The value of the hotel is in the name. I was on a budget and wasn't expecting much from the place. The room was clean and the list amenities were there. However, I was traveling through the town as I was in a 26 foot long box truck moving someone across country. I was able to fit the truck In a way where it wasn't blocking any of the other customer's way, but one of the employees kept complaining to us that we needed to leave quickly because the truck was in the way, which again it wasn't. It was a very rude experience and turned a decent experience into a stressful one. I won't be going back there.

Right on the bike path. Super nice people. Clean quiet but not updated. Great vibes though. Blue collar motel but not seedy. Great Thai food across the street. Oh yeah, blazing fast innernets

A bit too far away from the places I frequent. But it got the job done.

Would not recommend this motel. It is not in the best condition. The a/c - Heater does not work. The rooms are old and not in the best of shape.

I love this motel. Run by a great couple. Sits right on the old Rochester Syracuse trolly trail. Everything is clean and comfortable. They have this amazing garden where the pool used to be. I highly recommend this joint. If you'd rather spend your hard earned dough on the area, and not your room, then this is the place.

The annual music festival brought us to Fairport, but the Budget Inn saved our vacation. Fairport is not a big town. Most of the local hotels were booked long ago. We were starting to look around Rochester for a place to stay. Fortunately, a friend of ours mentioned the Budget Inn about three miles from the festival. This is certainly not the kind of hotel everybody clamors for...at first glance. Some of our friends knew the owners and clued us in. The initial impression is to not even slow down. But we're glad we did. This place has been around for years. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The owners take great pride in their work. Delightful people that obviously care about their guests. The night before we left the owner stopped by to check with us to see if we enjoyed our stay. Try and get that level of service at a Hilton. One of the most memorable points was their garden. They have a beautiful array of flowers and vegetables right in the center of the hotel. They grow all their own food. Talk about fresh!

Don't go for those fake reviews. This motel sucks big time, and the health department should shut it down.

Very nice room! No frills, just a good place to stay.

Prices were high. Good air conditioning! Bed mattresses were too hard, woke with a bad backache and stiffness. Service was OK, we received the last room available.

Recently spent several days in the Fairport area and stayed at the Budget Inn. The staff are friendly, the rooms nicely decorated, clean and quiet. I am no world traveler, but for the amenities you probably could not do better than to make this you base while traveling to the Rochester area. Near shopping, the thruway, and restaurants. EXCELLENT VALUE.
