The rooms were location in a small building behind the hotel checkin. Our room was in the corner which was very small. Bed was hard and pillows were soft, there was also no amenities, only soap and shampoo were given. One good part is only that it is close to the dongmun market

Only stayed one night to be close to the airport. Room was carpet and the hallway outside is also carpet and a bit musty. The lobby fooled us as it looks so nice and modern. Stayed in a room with 2 beds and a lime green wall. TV doesn't work no channels and the only channel that does work was hdmi-ed to the news. There was ac and a decent bathroom. Seemed clean enough but honestly couldn't really tell.

Great location, everything you want and expect from a fancy Hotel but without the expensive price tag.

A very lovely hotel right across from a gorgeous temple. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The receptionist was also very hospitable. I greatly enjoyed my time spent here. 5/5.

Great place. Clean. Staff can communicate well. Unfortunately, no free breakfast. Good access to many good places.

The staff were great and it is really nice place to stay for a few days if you need a hotel around the area.

The room is nice and clean but the aircon doesn't work. The location is good, restaurants, convenient store, bus stop nearby.

Great hotel at a very central location in Jeju. Also not too expensive

Staffs are helpful and concise in giving directions.

As an American, this hotel is horrible. Starting with the rooms. The beds are just 2 spring boxes stacked on top of each other. No cushion. Very uncomfortable. The rooms and halls are filled with dirty old carpet. Nothing is upgraded. There are mosquitos in the hotel and rooms. Also, we booked this hotel because it said that they had air conditioning. Upon entering the stuffy room, we called the front desk to tell them that the AC wasn’t working. They said they wouldn’t turn them on in the middle of the October heat. They control the AC. They told us to open the single window and offered us electric fans. We were left to sweat in our sleep for 3 nights. The front desk were nice and comfortable and definitely had their AC in the lobby. The front desk/ customer service were the most unfriendliest and unhelpful during our stay in Korea. We wanted the hotel to reserve a large taxi to accommodate 6 luggage bag, for the next morning. We explained that we needed a large, specifically. They told us to ask them the next morning. As nonresidents, we ourselves can’t reserve large taxis. The hotels have to. When the next morning came. They told us the large taxis needed to be reserved the day before. So frustrating. They offered to order us 3 small taxis instead. I wouldn’t recommend staying at the hotel for it being so old, refusal to allow the use of AC. Not listening for our request to reserve us a large taxi for the next day.

I guess you get what you pay for with this hotel but the pictures of the rooms look better than what it was. The room was dingy and tight, with dirty sticky carpet that were even stained with blood. The whole room felt dirty and dated.
