One of the best sushi places in London! Great quality of fish, everything served tasted amazing. The counter seating offers a fun view of the kitchen and food being made, adds to the entertainment of the evening. Cocktail we got was okay, sake was better (we got cloudy sake). Deserts were good too. Absolutely amazing service! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Probably one of the best value for money sushi in London! Staffs are super friendly as well. The fish are not top quality obviously but in general it’s very fresh and tasty!

Was booked this for my birthday and the experience was wonderful. Being seated right at chefs table was a great experience. The pace and consistency of churning out food was great to watch and everything tasted amazing despite much of the food coming from bottles or pre-prepared. The fatty tuna roll and okamase are a must try. To the point I’ve now found sushi anywhere else to taste bland. Would love to come here again. There were quite a few takeout orders which really speaks to the quality of the food.

We had a perfect evening at Sushi Atelier for my partner's 30th birthday. Everything we ordered was exquisite particularly the Omakase sushi. We sat at the bar which I'd highly recommend for spectacular viewing of the chefs at work. The cocktails were also delicious and the atmosphere was great. A special restaurant to celebrate an occasion but also very reasonably priced. Highly highly recommend!

Cozy busy small restaurant. Arrived without reservation but the owner was so nice to find a window time to sit. The sushi is fresh and tasty. Efficient service by the busy team. Deserve five star for the quality of food, speed, and hospitality of the owner.

The very very fresh ingredients and warm atmosphere were impressive. You can always eat great quality sushi or sashimi whenever you go. Lunch sets are reasonably priced and have a lot. Chirashi is so beautiful that my eyes are happy. Various small dishes are authentic. When someone in London asks me to recommend a Japanese restaurant where can eat raw fish(sushi or sashimi), I always talk about Sushi Atelier first.

I was blown away by the quality of the food and service. The sushi was expertly prepared and each piece was bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes was also top-notch and added to the overall dining experience. I also appreciated the clean and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. It had a modern and upscale vibe without feeling stuffy or pretentious. Overall, my experience at this sushi restaurant was great and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious and high-quality sushi.

Better than we have expected. The food was fresh and fast, had an unique taste. Would definitely go again. The staff were very kind and informative. They bring your check inside a manga book, which was very unique! Haha

Had some amazing sushi at this place and the whole experience was a delight from start to finish. The whole staff were friendly, engaging and couldn’t have been more hospitable and watching the chefs prepare the food fresh in front of you was a great extra touch. Will definitely be coming here again

We have eaten in and ordered for delivery as well. It was consistent. However, I highly recommend getting omakase at the sushi bar where you can watch the chef make it and explain what each one is. Chef Rodrigo was absolutely lovely and the sushi was top notch. Everything was so fresh and flavourful. Nothing beats that sushi experience. 👌🏼

Amazing place. Not from london and do not live in London but everytime I’m here, this is a must stop for Japanese. Beyond expectations, was shocked the first time I came, I would say this competes or is maybe even better than multinational brands such as zuma n nobu. Amazing service, food, sake choices. Must go. Recommended dishes: otoro capraccio, sashimi omakase

Excellent food and service. We ordered sashimi and dragon rolls, they are delicious and worth the price. We got a little tweet for my friend’s birthday. I would recommend this place again!

For me the best japanese restaurant. Everything is perfect from the starter to the desert. Chefs are really talented and loves to explain. Thak you Rodrigo to advice us so well each time. I have been so many times and never regreted it.

The pros : great sushi selection (omakase wjth 12 different dishes), some other good dishes. The cons : room downstairs can be quite noisy when restaurant is busy. Service was a bit random, were suggested to take some carpaccio because the mains would take long, but the starter came last. Prices are on the high side

Tastes good!! Nice casual restaurant. Small sushi (unevenly cut/shaped 🤣) I would say wasabi/itsu skills are better in terms of the consistency of sushi roll cuts. Seats uncomfortable in the wooden booth downstairs

The food experience here was phenomenon (sushi) and we cannot recommend enough. The set up is very simple and no gimmicks but that’s probably what makes this place memorable. Start with the crab salad wrapped in courgette, delicate balance of the crab and fish roe and vegetables really stand out. You must try the fatty tuna rolls with truffle - for someone who does not like tuna as much it was a sensation. Interesting things about the sushi here is they are all served with a condiment that enhances the flavours and I definitely recommend letting them serve you as they wish! Items that I would probably not go for - wagyu shumai- it was very garlicky and I could taste it for the next two days :) overall this is a place I’d be recommending to all sushi lovers!

I had heard so many good things about Sushi Atelier but sadly was disappointed with their sushi omakase lunch (£33). Fish didn't taste fresh or have a good texture and the sauces overpowered the sushi. It's expensive for what you get. We were sat downstairs which got extremely hot and was very loud as the seats are pretty close together. There are limited vegetarian options. Service charge was automatically added 15% and we struggled to get water refills.

Lovely atmosphere and delicious food - some of the best fatty tuna I have ever had. The chefs are experts and interacted with us and made us feel welcome. Our waitress Viktorija was a delight - enthusiastic and attentive with some wonderful suggestions. Will definitely be returning. Would recommend counter seating for the best experience.

This is probably the best sushi I ever had in London. Sitting at the counter and watching the chef cutting sashimi and making into sushi was very enjoyable. The ingredients were in excellent quality and the seasoning made it went over the top! Other than that, the price was reasonable and service was very good as well. I will definitely come back again.

Legit good sushi! For the price point vs. quality, this is one of the best sushi I’ve eaten in London. I made a reservation for a Saturday noon slot on Dishcult. Requested a corner bar seating and got it! The wait staff and bar chefs were efficient and attentive. The food that followed was on par with some of the sushi I’ve eaten in Japan. Ordered a raw squid starter and razer clamp which the latter was done with a modern twist served in a misty open ball glass jar. The sushi is on the old school side which works for me as they don’t attempt to do too much. All in all, it’s rice and raw cut seafood and that’s it. No fancy sauces, no fancy topping and it’s good the chef doesn’t blowtorch everything. They serve cooked a small selection of cooked dishes too but I didn’t order any. Ordered a deluxe sushi set and 5 different types of sashimi (3-piece sizes) and loved them all. Highly recommend and would revisit when I’m in London again!!!

Great venue for a spot of sushi. Price point slightly higher than anticipated, fortunately offset by the fish quality, freshness and waiting service. The coriander tofu salad is simply a must….
