It's great place for walking. The parking is free but number of spaces are limited. Better to park vertically wherever possible. This place has multiple beautiful walking paths where you can go through a pasture, wood and hills. You can find some woody sculptures and icons from CS Lewis book "Lion, Witch and Wardrobe" and Narnia world. Nice place for families and pets.

This is a very well marked wood trail, suitable for walkers of all abilities. The length is 4.35km in total. The wood itself is lovely, with interesting sculptures dotted around the path. There is also a countryside trail that splits off from the woods trail. This is a bit longer in length and takes you around the outside of the wood. Parking in Holly Lane Car park is free for easy access to this wood. Definitely worth a visit if you fancy a brief nature outing

Great walk with loads of dens to play in. Lots of different routes to take & all paths reasonably flat you could get a good buggy round.

Amazing park. Just discovered today. There is a small free car park which enables access to a lovely wooded park area. It seems pretty large so enabling lots of different paths. It has quite a varied terrain. Everyone we met seemed relaxed and friendly. Recommended!

Went to the Parkrun here which was well organised. There is free parking and we arrived early but spaces looked like they were running out already. There is another event only car park, apparently it was empty but using it means you miss out the Narnia carvings of the lion, the witch and the wardrobe on the way to the start. Itโ€™s a lovely 2 lap run with a big hill, trail shoes recommended if thereโ€™s been any rain. Luckily you start half way up the hill and finish on the bottom so more down than up.

How to entertain 5 to 8 year olds at this wood. 1. Den building. 2. Log balancing. 3. Over-sized noughts and crosses with fallen branches. 4. Running random circuits. 5. Walking trails. 6. Who can throw a small stick closest to a big log. Enjoy!

I've posted about this before but easily one if the best areas to walk / dog walk in the Epsom/ Banstead area IMO The park run people ruin it on a Saturday morning, sadly. Not sure of their seasonal diary but you won't get a parking space so best park further down Holly lane or near Ramblers Rest PH and the walks in this area should keep you away from the runners to some degree. I understand the value of encouraging people to exercise but their behaviour is selfish and unnecessary. This is one of the best woodland walks locally not a race track.

A really lovely walk on a beautiful day. Last time I went was a couple of years ago during the pandemic. Sad to see Lucy is no longer there as part of the Narnia trail. I also noticed the wardrobe had been graffitied on the side. Sad that some people seem to lack respect for these beautiful sculptures and has to ruin it for everyone else.

Great place to walk with lots of smaller trails taking you into the woods. Plenty of wildlife to see if you move quietly.

Beautiful woods. Amazing for dog walking ! They have the lion, the witch and the wardrobe carved statues to find in the woods which is good fun. Car parks are free. And one of the entrances has a dog friendly, vegan friendly pub.

Wonderful place for nice long walks! The grounds are usually covered with bluebells in late April-May! Thereโ€™s a Narnia trail, love it!
