Outstanding retreat!!!! I recently visited Swanborough Lakes this February for a surprise 30th weekend away with my partner. The lodge was very impressive , and the views surrounding it were breathtaking! The lodge itself was in immaculate condition, and it was set out with everything you needed and more! The attention to detail was perfect! Throughout our stay Caroline and her team were very accommodating ensuring we had the perfect stay! She sent a pack of the lodge information and places to visit, in which we found to be very useful! We used a local restaurant for a great Sunday roast! Walked through the countryside, and visited the local town. This was a wonderful, quiet retreat just what we needed from our everyday busy lives. A place to stop, relax, and rewind! Swanborough Lakes has left an everlasting memory for the both of us and we hope to be back later in this year! Would 100% reccommend to friends and family !!!!! Thanks again for the amazing stay!

Extremely well appointed and well kept lodges in a great location. Quiet and away from any bustle whilst being within a few minutes drive of many shops, restaurants and places to visit. Beautiful views of the downs, a pub within 20 minutes walk and Lewes within 40 minutes walk.

Absolutely stunning lodges! A must go to place when you wish to relax in the most serene location. Very quiet and peaceful. Many amenities nearby. The lodges are of the most modern decor. Very stylish, beautifully furnished and top of the range appliances. We have been to many lodges and holiday parks but this place and the lodges stand out

Stayed for a weekend with my wife. Lodge was amazing, clean and spacious with some useful features. Hot tub was checked every morning to ensure chemical levels OK. Staff were friendly and helpful. Welcome gift was a lovely touch. Great location to visit pubs and restaurants in Lewes. Would recommend.

Second visit in a year and just as good second time round. Wonderful lodges, private and quiet with great views .

Brilliant little site. Nice views all around, peaceful and quiet, and only a 5-10min drive into town or a 1/2hr walk through fields should you fancy it. Dog friendly and fully equipped with everything you need. Just don’t forget your swimsuit and some bubbly for the Hot-Tub, for that perfect relaxing evening.

Loved our recent stay here! Very quiet location which made it a lovely place to relax and only a 20 minute drive from Brighton beach. Hot tubs are serviced daily and there are plenty dishes and cooking utensils provided in the lodge. Also some lovely walking routes nearby. We will definitely be back for another break!

Just finished a seven day holiday here, feeling really relaxed and refreshed, very very clean and high spec lodge, huge beds very clean bedding, we had a walk in shower which I loved. Three TV’s in total and Bluetooth speaker system to pair with your phone to enjoy yourselves while taking in the views. Oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine plus a wine chiller and even a coffee machine with milk frother. Fridge freezer about six feet tall, enough for your needs. Hot tub checked every day and topped up if needed. The staff are extremely friendly and had left a beautiful gift box for our arrival. My wife and I will definitely return to establishment. A great base for having those days out around the area.

Spent a week there. Great accommodation and really relaxing. Near a train station and Brighton is really close. London is an hour away by train. Recommended the place if you want a luxurious get away

Alright to fish I guess just don't rely on tips from regulars told me it's best not to bait up your swim next thing I know there's bait boats left and right and spod rockets flying in from all over no wonder not many bites they got kilos of food all over the place

Loved the place! Peaceful but within easy reach of Lewes and nearby coast. Lodge was spotless and well equipped. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break.

Incredible long weekend at Swanborough Lakes Luxury Holiday Lodges. Couldn't have been more perfect a setting for a special few days. The lodge itself was superbly furnished, with everything you'd need (from a fully stocked kitchen to blankets for outside). The view from the hot tub was fantastic. Definitely somewhere we'll look to come back to.

Lodges excellent quality. Nothing is too much trouble for staff. Views over lakes are quiet and peaceful.

The lodge that We stayed in was just perfect. It was very clean on arrival and the complimentary gift of food and drink was a nice touch.

What a beautiful place! Out lodge was clean and spacious. There was a wonderful welcome surprise waiting for us! The views are incredible. The location is also brilliant. Couldn't have asked for more!

Been there once for a fact finding mission and to see the place for the first time, will be great for what it is meant for in good season, have seen some of the ways to book through Hoseasons. Would say car travel is almost essential to get there as buses are only every now and then. Good views and an essentials shop is located in the main reception areas. Awaiting to see the place once again.

The most exclusive place... fantastic place to setup for a short break, highly recommend.

Lovely well maintained, clean, quiet and beautifully located lodges. All the mod cons were supplied. Plus, a much appreciated welcome gift waiting in the fridge on arrival. Only niggle, was brochure indicated you were not supposed to walk around big fishing lake but were welcome to walk around other smaller lake. On attempting to gain access was met with a sign of " No authorised access" and the gate was cable tied shut. Was advised by fishing Baliff that you were not allowed to walk around any lakes unless you were fishing. 😐
