I love it here and have been many times. Every therapist has been exceptional and known exactly what they were doing. I sleep incredibly afterwards and generally feel uplifted, even when there hasn't been anything specifically wrong. The only negative is that sometimes it is a little noisy. The light hum of traffic is easy to ignore but amazingly other customers sometimes speak loudly, and I think that the therapists should ask them to whisper quietly instead. Also anyone in reception should be encouraged to speak quietly as when the door opens between reception and the chairs it can disturb the serenity that the therapists work so hard a creating.

Went for a back and neck treatment booked by my wife. There was an issue with the appointment so was told to come back in 20 mins. Settled down for treatment - they started on my feet. It soon became apparent that it was only a foot treatment. As it was a quiet room I could not raise the question so went with with it. At the end told receptionist that I had the wrong treatment. She just took credit card payment with no apology. Only after my wife called did they discover that I had an appointment. This was not a good experience.

I just wanted to drop you a note to compliment one of your amazing staff. Her name is Rashida and she saved my life yesterday. I came in not able to turn my head either way and in excruciating pain. Over the course of a week I have been to an osteopath medical doctor and prescribed drugs without any relief. After an hour massage I was much better and today I am 99%!!! She totally knows what she’s doing and has a very good bedside manner. Please tell her good job!! Thank you Scott

For a place that needs to offer tranquility I feel like it needs more to offer on this side. The windows are not double glaze and traffic doesn't help in terms of the noise. Sometimes the window vibrates when big cars are passing. Not good. The room (which has 3 treatment chairs) is dark and stuffy and not helping when there's more than one treatment taking place. There is no place to hang your clothes or put your bag.

I booked in tonight last minute, was having a stomach spasms from something I ate ( as I have Crohn’s disease) as I take a holistic approach to healing, staying in remission and managing it, I decided to book a 45 min reflexology session …. I cannot beleive an hour later, no pain, no bloating, no cramps , no spasm …. Agnus ! You were amazing ! And also she was extremely knowledgeable in the foot anatomy and really gave the designated areas I need the TLC it needed today! Thank you and will be booking regularly with her now!

What a gem of a find. Situated on the corner of Sidney Street tucked away in a very pretty courtyard. My 3rd reflexology session and as previous total bliss. Professional with no interruptions and the reflexologist is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

There are unbelievable things that happened. I had so annoying back pain and I didn’t believe that it can be fixed with a session. I was lucky to get a walk-in appointment with Michal. After 5-7 hours I don’t feel any back pain. It’s a miracle. I strongly recommend this place and going to have a massage once a week.

The massage was all over the place and some parts of my body were massaged a lot and some barely anything. The person doing a reflexology on a guest whilst I was checking out was almost asleep! It was totally over priced for what I got. It was not a professional massage. I won’t be going back.

Booked an appointment for my husband last week they told me it was unnecessary to have his first name , that they could look up his appointment by the surname . Booked a back and neck treatment as a gift he showed up they told him nothing was booked for 11am? They neglected to tell him his appointment was for 12. They then told him to come back in 20 mintues for a treatment which then turn into a £63 foot massage . This is not at all what was book and when I called very upset asking why they changed his appointment they told me he never gave his surname . REALLY is this how a business should be run . Such incompetence they have the scheduling there on the computer with all the information. Search with the surname review your bookings don’t tell a client who was given a gift of a neck and back massage , that he is not booked in. And then just to fill in your 11:20 slot you rebook him and give him a foot massage . How ridiculous Never , Ever going back and will pass this on .

Staff are rude and didn’t understand the fact I was in a bad way feeling unwell and couldn’t make it in. I called to let them know and they refused to swap my appointment or refund it they said I was going to be marked as a no show. Bad form for a business I have so much money to. Buying treatments for people. They were not helpful and had an attitude the last thing you want from a place of relaxation

When living in London I used to come regularly to this place as I loved the reflexology. I popped in on the off chance this week and had Svetlana who was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and had the best nights sleep afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience here, all of the staff are so lovely and welcoming, management made me feel incredibly relaxed and the treatment I received was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back.
