We wanted to start at a nice hotel close to the airport. There are a lot of places to walk to and see nearby. I liked the interior of the hotel with the glass elevators looking out over everything. While we had a city view room, we could occasionally hear some plane noise but it was not loud or bothersome.

This is a much better stay compared to the Ramada at Yeosu. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and the hotel location is ideal for walking along the coast and visiting the shopping streets and Dongmun market. Joe the guest relation officer went out of his way to ensure we have a pleasant stay by upgrading us to a Korean style room with sea view. The only downside is the hotel is little old but everything works well and the place is well kept.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The service and staff were always pleasant and kind, willing to go the extra mile. My room was fantastic with everything you could want, I loved the computer console that did everything from turning on lamps to changing the aircon, thanks for a beautiful stay. From Australia - Anne

The rooms are layed out well but pretty dated for the price. Everything on the mini bar it very expensive, there is a CU in the hotel that sells everything in the mini bar. The worst part was the heater was on all night and unable to control the temp was 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Neither the tablet or the wall unit would turn it off. I had multiple people stay in different rooms the same night with the same issue. The staff is friendly and helpful at check in but at checkout was unapologetic about the ubconfortability of the stay.

Checked in for 2 nights and had to pay upfront at the front desk but nobody informed us that the WHOLE hotel air-conditioning was down. We were only told after we asked for help to turn on the air-con in the room. The room was warm and stuffy. The least they could do was to let us know BEFORE asking for payment. Very disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Good quality, exceptional service. Beautiful ocean view. By the sea. Close to the port and other central areas - marketplace, Yongduam rock, shopping street. Not far from the airport. Well equipped.

Nestled in a prime location, this hotel offers impeccable service that will exceed your expectations. While the rooms and building have a classic charm, some guests might prefer more modern amenities. The culinary experience is top-notch, though it's worth noting that dining options can be on the higher end. Construction work is underway, which may lead to occasional noise disturbances, but the overall experience promises to be memorable and enjoyable.

Good 5* hotel on North shore of Jeju-do, and close to the city centre of Jeju-si.

Old building that doesn’t have air conditioning. The entire building is setup to allow heating or air conditioning depending on the season, and changes take over a week to implement. Rooms are dirty as well. Bathroom showers show signs of mold and the overall place feels janky.

We were probably off season, but the casino was closed, the outside pool too, and the pool bar as well. All in all, nice experience, but not worthy of a 5 star, there are better hotels on the island to the south.

I visited last year and this is my second visit this year. The room is big and the swimming pool is wide. You can also enjoy various dishes at the dinner buffet. I would like to recommend it to my friends who visit Jeju Island.

I recommend this hotel for those who wants nice ocean view with the quiet calmness in the night. You can see the fishing boats with the lights on :]] (Please note that you can hear flights taking off every 30 to 60 seconds from 07:00 -22:00) this hotel's location used to be the ocean fyi Room condition was okay The only issue I had with this hotel is the parking lot during the weekend because of the wedding events. Newbies will find very hard time getting out the parking lot :]

Not a very new hotel, but they are one of those good ones in Jeju! Locations is superb, near airport, along the coast, not far from Jeju city center, good service, etc.

Nice comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet and room service menu should have more options in my view.

No aircon, it was very hot even turn off heater. We have to leave windows open all the time, which was quite noisy. Staffs provided fans when asked for aircon. Dissapointed.

Cool location near the airport and beach. A bit pricey for an older hotel and sadly casino was being renovated. Great staff and clean rooms, just older than expected

The facilities were not bad for the price. However, if you stay at the weekend, you will be able to listen to the piano all day long. Also, the quarantine rules are a mess. When I stayed, people from the Korea Livestock Cooperatives enjoyed the buffet without wearing masks. Rather, foreigners who came for the conference kept it more thoroughly

Clean and queit hotel. Nice lobby with good bakery shop. You can enjoy the sea view while having your coffee or drink in your room balcony. Didn't like the food though.

Stay for two nights during my business trip on May 2017. One of the best hotels in Jeju island, South Korea. Room is spacious, clean and well maintained. You can take a walk to a beach, and have a sunset photo there. Located in the center of the city, you can visit some restaurants near hotel and have a Korean fried chicken plus So just there.

Room is super old. It is the first 5 star hotel in jeju built many years ago and has not been refurbished. When you want to sleep have to off all lights manually. No toothbrush or shaver provided. Toilet is big. Mountain view room but all i see is building. They have sea view room, so if u cant get that, dont bother staying here. Concierge speaks minimal english.

Paid close to $300 per night for 4 nights and access to sauna are chargeable separately. No Complimentary dental kit upon request room is very old and the signs of mould is obvious. #Marriott appreciate your presence here. And no hot water at 1030pm. Went to the front desk and requested for immediate check out and I was being ask to pay the full for the day. Ridiculous!
