Paid for scan 1400£ ,after that , no contact, no doctor called me, nothing. Never again in this clinic. Im easy to please. But it seems its to hard for this clinic to do a simple job. 1 star for the ladies who done my scan, otherwise would be 0. Terrible service!

On Wednesday the 15th I went to the Orpington, Kent branch for a hay-fever injection. This is a big facility that was full of patients, staff and doctors all over the facility. After I reported to the reception she loudly asked me what am I here for repeatedly. I said to see the GP but she loudly demanded a reason and that is after she asked my full name, date of birth and address out loudly in an office full of staff and other patients everyone knew my personal details. She then proceeded to shout out loudly that I am here for my hay-fever Injection! There service is absolutely disgusting and I am not happy since they have a duty of care! They seem to forget that they are privately funded and need to stay confidential! Please note Lyca Health I have consulted this with the legal department I can use with my Union membership and I will be taking this further!! ABSULUTLEY DISGUTING LYCAL HEALTH IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went and had a back x-ray, for which it only cost me the lumbar section £300 I was told dscs I want the whole back £900 plus I paid £50 the consultation £50 when the result came they didn't send us any x-rays and no treatment. I need to call them to send me the x-ray, a clinic that is only interested in money and not in the health of the man

The Gp is a fantastic doctor and very professional. The administration is very poor. Unable to get through atall on several occasions and therefore could not book to find out my scan results. Tried for over a week and no reply after leaving messages. Very bad communication.

Used this service for a few years now. An amazing service which was very much needed in the area. A short drive from where I live. Appointments always available if not in person then via Telephone (which is so convenient if you don’t fancy a drive to the GP when poorly.) Dr Vik, is absolutely brilliant. A real fountain of knowledge and always there to help any way he can. It’s a shame they no longer see Children at this practice - we have to use London Doctor Clinic at Chislehurst for that, but apart from that. Brilliant

I am so pleased to have found Lyca health at Orpington. It is within walking distance of local buses or for car drivers there are plenty of parking spaces. As soon as you enter the building there is a relaxed airy feel. Reception staff were polite and welcoming and I was seen on time. They offer Physiotherapy, blood tests, diagnostic imaging and Consultant appointments. The whole experience was stress free.

Very impressived with the service - mri booked and done in under a week. Given a copy of the images on cd straight after. Thank you to Gemma and a huge thanks to Andrea who is very efficient in responding to all my emails.

Excellent experience with Lyca health Orpington, I needed a jaw MRI and suffer from extreme anxiety and claustrophobia. Millie in admin was amazingly friendly and patient with me when i was struggling to book an appointment and Mel who led me in for the scan when i finally arrived was incredibly helpful with putting my mind at ease and she clearly had a great understanding of claustrophobia, PTSD, anxiety etc. The scan was quick and a very pleasant experience thanks to the staff.

I had a mammogram undertaken on the 24.05.23 and did not receive the results until the 2.06.23 and that was brought forward from 05.06 .23 because I complained. When I booked my mammogram the website said results were normally available within 24 hours. This has now been changed to 72 hours. The website is misleading because it talks about 3D mammogram screening when in fact you only receive 2D screening for routine mammograms. All in all a long wait for a private mammogram and no better imaging than on the NHS so you may want to think about saving your money.

Im petrified of hospitals and needles i needed a ct scan with contrast and was looked after so well by the ladies in there. They made me feel so safe and comforable not to mention how clean and beautiful it is inside compared to other private clinics

I contacted this clinic to get a scan as a matter of urgency however the receptionist asked me to email the request over, which I did stating that it was urgent, I didn’t hear anything back until 1 month later. Needless to say I went elsewhere!

Rebecca King (Radiology Lead) and her team were so helpful and patient on the day of MRCP scan. Never easy to go through scans in difficult times but must put pen to paper how grateful I am to have been treated so well by Rebecca and her team. Thank you.

I went to see Dr El Gammal, I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and care , also to the whole team , within an hour I had a mammogram and an ultrasound, it make feel that I was being taken care of by best professionals.

As great as the experience was with the actual radiologist, admin is seriously lacking and getting the report over to my referring consultant was a nightmare with consultant and myself having to call lycahealth multiple times with no success. They promise call backs and emails that don't appear, and it took several days and follow ups to get a hold of the report. Needless pain, would avoid if possible.

Terrible communication and useless reception staff. Turned up for a confirmed appointment, waited for nearly 2 hours, then was told by reception it wasn't actually booked in the system. Why not tell us this at the start!!!

There are no words to describe how lovely this place is. Dr Vimple Shalani the GP is one of the finest gps I have had opportunity to meet. She is caring, non judgemental, conscientious and very very kind. Every one of the staff were lovely,welcoming and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Vik Vasishta is incredible. Not only he has taken great care of my health but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care, profound knowledge and ample experience. I know when I come in to see Dr. Vik Vasishta he is already reviewed the reason for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed and he always asks if I have any other questions. I highly recommend becoming Dr. Vik Vasishta patient

Really glad I chose this Orpington centre to have my colonoscopy with Dr Aathavan, the facilities look new and nice, it’s such a calm environment. Nurse Jing was everything I hoped for in a nurse, she helped me so much during the procedure i.e. to breathe & be calm as I only used gas & air. Really pleased with the experience.

I had a job interview with David and a rude woman at Lyca health in Orpington and even tho before I went I explained to mister David that I want feedback regardless if I get the job or not because sometimes you don’t even hear back. He said no don’t worry it will be easy it’s a first stage face-to-face interview” after the interview I didn’t hear anything back even tho I emailed him and called his telephone line. What a useless bald guy he is to be at lyca health

A poor experience - scan we requested turned out not to be as thorough as we had been led to believe, and required a rerun via another practice. Subsequent requests for copies of invoices etc. have also gone un-returned - all in all, disappointed.

Absolutely fabulous hospital and the staff are amazing. The best medical centre I have ever visited and I have been to a few! Will not be going anywhere else from now on. Simply wonderful. Thank you.

The whole staff were friendly and very professional. From Rachel on reception to the doctor who did my procedure, there were caring and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. I would recommend the health clinic to anyone. It has a relaxed comforting atmosphere and was a pleasure to attend
