Fantastic service once again. I contacted the Montague Clinic for a Covid Recovery Certificate for my son as I was struggling to get it via my GP, with limited appointments being available. The Montague offers an online application and fuss free service. I submitted the form last night and already have the certificate in my inbox. With ever changing travel rules to navigate and providers that often over promise, thank you for making life so much easier. Cannot recommend the Montague Clinic highly enough.

Over from the USA and my husband needed an emergency prescription. We were able to get a telephone appointment within two hours of booking. Minutes after the appointment, the prescription was emailed. Cost 35 pounds. Efficient and reasonably priced, the whole process was so much easier than I had been expecting. Covid Recovery Certificate came quickly, and they even called back to address some queries. I would advise to maybe not link the certificate to a specific travel destination as people may want to use it for different countries/purposes. The company appeared very dodgy to me as they do not have a phone number available. After speaking to them I learnt that they had to remove this number as they couldn’t cope with the number of calls as they are a very small company! Very friendly and helpful.

The online chat feature is super help and the process to get the certificate was quick and easy. It helped me get out of a tricky situation in Italy. I was surprised that I didn’t need to meet with a doctor virtually at all, only fill out the online form and pay. I received my certificate about 4 hours after submitting my form - I submitted it around 1am and received the certificate around 5am.

The Montague Clinic made obtaining a COVID Recovery Certificate stress free. The application process was simple. We received our certificate within hours of submission. I highly recommend this service.

I have no words to explain how thankful I am to Dr. Om and his team for working with me to provide our covid recovery certificates. Our case was not black & white, but complicated by another company's failure to place a date on a positive fit-to-fly test & prolonged "positives" after symptoms had ended. Dr. Om went beyond expectations by working after hours & helping me find appropriate, objective, time-stamped evidence to document my symptoms at the time of the first positive. At the writing of this review, the US has dropped its negative test result entry requirement, so hopefully, all need for a covid recovery certificate has vanished forever, too (cross fingers!). However, if you are looking for a GP clinic that cares about you as an individual, and is willing to go above & beyond to help, contact the Montague Clinic.

Montague Clinic was an excellent company to use to get our Covid Recovery Certificate. I filed my form soon after midnight on the first day eligible and received by certificate via email in about 20 minutes. Then I filed for my wife but attached an incorrect form. They reached out and informed me. But I was having problems with one of my email accounts so to save time I filed a second correct form. Again, they noticed, accepted the new form, issued the certificate and then in a separate email informed us that since we filed two forms the same person that we would get a refund on the second fee paid. That is what I call excellent service!

Montague was amazing during such a stressful time as being stuck in a different country and not being able to fly home. They were super responsive, friendly and quick. They were able to get us the covid recovery letter that allowed my parents to return to the US. My only regret is I wish I would have known about them sooner. Process was easy, letter was effective, and parents are safely back home.

Our group of golfers in Scotland tested positive for Covid including myself and Montague Clinic was just the place we needed to obtain the Health Recovery Certificate . We were able to chat and ask questions with rapid turnaround and they led us through the procedure so easily and processed our application in minutes after midnight so we could board a 6 AM flight. I cannot be more grateful for their service and feel so lucky to have found them as they were the key to us getting home to our families in the US. They are the best!

Very professional. Rapid responses via email. I needed a RT-PCR test result for flight and the result arrived within 24 hours. The clinic was very understanding about the 72-hour time window to receive the test result before the flight.

Travelling during pandemic isn’t easy, but the Montague Clinic definitely did make it easier! I was very anxious when it comes to ordering tests, as many of the companies offering them have bad reviews and don’t seem reliable…That’s why I was so happy to find this clinic - everything went smoothly, I decided to drop off the test myself and received the result after a few hours. People at the clinic always quickly replied to all my questions and were very helpful! I’m ready to travel now and I’ll be recommending the Montague Clinic to my travelling friends and definitely will be using their services again :)

I’ve used Montague Clinic for a while now and can confirm they are extremely professional & informative. I’ve used them for PCR test with Travel Certificates, PCR tests for Quarantine release and PCR tested all our office-based staff. I can highly recommend all at the Montague Team.

Highly impressed with the 'test to release' service offered by the Montague Clinic. Dr Ricky was incredibly helpful and the results came back within a few hours.

I must say that travelling during this pandemic has been quite stressful but the quality care and concern that your clinic demonstrated really helped with my return to the UK. The Test to Release scheme was simple with the testing kit delivered to my flat without issue. The instructions that were included made the sample collection easy despite the obvious discomfort of swabbing my own throat and nostrils. I was able to drop off the completed sample before noon at the lab in North West London that is only a short walk from the Jubilee Underground line. I was surprised and relieved to receive my negative test results less than seven hours later, allowing me to end my quarantine. All in all, I am very happy with the service provided and although I hope to not be required to travel again during these tight restrictions, I would highly recommend your services to any else wanting to take part in the Test to Release scheme. Thank you ever so much!

Sent out test around 8:30am and got results back around 4pm fast and efficient.
