Stopped in the store while at the outlets because I was familiar with the brand and wanted to check it out. The store had a variety of items and sales. The sales person greeted us, asked a few questions, and proceeded to follow us around the store and wipe off every item we touched. Definitely made me never want to come back. Not a great experience at all.

Absolutely terrible customer service here. Was completely shunned for my first 20 min in the store and when I finally was able to get someone to help me, they were totally rude to my family and I.

I had a great experience when shopping at the Le Creuset Outlet Store in Grove City, PA. Samantha was very knowledgeable about Le Creuset and was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me find other things I didn't even know I was looking for. I felt I got a great deal and plan to go back again. The hardest part is choosing a color. I've been buying Le Creuset a piece at a time and have been getting different colors.

Mark and all of the staff are always friendly and helpful! My orders are always packed and shipped exceptionally well. I prefer ordering directly from Grove City as opposed to LeCreuset.com because of the amazing service I always receive.

I am very disappointed with the order I made on Dec 21, 2019 on the Le Creuset website. I paid $46 to get overnight shipping of my overpriced dutch oven. I was planning on leaving for Christmas vacation on Dec 24 and I wanted to bring the dutch oven with me as a gift. The order was not delivered until Dec 26 so I had already left. I tried to reach them by phone and by email to request a refund on the extra charge for overnight shipping since it was not shipped. No one ever answered my call or my email.

Best cookware ever. The outlet store is a great way to start or expand your collection. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
