    A big thanks to David for his help with some knee pain I'd been experiencing after a bike accident last year. David is warm, knowledgeable and clear about his perspective on injury as well as the activities best suited to help address and remedy aches and pains. At the end of the first session, I felt a great deal lighter not just from the exercises, but the insights into how the problem had developed (and why) - and that it was very possible to address them successfully with some focus and commitment. I also liked that David explained that: how we focus our attention on parts of our bodies also influences our relationship with pain and even our posture, which I had never considered, encouraging me to be mindful of this which I'm still conscious of today. David was very motivating without being aggressive - calm and clear explanation of the steps to take helped give me confidence that my efforts would be fruitful and was very encouraging. I finished my sessions a little prematurely as I moved out of the area. But even long after our final session a couple of months ago, I experience significantly reduced instances and intensity of pain (many days not at all). Thanks to his helpful explanation of the exercises (plus the neat idea of videoing me on my own phone doing the recommended exercises, as reference later), I have all the tools I need to continue with the tail end of the recovery. I'm very grateful for all of David's help and I couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks so much, David.

    Recovering from my third ACL tear and a complex two-stage reconstruction, I was fortunate to find David, easily the best physiotherapist I've had. His supportive demeanour, combined with an approach that adapted to my changing needs, made the lengthy recovery journey both manageable and motivating. Each session was not only effective but also finely tuned to ease discomfort and tailored to the phases of my recovery. He helped guide me through every up and down, providing steady support and direction. David's insightful understanding of the recovery process, combined with his genuine care and ability to manage complex injuries, has been invaluable during my rehab. His thorough strength and stretching exercises, coupled with clear and encouraging guidance pushed my recovery beyond my initial expectations. More than just addressing the injury, he took the time to explain everything – the cause, the best way to tackle it, and how to navigate the recovery process. Thanks to his support, I'm moving towards a full recovery, something I couldn't have imagined earlier. I wholeheartedly recommend David and am beyond thankful for his help - 1000% recommend!

    Absolutely brilliant physiotherapist! I have been through multiple physios over the years and David is the best one I've ever met! I broke a toe and David helped me recover and safely get back into running. I was able to run long distance again much sooner than I thought and my toe healed very well. David is very knowledgeable and I really like that he can clearly explain what is wrong, why it happened and how to get better. I recommend David 100%!!!

    I went to see David while training for my first half-marathon due to pain in one of my knees. He was incredibly helpful and supportive, and our sessions gave me the confidence and structure to train appropriately and avoid injuries. In addition to providing strength/loading exercises I could easily do at home, David also imparted wisdom/tips that I'm sure I'll use for years to come. I highly recommend his services!

    Had long standing knee pain for 10+ years which impacted my day to day life as well sporting activity. After seeing David, my issues are in the past, with my legs much stronger and able to play sport without wearing knee straps. David also was excellent during my rehab after injuring my ankles playing football, getting me back to playing faster than expected. Would highly recommend even if you have something longstanding that you think you’ll be stuck with for life, like I did with my knees!

    David is the best physiotherapist that I've seen (and I have seen a few). Shin splints have plagued my running for years and before I consulted David I was able to run 5k per week maximum. I'm now running 20k + and training to run a half marathon – something that was unimaginable a year ago. David has helped me with an exercise and stretching program, as well as helping me understand some of the underlying causes of the issue. Strongly recommend.

    I came to David to help my recovery of a torn ligament in an ankle. I was almost unable to move it after being in a boot for several weeks, but he helped me regain full mobility. Thanks to his work I recently went on several long hikes in the dolomites absolutely pain free.

    Have been seeing David for a couple of months now, and he has completely changed the way I view exercise. He’s helped me implement a lifestyle change, and see exercise as a way of strengthening the body so it can do more for you. Initially went to see him for some knee pain, and with every session I feel stronger. Can’t recommend him enough!
