It’s a alright/overpriced place for students or young professionals. I personally would never pay $1000 for a room that I’ll be sharing with a whole stranger when I can get a whole apartment for myself. People working here need help understanding what diversity, religion and spirituality is. People of many background and religion live here yet the management have no knowledge of anyones culture or religion and is very disrespectful about it. You can’t even burn incense to pray without them assuming you’re smoking marijuana or whatever else. There’s two Nicks and one of them was outside our apartment door sniffing to see if anyone was smoking. Like are you serious? No privacy what so ever. Just money hungry white peoples trying to get they money out of minorities as usual. Nothing that isn’t new in America already. Had to put a one star to leave a review. This place needs help.

I've lived here for about 4-5 years. I must say it's been nothing but a wonderful experience. Looking in, the staff treat you like actual people and try to build connections with you. They truly aim to help in any way they can and try to give you the best experience possible. Even though I personally don't use the amenities on my own, they've been life savers for gatherings and game nights. Speaking of such, the complex offers many fun events! From a Thanksgiving events and art events, to trips to the farms and to the movies. The study rooms have always helped me when I needed a quiet place to do any work too. This place truly does feel like home and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Friends of many residents and can say that it is the best apartment complex in Buffalo, and I'd go so far as to say in New York considering relative afordability. Great acess to Main street and the shuttle is such a high luxury. All of the staff I've met have been absolute dolls. Many of the apartments (including those of my friends) have lovely views considering the numerous parks in the area. It's the best place to stay if going to college in buffalo, especially UB considering the direct transport from shuttle bus. The whole apartment complex feels like you live in luxury, imagine a hotel that's cheaper and permanent living. They have a waffle and popcorn maker in the main lobby. What more could you ask for??? They aren't kidding about the pool sized hot tub, it's huge! They have events quite often as well because of their many recreational areas. Guess what? YOU CAN RENT OUT MINI ROOMS!!! There are so many rooms that have tvs that you can reserve at times for any studying or just group events with friends. It's also, wait for it, PET FRIENDLY! The amount of people I know that get upset because apartments aren't pet friendly is depressing. So many cute dogs and cats I've seen everytime I visit my friends is shocking from past experiences with friends in other apartments. There is so much good to say about this apartment I'd write an essay about it if I had more time. Seriously, it's wonderful 1000/10 recommended. 15 ★ all the above. It's GREAT!

Lived here for almost a year now and loved it! Beautiful property, gym is awesome, hot tub and patio is fantastic. And the staff is actually super helpful, always. Second apartment complex I've lived at in the area and the one I'd recommend above all others.

I have been living at Axis since they opened their doors, and don’t have a single complaint. The living space (studio) is definitely a great value for the cost, with all new appliances. I’ve lived in several cities/seen my share of apartment complexes, and Axis definitely tops the list. Selling points for me were cleanliness, having a W/D in unit, and Axis goes above and beyond with the amenities. The shuttle service and proximity to the train are great for inclement weather/when I’m uncomfortable driving downtown. You won’t find anything comparable in Buffalo, and it’s worth every penny. Axis caters to students and aside from the space, the management team/staff are truly amazing. They are always responsive and looking for ways to improve….but they’re really just nice human beings, never making you feel like you’re asking too much or inconveniencing them. They know you by name, which says a lot considering how many residents live here. They also host events in the community space (paint nights, etiquette classes, game nights, you name it!) Also, did I mention the fireplaces? If you’re lucky enough to live at Axis you won’t regret it. (I did not get paid for this review, and I do not work at Axis. Just a happy tenant.)

Axis 360 is a wonderful place to live. I love how inclusive it feels and how they really cater to the residents. The staff is so kind and the premises are kept clean and feels safe.

This is the best place. The people are friendly, the place is clean and modern, and the amenities are exceptional. The gym is all new and work out. There’s a games room and a projector! Studying rooms! I never want to leave this place! Shout out to Nick, Matteo, and Big Al. You make Axis 360 a home.

I am a friend of a resident who has been living here for the past 4 years. This place is by far the best! The staff are super friendly, the apartments are spacious and cozy, the gym is well equipped, the pool area has ton of furnitures to have people over. The grounds is well maintained and they even have a shuttle bus to get you wherever you need to go. Never a dull moment while visiting this amazing apartment complex!
