You don't have to wonder why Mann's has been around forever. They have everything and are so warm and welcoming. Jewelry and gifts are not a strength of mine, but Mann's has always got my back. I started my relationship with them when I was having trouble finding an anniversary gift for my wife years ago, and I have only grown to rely on their selection and expertise since. If you are in the market for a piece of jewelry you absolutely have to make Mann's your destination.

My special person Nicole has a wonderful jewelry relationship with Bonnie Szydlowski at Mann’s Jewelers in Pittsford. So when it was time to get a special ring for Nicole, I called Bonnie. I live in the Thousand Islands which is 2 1/2 hours away. This meant I needed a jeweler who knew Nicole’s tastes and preferences very well so that we could get the ring right. Bonnie is, hands down, the best. She genuinely cares about her clients and their happiness at the most important times in their lives. I couldn’t be more happy with the ring. It is perfect and my experience was delightful even though I was very nervous going into it. Thank you, thank you, thank you Bonnie.

Drove to Pittsford from Auburn to get batteries for watches bought there and serviced there. Was waited on by Deborah. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

So glad I chose Mann's Jewelers 👍 Update: Still a wonderful jewelry store with a nice selection of jewelry, gifts, trinkets, etc. Went to have wife's ring cleaned and checked yesterday. Found out Colleen no longer works there 😔 We'll have to find us a new staff member who can fill her shoes. Anywho, the clean/check is usually a day or two turn around (which is fine), but they were able to get it done same day while we ran errands! Big appreciation to Deborah (I think that was her name...) for getting that accomplished for us ❤️. Will definitely still be returning to Mann's in the future

Went in today to simply get my Tag Heuer Carrera Auto Chrono Calibre 16 sized. I purchased it online, however I have brought all of my watches to Manns for service for well over a decade. I have purchased a watch and gold necklace from Manns in the past totaling over 7k. The woman behind the counter told me it would take 3 days. I laughed and said "are you kidding? It takes 5 minutes to take off two links". Her response was "did you buy it here" I said no. She said "well we have other things that need to be done first". She never asked for my name as she could have seen my long long long history with Manns. I told her you lost a very good customer for life. I went across the street to Cornells. They took it and sized it immediately. I told them they gained a customer for life and will be going back to them for a purchase I will be making soon, which will be a high end engagement ring. The service from Manns was nothing short of disgusting. Their loss and Cornells gain.

Everyone’s love story is unique. Bonnie listened to ours with genuine warmth. Then she went right to work, in search of a diamond that would beautifully orchestrate our life together past, present and future. It was no easy task but Bonnie and the dedicated staff at Mann’s were unwavering in their quest to find the perfect diamond. Dreams really do come true and we’re so thrilled. Great customer service is becoming a lost art… Not so at Mann’s Jewelers!!! Today I went into the store for jewelry repair services. I was immediately greeted by an old fashioned customer service professional, Bonnie S… a competent, enthusiastic, and delightful representative. This was my first experience with a professional jeweler and the difference (compared to chain locations) was absolutely staggering. Bonnie did an excellent job of giving me the options available for repairing my wedding ring. The work done by the jeweler was above and beyond my expectations and worth every penny. The treated this piece of jewelry with the care and precision as if it were their own.

We brought my grandfather's retirement watch to them. I found it completely rusted and unrecognizable. It came back from in like-new condition and it was jaw dropping. I don't think they did the restoration in-house but they knew who to send it to that could be trusted.

I’m new to town and have had issues with my engagement ring since we got it from a different jeweler a year and a half ago. I called Mann’s at 10am on a Saturday - when I realized the diamond in my solitaire was loose for the second time - hoping they’d be able to un-solder my set so that I could at least wear my wedding band for an upcoming trip. They agreed to take a look to see if they could help in time and ended up taking care of everything the same day. They offered advice on my engagement ring issues but weren’t pushy at all and I’m so grateful to finally have more information about how to move forward.
