WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! You call yourself World's No.1 in Art & Design and yet you put off students by having the worst customer service ever. Switchboard was extremely rude!! I have been trying to contact Admissions since May 2019, it is now August 2019. I have sent 4 follow up emails including help from RCA Accounts Receivable (they are very helpful). I have been answered and hung up by the same person all the time. Absolutely no care for the students. I haven't even started my course yet and then this happens. I am honestly disgusted by how switchboard treated me. It's like you can't even ask a question to the lady. I have been patient enough. It's almost 3 months and my problem still had no solution. You cannot keep doing this if you claim to be a prestigious top global institution. It's disgusting. I am hoping to change my review once my course starts but for now, someone has to do something about this.

Edit: most of their 2 year programmes have been replaced by 1 year now. So they can attract more int’l students (aka cash cows) Congratulations RCA for achieving better turnover rates and selling more diploma$ —— It’s a good place if you’re a visitor who loves arts. It’s a horrible place if you’re the student. Some tutors were nice but the school is corrupt and they don’t care about your complaints as long as they can still sell their degrees. They also don’t treat visiting lecturers fairly. Many tutors in different departments left during my study, and even the heads of programmes (Yes we’re headless most the time when I was there). The workshop space is small compared to other art schools. Please if you want to study/work there think again.

I've done a lot of research on this collage. Great reviews, modern buildings, amazing school in general. I want to go to this collage when im older. Interior design and other art in general is so special to me. I helped my parents design a whole room once and when the main designer came in and said "Have i been replaced?" yeah heehee. I cant wait to apply for this college one day 💓🎓

This is the best college I have seen so far and I aim on going here. I have done a lot of research, and this college is pretty good in terms of courses and learning but everyone seems to be complaining about costumer service. I think that's the only flaw of this college and I hope they do something about this.

I called the main number and spoke to a lady (I wish I got her name) I am shocked the way I was spoken to when all I needed was help for the right department to deal with me enquiry. She spoke over me, belittled me and made me feel very uncomfortable and stupid saying 'I don't know who you need to speak to do I'...

The college is opened today with strict social distancing measures in place. This internationally famous art college welcomed all their new students after a long wait. They enjoyed their first day at college by attending their face to face classes. The experience may be not as usual but hopefully the situation will improve gradually. I went their as part of my job and found the buildings are painted recently and the classrooms are also different from last year. The college authority is trying hard to start their usual job to do and I know it's genuine.

I went to see the Royal College of Art Graduate Show 25-30 June. It was really interesting and colourful. Definitely worth a visit when in the area.

Being the envy of the world, this is the best Arts College in the world. Students from across the world come here. The college has three campuses. No parking for students but cycling in is the best method. Huge range of courses done at these sites. The Royal College of Art is currently redeveloping their Battersea site which is going to be pretty BIG.

Worst experience ever of pedagogy. I’ve been crossing several excellent institutions... I took RCA for the best as they said so I applied for a last year in the « best school in the world ».. And it has been from far the most disappointed and useless. They stole my money. And the money of all the students coming inside. I’m surprised to meet other students from other departments and year that share the same point of view. You really feel what is it to be in a factory for money. It’s an unanimous bad feeling. Most people working there were not interested into pedagogy, into art or anything. They just played with international students money. They are just here to apply some methods useless. That they certainly rode in an old book of the 90´s. Or in a very bad dystopique movie about corporate firm. The real estate of the pedagogy is that she is not experimented.. and they give truth about something they never known. They talked accross something they never went inside. (Clown.) It’s such a shame, so expensive. A big fail. And the most of all, is that the pedagogy is not able to look to it failures. Student leave and they start again. They all forget the price that every student is paying for getting there compare to the « wonderful experiment RCA » They act as It is a free Hyppie Community School sitting on their chair pay by students. (contemporary art practice.) This degree was a real joke. Really don’t go to that school nothing to give you. And to be clear, most of the students not connected before by their previous experimentations are completly lost at the end of the school - so don’t think that this is going to give you something.

Their administrative system is terrible… I didn't realise how bad my experience in RCA could be until I’d graduated for half a year and still haven't received my certification. Think twice before paying the expensive tuition fees...

😠 If you are a prospective student who dreams of becoming a lawyer (a solicitor, a barrister, an in-house lawyer etc)...with a degree from this "university" your dream is very unlikely to come true. But don't take our word for it. Do the following. Whether you are a British or an overseas I suggest yo...
