Door dash … this food was delicious. I had ‘Ty’s Special’….Home fries with peppers and onions, scrambled with cheese, french toast and bacon. I couldn’t have made it better myself !

This place was SO good and I can’t say enough about how friendly and hard working the staff was. We wanted a breakfast place that was local and off the beaten path and this was 100% that. Everything was so good!

Stopped in on the way home to Cleveland from Niagara and noticed their menu online had veggie options, Fish and grits and shrimp and grits and had great reviews. We were warmly greeted by our Server Ashanti. My family members had simple breakfasts, but I couldn't resist the Cajun Shrimp and grits. Had to order their home fries too. Everything was delicious and we couldn't have been more pleased. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the Cajun seasoning on the grits had a nice heat. Beware of the grits as they are extremely temperature hot! This is great, but just be careful when you take the first delicious bite. Definitely recommend this local friendly gem.

Wonderful atmosphere and amazing food! Shrimp and grits were to die for, my husband had the steak and eggs which was both seasoned and cooked perfectly!If you are lucky, you will run in to a local treasure Lena who will share great conversation and love on you while you’re there!

Went on Easter Eve for lunch. Fried chicken was amazing! On street parking. Canned soda. Very sweet staff.

Went here for the first time while taking a friend to the falls. Such a sweet restaurant. Very welcoming and also so delicious! We got the chicken and waffles and then the mixed eggs. Would totally go here again :)

Love this place for my breakfast, serve up grits locally and one of the only spots that does offer grits. Their prices are reasonable too so take your family and everyone can eat. Only thing they need to work on is the beverages, doing cans mostly and not fountain drinks.

One of the most delicious breakfasts I've had in a very long time. Try the french toast... its amazing as is waffles and pancakes. Highly recommended.

Fredricka was an absolutely stunning host. This is a family owned business and you can tell because the passion is in the food. My husband and I got steak and eggs he likes his medium well I like mines well, the steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Everything was homemade, they were so generous with refills and special requests!! Another plus was the cleanliness all the way around the board there restroom is impeccable the bar is beautiful. It was just a lovely experience and portions were generous to! PERFECT SPOT TO STOP BY BEFORE VISITING THE FALLS! We will be back everytime we come up now 💓💯

Excellent. We were seated immediately. The server was multi-talented. She was seating folks, taking otp orders and table orders. And didn't mess up the orders! The food presentation was awesome along with the taste. It was so good that I forgot to take pictures before devouring. I had the Fried Fish Special with scrambled eggs and cheese grits. The Atmosphere was chill and laid back while old school R&B jams played in the background. I have one more night in town and will DEFINITELY be returning for dinner tonight.

Our group was visiting for a hockey tournament and we found this little hidden gem. The food was delicious. The service was great, the waitress that handled us was very friendly, got everything we ordered right, and handled our kids perfectly. I really wanted to go back and try the chili and cornbread but didn't make it. Highly suggest going here. Their home fries are DELICIOUS

I really liked this place. Very nice inside. The staff is all very kind and attentive - I think it was all family! The prices are excellent and you get a lot of food. The pancakes were the best I had in a very long time!

Had breakfast here with friends during a spontaneous trip to Niagara Falls. A mom & pop type of diner, the food was delicious and portions were plentiful. The service was impeccable too, our waitress was very kind and accommodating.

Breakfast is a favorite meal of my husband and I. We had breakfast today (Sunday, July 24, 2022) at Hyde Park Cafe. It was, by far, the best breakfast we have ever had! We are visiting from Florida and will be in the area for another month. We will definitely go back to Hyde Park Cafe before heading back to Florida. Food is excellent and the staff very attentive . We had the pleasure of meeting the husband and wife who own the restaurant. They are to be commended for their hard work in establishing such a successful eatery! Jeanne and Jerry

I enjoyed Hyde Park Cafe, my wife and I Anniversary was this pass weekend and we were there with 6 of our friends. The breakfast was awesome. I think theyneed a little more staff the waitress was overwhelmed. Also another young lady there could use some training in customer service. I would like to give a shot out to the couple who recommended Hyde Park Cafe. They were from Niagara Falls and we were from Baltimore. I just want to say that there are far more good people in this world than bad. God bless. 🙏🏽

Giving 3 stars because the wait was insanely long, like an hour, but also a small hair in my daughter's food. Two people in our group ordered chicken and waffles. One was really good, the other was dry. The coffee was really good and we tried the pound cake, which we loved and ordered more to go. The check was really cheap like $35 for 4 breakfast meals, so my suggestion is charge more for the food and hire like 2 more people and you'll be 4 stars.

I had the most amazing shrimp and grits for breakfast. Besides the shrimp and grits, the plate sizes are filling and the menu prices are pocket friendly. The staff was very inviting and I felt welcomed. If I lived in the area, this would be my go to spot. The next time we are in Niagara Falls, we will eat here.

We stopped in here on our way to do some sightseeing today and we were so shocked at how amazing the food was and how kind the waitress was! Please support these guys, they have a great, although simple, menu with budget-friendly prices. If we are ever back in town we will be stopping by again!

Have been meaning to check this diner out and so glad finally did! Weekday, just before noon..upon entry was warmly greeted by the sweetest waitress. Only a few other tables were occupied. Clean interior, low lighting, and music. I ordered the Veggie Omelet w/Rye toast and a side of Raisin Bread, drink was Hot Tea w/honey. My party ordered Ty's Special with Grits and a Loganberry. As I like to add pics of my orders, the food was sooo delicious, didn't think abt photo til almost done, oops..next time. Great customer service, our waitress was attentive and accommodating. We needed check split and she handled it promptly on the spot. In summary, Great Food, Great Service, Great Prices, and Cozy Atmosphere. Most definitely returning!!

Stopped in here for breakfast and it was great. I had the mixed eggs, my friend had the chicken waffles... both were big portions especially for the price. Service was really friendly, there was only 1 person covering all the tables and the place was pretty full, but they stayed on top of everything. Don't find myself in Niagara Falls too often but would for sure stop in here again if I did.

Absolutely loved this place. I came with my family of 7 and they did not bat an eye at the accommodation. The food was fantastic! The breakfast wrap was really good as well as the chicken and waffles. The chicken was very flavorful and not too greasy. The home fries were also simply, but well seasoned and tasted amazing. It was obvious the owner cared about his restaurant and it’s a great spot for breakfast.

I had the Mixed Eggs ( scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, sausage, ham, green peppers, onions and American cheese all mixed together). It was a giant portion of food, had to take a box to go. Very good every time I’ve been there. I’m not really a breakfast food type of person but they have other options as well.

Oh my goodness!!! This was the best restaurant breakfast i have had in YEARS. We rarely go out for breakfast because food is bland and overpriced. We were in town for the night, I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. So so glad we did. The sausage is so flavorful, the grits were perfect and served the way I requested. And the pancakes, soft, fluffy with crispy buttery bits around the edges. So so so good. Please stop by, even if a little off the main road it is beyond worth it.
