Excellent experience! No one looks forward to a root canal! But Doctor Gengo makes the experience a good one. He explains the procedure and then goes about repairing your tooth in the best possible way. Very professional. After two days I was back to eating normally with no pain whatsoever! And the first two days of healing were non eventful. His staff is also excellent and make you feel very comfortable. Thank you!

Dr Gengo and staff were outstanding! He was very gentle and super fast with the root canal. It didn't hurt at all during the procedure and after. Happy I was referred to him. I hope I never have to get another root canal but If I do it would only be done by him. Office is super clean and bright and all of his staff were very nice and fun to talk to.

I had an appointment on 11/29/23 for a root canal for a tooth that previously had a cap. This experience was extremely pleasant. The receptionist was amazing and made check in easy. Dr. Gengo's assistant was very nice. Dr. Gengo explained everything he was going to do and made the experience relaxing. During the root canal, I was so relaxed, I fell asleep! I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone needing a root canal. This is a very professional office and the atmosphere of the office put me at ease. I was thoroughly impressed!!

Dr. Gengo and his staff were true professionals. They made sure I was completely comfortable with each visit. If I ever had any questions about something, he would explain it and break it down, making it easier to understand what the procedure was and the next steps that came with it. The assistant would even play whatever genre of music I felt like listening to at the time during the procedure. Everyone was very friendly and they always tried to make each visit feel like home, which really helps calm the nerves.

What a wonderful place to have to go to for dental work. I am very uncomfortable and hesitant when it comes to this, but felt completely at ease as soon as I walked in to their beautiful office. Every person was so kind and reassuring, including that every effort is made to serve the client. All the staff, including the doctor, took the time to explain everything to me, as well as making time in answering any questions I had. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness and atmosphere. This will get the very highest grade possible on my review. I am not paid for this review, but am an actual client who recently experienced for myself, this very high-end office. I am also an RN, and am very skeptical of excellence of work, and let me tell you, I highly recommend this doctor.

Fantastic Experience!! Dr. Gengo and his entire staff were incredible! From the first phone call - to the root canal procedure - to checking out. Dr. Gengo kept me informed during the entire procedure and answered all of my questions. The office was very clean and comfortable. Everyone went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Noone wants to have a root canal but if you need one Queen City and Dr. Gengo is the place to go!!

The "Root Canal" procedure and the staff were outstanding at Queen City! I had two root canals in the 1990's and the technique and the total process has changed tremendously! It truly was a pain free experience and the professional manner and friendliness of Dr. Michael, and his staff was outstanding!! Full recommendation to use Queen City! By the way, I had two root canals done within a month, the servicing of the appointment times was super... :)
