    I absolutely love my sessions with Julia. She is always so motivating, and seeing improvements in my strength and fitness from week to week is very rewarding. I leave feeling really good afterwards! Furthermore, Julia really takes the time to learn about your goals and targets the sessions towards that, working at a pace suited to you. With guidance and advice on nutrition, online resources and social events, as well as the ability to train in the studio or via video call, it really is great value for money and an investment I'd 100% recommend if you're looking to improve your fitness and wellbeing.

    My wife and I trained with Julia for over a year. Julia is very dedicated, knowledgeable and caring. She really helped me recovering from a lower back injury. I feel so much better now.

    Julia is the best trainer. She always lifts my spirit and encourages me throughout my fitness journey. I always feel super happy after our session despite the pain and the hard work. It’s a beautiful kind of pain. I like how the session can sometimes be slightly changed to accommodate my overall health on specific day. Julia is always there to help and flexible with timing which is amazing. I am going to continue my membership forever. Julia I love you you are AMAZING.     I started working with Julia about a year ago and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Julia is kind and knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. She's a fantastic trainer who has been very supportive on my fitness journey and has been a consistent role model in how to find balance. She knows when to push me to meet my goals, but also provides a sense check when I need to rest and listen to my body. With her recent training in yoga, she's added an additional option to my training regime which I'm excited to engage in more actively. I highly recommend her services to anyone who's looking to start on their fitness journey or even just looking to get their body moving a bit. Julia is the best!

    I cannot recommend Julia and Conte Health & Fitness enough. Julia has helped me grow from a complete gym novice to very confident and motivated across all types of strength training in just 6 months and I’ve seen great results. Julia made me feel very at ease from the get go - she's so bubbly and friendly but also extremely knowledgable and realistic and doesn't promise too much or too little. They have a private gym just off Old Street which is ideal, and all the staff there are really friendly too. You are also given various tools to track progress, workouts and gain extra knowledge.     Fantastic personal training gym with a friendly, approachable team! I trained with Julia for 8 months and lost 5kg and gained strength I didn’t know I was capable of, particular press-ups and pull-ups. My physique changed in a sustainable way and pace, whilst gaining an understanding of strength training and ways to enhance my eating. I had always been all or nothing with health & exercise and found this experience to be motivating, enjoyable and accountable. A great respectful community feel.

    I have been training with Julia at Conte Health & fitness over the last 12 months. In less than a year I have lost 25kg and achieved all my fitness goals. Julia is an amazing professional that will fully tailor your training plan to your specific objectives. She is a natural motivator, always energetic and really knows how to coach at any level of experience. I strongly recommend Julia and the Conte Health & Fitness crew for their professionalism and friendliness.

    Hi I enjoyed my 2 months with llenia she was great I lost weight and got fit and I eat better. llenia helped me to my individual needs and i done 3 days a week was great, she meets the needs of all the people in her class.

    I have been working with Julia for over 6 months now with a mix of online and in-person sessions and honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I love how upbeat she always is, she never fails to motivate me for a session! Her passion and knowledge shine through and make every session enjoyable and productive. What she has helped me achieve with improving my strength and fitness is more than I ever thought I could do and is all thanks to her believing in me and pushing me every session.

    I have been working with Julia for almost a year now, she’s my first experience with a personal trainer and I couldn’t speak my more highly of her. She is tremendously devoted to her craft and her clients and it shows - she’s helped me reach goal after goal as my trainer and also become a dear friend of mine. Something I definitely didn’t expect! Also her partner, Sasha is an amazing trainer and physio as you can expect. My husband and myself have had to pleasure of working with him to improve our quality of life through movement. They are both really amazing, personable, devoted people. Can’t recommend them enough.

    Julia is the best! I worked with her for a few months and she was always super encouraging and inspiring. She truly understood my goals and tailored every session to help transform my body. She is also very easy to get along with and she made my sessions both challenging and fun at the same time. I would highly recommend her!

    I have regularly worked out for 9 years and never achieved the results I wanted. After working with Julia and Sasha at Conte Health & Fitness studio, I finally got the results I wanted. I lost 8 kg of weight, have became the fittest and most toned that I have ever been and it is all thanks to them as they kept me motivated throughout the journey.The team were attentive to my goals and provided a holistic approach to help me achieve them, I could not be happier with the results.     Julia has been a fantastic coach and has really gone above and beyond what a normal personal trainer would do. She has helped me with not just the workouts (and has consistently tailored these to my needs as well), but also with my diet and nutrition plan and any questions I’ve had, she’s been on top of it all. Through out our sessions, she was constantly concerned about my well-being. I had to discontinue due to moving away from the country and am sad to no longer have Julia around. I’m coming away from this having made a great friend as she is also a wonderful person. Thank you so much for everything! x

    I worked with Julia for roughly 4 months and can’t recommend her enough as a PT. I was able to lose 15 lbs during my time whilst also working on my strength training. She was helpful, caring and always could really tell that she cared about my weight loss journey as much as I did. Conte health and fitness as a whole is a great place to join and recommend it for anyone starting up their fitness journey.
