    Service could be better. Long waits, seems to be a lack of staff. A contractor working on the ice cream freezer was very Rude and made some inappropriate comments about the women in the store, including my wife. Not professional at all.

    I usually am a fan of Wegmans establishments until some employee working today in the self checkout was rude to me and giving me a hard time to purchase my items very rude and should be fixed!

    Huge selection of prepared meals - simmering a bit different for my business trips. Big selection of sushi also, salad bar and hot bar. And a vast grocery store. I like this chain, wish there was one closer to home!

    This is a great Wegmans, there is the best selection of Asian sauces, many items you can normally only find in an Asian market. There's also a massive prepared food areas, fresh bakery and giant beer selection, although I wish they would stock Imperial Beer from Costa Rica. The fresh veggies supplies are great although on my most recent visit 4 weigh scales were empty of labels, so that can be frustrating. Overall a pretty good store and very good prices.

    Best place for meats and any hard to find items. If they dont carry it they will order it for you and stock it for you. Very customer friendly clean and fresh!

    While the store is clean and checkout is quick there are still many products missing from the shelves. I'm not sure if that is a delivery issue or store stocking issue. Oh well...at least they had the multipack of tissues so needed during allergy season.

    Everything was great, until we cashed out. The cashier was very rude, and threw our apples into the cart, bruising them in the process. She also kept touching her hair and adjusting her mask. We ended up returning the apples, because they were all bruised from her throwing them in the cart. Other than that wonderful experience.

    I am always here. Best meats , produce,customer service among other things. I really love this store and when you don't have time to cook dinner they have everything premade for you and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you Wegmans

    Wegmans is Wegmans. Solid quality and selection but are getting too big for their britches. Almost all the salads we wanted to buy were expired, make sure to check the dates. A lot of the produce was on the verge of spoiled, they got rid of digital coupons, and the prices are getting higher and higher. Almost $5-7 per item, doesn't seem right to get 1 bag of groceries for $50-85 everytime. But, not much choice besides them anymore...

    I was again, very disappointed in how Wegmans is handling the COVID-19 pandemic. Carts are not being cleaned by their personnel, you need to figure out where the wipes are, clean your own. There was hand sanitizer at the entrance/exit. My biggest gripe was that check out lines are clearly marked for social distancing. BUT the women behind me walked right up to me (less than a foot), to arrange her items on the belt. I told the cashier that I was extremely uncomfortable, she apologized and said there is nothing she could do. My last visit before was curbside pickup, which is advertised no charge. BUT each item was between $0.15 - $0.30 more than the instore prices. That us not free! When I went to a different Wegmans in April, they were out of hand sanitizer, were sanitizing carts every 1/2 hour. But the problem was they were putting the used unsanitized carts back with the sanitized cart, so people were using pre-used unsanitized carts without their knowledge. Overall, I remain very upset with a corporation that used to put customers & their safety & satisfaction a top priority. I must say Walmart is doing a much better job.

    A mad house today. Long lines. Managed well by staff though. Kinda felt like this could be a day trip! Lots of areas and huge. It seems like a huge market you could find in any metropolitan vacation spot. I'll go back again but maybe not on a weekend.

    I have been going to Wegman for 8 years never had an uncomfortable experience except for today. I went to the pizza area to order. It was around 6:30 pm on a Friday, 07/31/ 20 @ Alberta Dr. I stood their for about 5 minutes or so waiting for may I help you. No one ever replied but another older lady walked up and immediately she got a may I help you. I replied that I was here about 5 minutes or so and no one has asked me may I help you. The employee replied to me "someone will assist you soon". I felt insulted so I just continue on my way. I will still shop at Wegman because its customer service is awesome. I just wanted Management to know about this one incident in 8 years that I had.

    Clean, many options, a huge Asian section for being just a generic grocery store, and the only thing that's a little wonky is the bakery/bread items seem to be in multiple areas of the store.
