yourself but she semi constantly all the thought the appointment kept talking and asking if I would refer her to friends which felt SUPER pressuring. I don’t mind a little small talk but she talked all throughout the facial which didn’t make for a relaxing experience and the smell also didn’t smell 100% clean or sanitary either. Definitely make sure to do your research before going to any new place and leaving honest reviews about if something felt off or anything.

I wasn’t able to figure out when would be a good time because I use ClassPass for convenience. They call and confirm times, that way I don’t have to. The times that were available on ClassPass don’t reflect the actual times that she is available. My appointment was canceled twice.

I had a horrible experience with Donna. Please check YELP reviews before you make an appointment. I got my first dermabrasion treatment. I setup. another and she took a $50 deposit via Venmo. I also took my niece there for a facial ( she pressures and asks if I have any family/ friends I could refer to her). Well 4 days before my 2nd dermabrasion, I called to cancel. She would not return my deposit back. “ that’s not how we work” she said. Please again check yelp reviews before you deal with this level of dishonesty and lack of ethics. She said I signed that it states no refunds. But I’ve never heard of a business keeping money for services not rendered. It wasn’t a contract and we didn’t agree to a number of treatments.

I have been coming to Donna for over a year now and I have never had someone do amazing with my face until her. She is so sweet and makes me feel so relaxed after being stressed with school. I always recommend her to someone looking for a facial place. If you want somewhere where your skin will love, a very sweet lady and a relaxing time come here!
