Terry especially has been very helpful providing us with updates when needed and is just a phone call away. He was the agent who showed us around the property. He is very personable and realistic which made us feel at ease through the stressful experience. Natasha is very helpful, she is keeping us up to date with the progress of the house and is helping us through the journey. She is quick to reply to any questions and queries that we have. All in all very impressed with the team.
