They yell at the customers entering their restaurant. This place is owned and managed by a couple it seems. They are extremely rude and unkind to customers. I went to this place today with my family. I stopped the car in front of the restaurant and it took some time for my kids to actually get off the car. I turned on the emergency lights to show that I'm not parking there and it's only momentary. The male owner came out and yelled at me not to part there. He didn't even look at me. He yelled at the other car with customer behind me and went inside. I parked my car at a parking space and asked them whey he yelled at me. The owner guy kept saying that he didn't do anything wrong. He just didn't understand or admit it. The place looked fine but we didn't eat there. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there - they yell at the customers entering their restaurant. What can you expect from people like them? I didn't eat there so I don't have a receipt but I got their name card. Weird people..

As many other reviewers have stated, this pizza is probably the closest to authentic Italian pizza that you'll get in Korea. The pizza was awesome - especially the crust. There's just something about a brick oven pizza! The only reason I knocked a star is because the service I received wasn't too hot. I'm obviously a foreigner and I dined alone, which might have had something to do with the lack of interaction from the staff, but other that the polite smile and small talk I got from a middle-aged woman upon checkout, nobody really engaged with me at all. I'll definitely go back when I'm back in Jeju again, but I think the service could improve a bit. EDIT: Bumped to 5-stars upon returning last month. The chef personally came out and explained the process of the pizza, where the ingredients were sourced, etc. The service was awesome. He was obviously proud of his work!

A special restaurant in Jeju. Great pizza and salads, great value wines, amazing atmosphere, friendly service and a great chef/owner/host who takes the time to greet customers, introduce pizzas and explain menu items. Charming, cozy and exactly what you want during your Jeju island escape from the hustle and bustle and din of urban Seoul. Highly recommended and always a stop on my Jeju visits.

The first genuine pizza I've found both on Jeju... And in Korea! Italian trained chef and owner, no Koreanized sweet pizza sauce or sweet potatoes and corn. It's not cheap, but it's the real deal. Great imported wine and beer selection too. Worth the drive there, and only a block from the beach!

We go there for having a nice pizza dinner but then we decide to order a salad too. And OMG it really was the best salad that I ever had in my life. If you visit Jeju don't miss this restaurant. It's awesome 👌🏻. Next time I'll visit here again.

I love their pizza. I've been there three times. My friend Ryan has been there maybe 12. Could be the best Italian pizza in Korea. And very friendly owner if you get to know him as a regular. Nice wine selection, great oven, very good service.

Great italian pizzas in Jeju. Tasty salads with good ingredients and a good Korean wine. All staff is helpful and very nice. Although the prices are a little high you should eat there once with friends. That’s a excellent meal and place to visit.

Really nice pizza place, pizza looked great and no complaints at all on taste or menu size (extensive). However, due to the large size of our group, the service was slow. Best to preordained pizza, I think, which we will do next time!

The pizzas at Donotos were absolutely amazing. Great vegetarian options! The food here is made with so much love. Also, the chef is very knowledgable and passionate. We overall had an awesome experience and would totally recommend this place. Pls make sure to have a reservation before hand.

We came on a Monday to try the food here. It was closed, we got confused, but later found out the opening days on google qas not accurate. We made it a point to return again, made a booking, and we drove 2 hours just to get here to try this pizzeria. We had a memorable experience dining here. Food was authentic, service was sincere and ambiance reminded us of italy. The wine came from good regions, the ingredients were properly choosen and how the meals were explained was highly appreciated. The fact that the owner can converse simple italian cured our homesickeness of Italy. Talking with the owner and wife, it was proven they knew the hidden treasures of Italy well. At the end of the meal, we ordered espresso and were happy that the correct brand of coffee beans, correct grind and correct method of making resulted in an espresso that cured homesickness. If there was a reason to come back to Jeju,it will be to visit our new friends who runs this restaurant. Gratzie Mille

This restaurant is a real jewel and piece of Italy on Jeju Island. We were greated warmly from the restaurant owner even though it was close to closing time and were absolutely surprised to eat the best pizza we ever had (even beating ones we had in Italy itself). I would drive around the whole island just to get this pizza again!!

Great pizza! Thin crust. Lots of options. Wonderful owner. Reservation only. Call before going, or take your chances (we had to wait outside for 5 minutes). Definitely coming back.

Good pizza, friendly, if a bit slow with service, but it is a small mom and pop, so I get it.

This establishment provided a relaxed ambiance that allowed patrons to savor both delectable cuisine and libations. I particularly appreciated the chef's decision to accommodate a limited number of guests, thereby creating a tranquil atmosphere conducive to unhurried conversations and leisurely indulgence in a late afternoon repast complemented by a good cava. I would assert that it is a suitable environment for families with well-behaved children who can appreciate and respect the dining experience. I personally enjoyed their salad and cappuccino, which transported me to the flavors of Italy.
