Had
an
okay
experience
at
best.
I
picked
out
a
2021
white
equinox
I
wanted.
On
the
back
bumper,
there
were
scratches
and
some
parts
looked
like
they
were
gouged
out
probably
from
previous
owner.
When
I
asked
if
it
could
get
fixed
a
little
before
purchase,
salesman
said
that
he
could
give
me
a
paint
pen.
I
emailed
him
the
next
day
and
asked
him
to
please
look
into
getting
that
fixed
better
and
again
said
he’d
give
me
a
paint
pen.
I
talked
to
a
collision
person
in
my
family
and
showed
him
pictures,
he
agreed
a
paint
pen
wouldn’t
do
much.
Nothing
was
done
until
my
dad
called
the
dealer
and
told
them
it
needed
to
be
looked
into
and
fixed
properly
rather
than
just
using
a
paint
pen.
The
salesman
finally
decided
to
move
ahead
and
get
it
professionally
touched
up
and
clear
coated
for
me
once
my
dad
reached
out,
rather
than
me.
The
salesman
had
asked
me
what
price
I
wanted
to
stay
within.
When
I
told
him
around
$250,
he
told
me
“you
need
to
be
realistic.
The
average
car
payment
is
$800
nowadays.”
That
made
me
feel
terrible,
like
I
wasn’t
giving
them
enough
money
or
like
I
wasn’t
good
enough
to
buy
this
car
that
I
knew
was
within
my
price
range.
In
the
end,
I
ended
up
getting
my
payment
down
to
just
under
where
I
wanted.
When
I
test
drove
the
car,
I
checked
it
out
and
in
the
center
console,
there
was
a
half
stick
of
gum.
When
I
brought
it
home,
I
opened
the
center
console
to
put
some
stuff
in,
and
there
was
that
same
piece
of
gum
left
in
there.
Now
I
know
for
a
fact
that
my
car
was
not
detailed
before
I
picked
it
up
because
it
was
impossible
to
miss
gum
in
the
console.
It
was
really
gross
to
have
to
remove
it
myself
when
that
should’ve
been
taken
care
of.
The
day
before
my
sale,
I
was
trying
to
get
a
hold
of
my
salesman
and
someone
in
finance
to
talk
about
my
down
payment.
I
couldn’t
get
a
hold
of
anyone
for
over
24
hours.
I
kept
getting
sent
to
voicemails
and
got
no
emails
back.
No
one
called
until
an
hour
before
I
was
supposed
to
pick
up
my
car.
On
a
good
note,
Andrew
in
finance
was
very
helpful
and
was
very
personable,
open,
and
straight
to
the
point.
He
worked
hard
to
call
around
different
banks
to
get
my
loan
approved
and
I
can
tell
he
put
an
effort
into
his
side
of
the
sale.
