The owner was boorish and condescending when discussing my engagement ring. He referred to me as a jive turkey since I didn't agree with his design. Avoid this Jeweler as he referred to my idea of a multi colored diamond as classless and plebian.

This review is years overdue. I'm still traumatized. My husband bought my engagement ring from Andrew's jewelers. I regularly took it in for cleaning and checks as recommended. During one of those checks it was recommended that I have the prongs redone around the center diamond. So I agreed. The day I picked it up I wore it home and ran a couple errands. I looked down at my ring about 30 minutes later. The center diamond was GONE. Yes, the diamond was replaced and Andrew's accepted blame for the faulty soldering but the damage was done. MY diamond was gone forever. And the replacement one has a visible dark shadow even thou we were told it was of same color and clarity. I haven't worn the ring since. It's been 15+ years.

We worked with both Sara and Victoria for our engagement ring and wedding bands. We are very impressed. My engagement ring is gorgeous and very unique. Our wedding bands are also beautiful. They know you by name when you call on the phone and when you enter the store. Just excellent customer service. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get married or just wants a unique piece of jewelry.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Andrew’s & then my band & his band. We have never had a bad experience with them. Even when I was having trouble with my engagement ring & losing stones, they took care of it and were able to get me a brand new ring made. I have been wanting to have my wedding rings resized for many years but didn't know where to go or who I could trust. I finally decided to go to Andrew's (the commercial worked!😊). I talked with Sarah, who is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and reassuring. I am very pleased with how my rings turned out and they were ready to pick up within a couple days. Not only did they resize them, they made them look brand new again. I subsequently had them work on a few more items. I highly recommend Andrew's for their excellent service and craftsmanship!

Great service as always. I’ve purchased there before and I needed my parents wedding ring sized to fit me. Usually this takes 7-10 days, but I got a call later the same day that it was done! Super friendly and helpful service. I’ll always return there for anything I need jewelry wise!

This jeweler took the time to listen, (TRULY LISTEN) to what our budget was and help us find exactly what we wanted. Compromise is considered to be where each party walks away somewhat dissatisfied: I don’t believe this word exists in Andrew’s Jewelers vocabulary.  In what seemed to be an endless search for statement-worthy wedding bands, Andrews was one of five places we visited.  We were greeted by Victoria who was warm, energetic, and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable without talking down to us. We were searching for matching men’s wedding bands but were overwhelmed by the literal million options that exist.  Having a few ideas in mind we stopped at Andrews and were treated like best friends instead of patrons.   We decided to have them create a pair of custom wedding bands.  The process was amazingly smooth; we never felt pressured into making a decision we were not comfortable with and we were never hassled with unexpected costs, fees, or charges. Once we chose our design, in less than two weeks we approved models that showed us what our rings would look like.  Less than three weeks later our rings were cast, and we went in to confirm sizing.  Three days later our stones were set and the bands polished. The quality is amazing! Each step was communicated to us which guaranteed the end result was perfect. The entire process was effortless and we could not be happier with the results or prouder to wear these rings that are an outward symbol of our love.

This place is fantastic. Since picking up my engagement ring (over 12 years ago now) I haven’t purchased jewelry from anywhere else. Always fair prices with great quality and even better people. Couldn’t be happier!

Andrew’s Jewelers ruined my engagement surprise. After clear discussion about purchasing a natural diamond they finally let me know the ring was finished. The diamond cert. stated it was lab created. 1st problem. Then I had asked that they don’t mail anything to my address, to please call or email me. A week later, my now fiancée found an envelope that was addressed “Keegan Paige” (both of our first names?) with a company logo stamped on the back in our mailbox. 2nd problem. It was a “congrats on your engagement” but I hadn’t proposed yet. I went back to the store very upset but calmly hoping for some sort of resolve. Andrew, the owner was arrogant and rude. Did not even apologize for the employee negligence. He used profane language to top it off. 3rd problem. I ended up returning the ring and took my business elsewhere. I would strongly discourage purchasing any jewelry from andrews. Response to the owner's response: When I walked in, I was very calm and hoping something could be done. Apart from company policy, I had specifically asked the salesperson during my visits not to send anything to my address because I was saving my engagement for a trip to Ireland. I didn't begin to raise my voice until you arrogantly said you couldn't do anything more than offer $500 toward my wedding band (Of course I wouldn't want to continue to use your store after the blatant incompetence). I had my phone recording a video during this interaction from the moment I walked in. After reading the other negative reviews, I see your snarky chin being in the air is a pattern.

This was my first experience at Andrews Jewelers. Victoria helped me design a ring using my own loose sentimental diamonds. She was amazing throughout the whole process! Andrew took my design and made a wax copy for my approval before setting my diamonds. I just picked it up today. It is breathtaking and far exceeded my expectations! I worked with Andrew to have my ring custom designed by combining aspects of a couple rings they had in store into one gorgeous design. He and his team were wonderful throughout the process and through my own insecurities and self doubt. When the first ring came in, I was pretty disappointed with how the metal was crafted, as it wasn't what I envisioned even with seeing wax models etc. Andrew and Victoria were incredibly supportive and reassured me they wanted me to be completely satisfied and happy with the design. Andrew offered at no extra cost to melt down the ring and recraft it himself in store. He was meticulous with the metalwork design as he knew how important that was to me. The ring came out BEAUTIFULLY and I was so thrilled. I grow to love it more and more each day, just like my love for my partner. 💜💜💜

Andy and Nicole were amazing! I stopped in to surprise my wife with upgrading her ring, and from the second I walked in, they were super accommodating and friendly. They helped to make sure not only did I have the perfect ring, bit also worked with me to help keep it a surprise and made sure everything was perfect for the big reveal! Everyone is so friendly at Andrew’s Jeweler! Such a great place. I took my ring in due to a loose diamond and it’s as good as new. Looks just like it did the day of my wedding 12 years ago.
