was
again,
very
disappointed
in
how
Wegmans
is
handling
the
COVID-19
pandemic.
Carts
are
not
being
cleaned
by
their
personnel,
you
need
to
figure
out
where
the
wipes
are,
clean
your
own.
There
was
hand
sanitizer
at
the
entrance/exit.
My
biggest
gripe
was
that
check
out
lines
are
clearly
marked
for
social
distancing.
BUT
the
women
behind
me
walked
right
up
to
me
(less
than
a
foot),
to
arrange
her
items
on
the
belt.
I
told
the
cashier
that
I
was
extremely
uncomfortable,
she
apologized
and
said
there
is
nothing
she
could
do.
My
last
visit
before
was
curbside
pickup,
which
is
advertised
no
charge.
BUT
each
item
was
between
$0.15
-
$0.30
more
than
the
instore
prices.
That
us
not
free!
When
I
went
to
a
different
Wegmans
in
April,
they
were
out
of
hand
sanitizer,
were
sanitizing
carts
every
1/2
hour.
But
the
problem
was
they
were
putting
the
used
unsanitized
carts
back
with
the
sanitized
cart,
so
people
were
using
pre-used
unsanitized
carts
without
their
knowledge.
Overall,
I
remain
very
upset
with
a
corporation
that
used
to
put
customers
&
their
safety
&
satisfaction
a
top
priority.
I
must
say
Walmart
is
doing
a
much
better
job.
