We went to Allure today to get my engagement ring resized and couldn’t fault the amazing service! My partner has told me previously how helpful they were when helping him to purchase the ring and I saw it firsthand at my resizing today. They talked me through the sizes, helped me make sure I had the right size, did it all in a couple of hours so we wouldn’t have to come back into London, and helped to settle any worries I had about it. I can’t recommend Allure enough! :)

The staff are absolutely amazing and guided us through the process of buying rings very efficiently. They’re knowledgeable and patient and take their time with you. Very attentive and knowledgeable team who took us patiently through all the settings, stones and colour options that they offer. They went out to get lots more options too from around Hatton garden. Eventually we decided on a ring that is special to us and they made it just right and very quickly. If you do decide to go there, ask for Zain.

This review is so late but I wanted to come back and write it as Zain, Junaid and the whole team at Allure were absolutely fantastic! They were REALLY patient with me and so accommodating every time we went in. We were looking to buy my engagement ring at the time but ended up getting our wedding bands from them too. We were very happy with the end result and having looked around (a lot!) found the prices really competitive. We also recommended Allure to two friends who ended up buying their wedding bands from them too. Would very much recommend! Great customer service, knowledge on the products and everything was ready perfectly on time on the dates agreed! Buying a ring is a big decision which is why I'd recommend coming here and asking Zain to help guide you through it. We went to a few different places to see what is available, prices and the support jewellers could offer. On all three parts we were very happy here, we ended up getting the engagement ring made, and a wedding band and one more altered.

Allure Jewellers have been an amazing and super helpful jeweller from my journey to getting down on one knee to exchanging bands at the civil. Their customer service, the product quality and value for money is unmatched. I remember walking into Hatton Gardens and purposely walking past the shop as it looked "expensive" from the outside .. how wrong was I?! It was the last shop I went to in Hatton Gardens and it will always be the first shop now! I purchased both my wedding ring and engagement bands and what always brings me back to the shop is the excellent customer service (in particular, Toby who was very attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly). They never fail to offer a helping hand and have rescued me a couple of times as follows: 1. Sourcing a near enough matching wedding band for my other halfs engagement ring at very short notice (literally a day or two before the civil!) 2. Offering to resize rings at short notice 3. We didn't originally come to Allure for our wedding bands but glad they called us in to have a chat. We originally went to get our bands from the same store I got my engagement ring from, but the experience was not good. Choosing your wedding band is exciting but the original store looked up everything on their computer and did not really listen to us. Just told us prices and this is what they have - job done, pay your money for it. We left disheartened. As we walked Junaid saw us looking in the window and opened the door for us to have a chat. First thing you notice - no computers on the desk. He spoke to us and listened to what we were after, we had a rough idea and he understood what we were looking for. We took measurements, then looked at styles. And I am grateful because my husband isn't one to wear jewellery but he was excited when talking about what he wanted. We didn't stick to business talk, it was like talking to a friend and we came away feeling good. When we got the call to come in for our fitting and to see the rings - WOW. Mines was great but Husband's was amazing. If he could wear the ring then and there, he would of. It was amazing and the staff were great because they even came around and complimented it. They did such a great job on our (fancy) wedding rings that we even purchased another set of everyday rings then and there. We will definitely be coming back to Allure when we want to purchase Jewellery. The service, staff and quality of products are exceptional.

The team at Allure Jewellers have been exceptional in making my wedding band to my engagement ring. It wasn’t easy to custom make it to the exact specifications of my ring so that they fit in well together and all of it had to be hand made. They kept me in the loop and kept sending me revised CAD images to make sure I was happy with the design and it all came out perfect in the end! I found Allure from a recommendation. I had a stone and wanted to create a custom piece for my proposal. Nearly every shop I went to was quoting thousands of pounds for this custom piece as I wasn’t purchasing a stone from the same shop.
