    What is up with the revolving with Doctors here ? My nurse practitioner left the office, now my Doctor left the office and I have not had a follow up appointment in months! A few weeks ago, I had a scheduled appointment. I show up to my appointment to find out that it was cancelled. Supposedly someone tried calling me but got NO answer or voicemail. Now I have to wait until August to be seen. Getting VERY frustrating.

    This practice does not care about their patients one bit. I had to reschedule an appointment and I was told that if I rescheduled that they would call in my blood pressure meds and cholesterol meds. Then some dr named Gary there told me that he didn't care and wouldn't call in my meds. When i told him he cant cut off my meds that could cause serious adverse affects he said I dont care we do it all of the time. They are only there for a money grab and he basically said he doesnt care what happens to their patients regardless of hos actions.

    Absolutely horrible. I finally get my scripts sent over and they filled the one wrong making it once a week when it should be once a day. I tried for 5 days to get ahold of the manager to fix the issue. This is after i talked to her for a previous issue and she said to contact her directly but never answers and does not return messages. After they fought with me to reschedule my yearly physical in order to get my meds filled they turned around and cancelled the appointment and made me reschedule. Stay away. really poor professionalism. I would give them a negative score if i could.

    No matter what time of day you call NOONE EVER ANSWERS!!! EVER! I literally had to go to the office to make an appointment.. when I told the staff that Iā€™ve called several timesā€¦.ā€ We get over 2 hundred phone calls a dayā€. Well if you know this then WHY are you not prepared for itā€¦. Itā€™s really sad and ridiculous, even if you finally do get a scheduled appointment, you are more often than not waiting at least an hour in the waiting room and an hour in the examination roomā€¦ the Dr my child sees is a great doctor, but who is ever going to take responsibility for this stuff.. itā€™s been going on for YEARS! BEDORE the pandemic so when will they address and fix this problemā€¦ looking through the reviews left on their site, EVERY response to a bad review is the exact same, aside from the reviewers name.. how sorry they are and that the reviewer should contact patient relationsā€¦ sounds like the same generic message you get when you call and are on hold for an hour.. the funny thing is now when your on hold besides music that is so annoying your like to pull your hair out, a womanā€™s voice comes on and asks ā€œAre you still there?.. Are you still there? Every three to four minutes.. I mean REALLY? What is that about? Of course we are still here, hoping against hope that the next voice we hear comes from a HUMAN BEINGā€¦ and isnā€™t another 45 minute wait. Have some common courtesy people.. I heard you pick up the line and put me back on hold.. what is going on.. and itā€™s weird how while you are sitting in the waiting room for that hour past your appointment time.. not ONCE have I heard the phone ring, or hear anyone answering a phone for that matter. GO ELSEWHEREā€¦ save yourself and your loved ones piece of mindā€¦

    Absolute horrible place. My mom been waiting for her prescription for 2 weeks and these doctors never sent a thing. And when you try to call to make an appointment you be on hold for hours.

    Horrible services always rescheduling was told prescription would be sent over Monday yet nothing. Try calling to see what's going on no answers this is worst I am definitely switching as they obviously don't care about the patients health more about the health of their pockets

    After seeing so many negative reviews, I felt obliged to tell my tale. Needed ultrasound ASAP. Couldn't get in to the usual spot for days, so tried Mercy. Called yesterday afternoon for appt. Phone was answered immediately and had appt today at 7 a.m. Ultrasound tech was fabulous. Before I even got home (7:55 a.m.) there was an email in my inbox that the results were ready in my portal. Amazing experience.

    You know, I wouldā€™ve given this place zero stars if I had the option but since Google only restricts the rating to 1 star ā­ļø, thatā€™s the highest Iā€™ll go. This place for me personally is absolutely disorganized, and I donā€™t even want to bring it down on employees who are trying and perfecting their hustle. I respect those individuals. I wonā€™t take the least away from them. But some of the doctors are just horrible. I had to call for the doctor 4 times during my own job just to check on my blood šŸ©ø work report. And every time there is no response. 4 TIMES! Unacceptable, and the person I was on the phone with was not to be blamed. She was very professional. She even tried to reach out to the doctor personally and said there was no response from her. Unacceptable. Not to mention, they didnā€™t even assign my prescription for my anemia. Itā€™s unbelievable. I had to wait 2-3 months and they didnā€™t assign me anything for my anemia. Iā€™ve switch clinics, and my new doctor is one billion times better. One billion. All the new doctors are amazing. Hopefully things stay this way God willing šŸ¤².

    Even with all the negative reviews, I thought I would still give them a try as my primary care provider. I had a 9:00 appointment, I arrived at 8:45. I was checked in by 9:00. Waited in their waiting room until 9:45 and left. I can't give a review regarding their Dr's because I wasn't seen. I pay $8,400 a year out of pocket for my Healthcare insurance. In my opinion This service is unacceptable. UPDATE...She just called me at 11:20 saying she has been calling me in the waiting room for 5 minutes. That is 2 hours and 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time.

    This facility has had several good physicians which have not stayed long. As a result of physicians leaving the turnover is very often and many times they do not have a doctor on staff, only a PA. I have been a patient there for a long time but recently wanted to change an appointment and they would not give me one for another month and a half. Although once you are there the staff is relatively friendly the facility is very difficult to reach by phone.

    I had an appointment with my regular doctor (who I watched leave the office before being seen). I get in the room, and another doctor or PA starts asking me questions - never said a word about my regular doctor - who I found out is leaving as well. This "doctor" asked me a ton of questions, listened to my heart and was finished with her exam. When I see a doctor, I expect them to check my eyes, ears, feel for enlarged organs, and check my thyroid and since I have high blood pressure - check my legs & feet for swelling. Very unhappy with my visit.

    Mr or Mrs owner of the comprehensive care center how many times would you feel sorry? Your sorry feeling doesn't solve the issues of the sufferers. Instead of being sorry again and again please try to solve the issues. You are the owner, if you can't fix it then who can. We love our care center but we all are suffering. Hope you will take care of it.

    Awful service, the wait time is longer than the visit, the room upon entering was not cleaned after the previous patient. There was dried up blood on the floor on top of the paper on the bed not changed and trash on the floor. Highly disappointed with the overall experience and the amount of new providers going in and out of this facility.

    Aveona the nurse was really really nice to me. I've never been treated so kind. What a wonderful person and nurse. Need more people like her. When I go back hope to see her again.

    I started calling the clinic at 8am, I have been on hold for 45 mins and no one has even picked up the phone to say anything! I canā€™t believe this! Iā€™m calling because my child is sick!

    I have had the same doctor for a few years now. It feels good to walk into MY/YOUR doctor's office and know everyone and they know me!! I love having a family doctor finally!

    Horrible!! I called them to make an appointment and the lady just hang up the call while I was talking, I called back and someone else answered the phone I told her what happened and completely ignored what I said, didnā€™t even apologize about it and went right ahead asking for my date of birth. Really awful service!

    Would be an okay doctor's office IF they didn't keep people WAITING for OVER an hour . . . . . . I took my 86 year old grandmother for a 11am appointment and at 11:45am they say she's behind ( like always) so it will be anoth half AT LEAST. . . . REALLY . . . . WHY SCHEDULE ALL THESE PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME ?? IF YOU CANT SEE THEM . . . ITS NOT RIGHT TO US AS IF WE WERE LATE OUR APPOINTMENT GETS CANCELLED

    Mercy should not even be in the name of this place - they make you "Beg for Mercy" just to see a provider! My doctor left this facility a few months back and I had to pick a new "doctor" or NP. My appointments just kept getting rescheduled - a total of 4 times, unacceptable.

    Do yourself and child a favor and find a different doctors office. This whole building sucks. From adults to childrenā€™s even the labsā€¦ youā€™ll be waiting no matter when you make your appointment for atleast an hour in a dirty waiting room! Flys flying all over the place while you sit there and try to dodge them. This is IF you can get ahold of someone took me a week of calling and someone answering and hanging up or answering and placing me on hold for an hour to finally get my child in. Not one person in the waiting room and yet here we still sit with the flies waiting and waiting.

    Facility is a disgrace. Doctors go on vacation leave me without pain medicine nor anyone else to fill in the doctors absenceā€¦..makes appointments without knowing whyā€¦not properly documenting your file so that others nurses/physicians can properly read what visit pertains toā€¦ no CARE in the word care; treats you like you a file on their desk and not an actual PERSON. A stray animal gets better healthcare treatment than I do and Iā€™m billed for this!?!? Sad and very disappointed in todayā€™s Healthcare System.

    Unfortunately I canā€™t believe they have people like that working with children I My son and I was waiting for his shots then angery nurse came straight to do the shots for him without confirming his name and date of birth unbelievable I swear I only come here because I love my sons pediatrician McCarthy

    Place takes way too long staff has no clue what they are doing , checked in at the front desk for my child waited for over a hour in the pediatric for them to say I never signed in . Worst place to go to
