I've seen Amy a few times now, she's awesome! She takes great care of my teeth, is detail oriented and makes sure you're comfortable. All the nurses and receptionists were warm and welcoming too.

I have all of my family members with Chesterville Dental for a few years. All of the dentists including Dr. Gan, Amy and Elisabeth are so caring and professional at dental work. Recently, my little one (only 6 years old) has cavity on a few teeth. It is her first time to have teeth filling so she was so nervous and reluctant to do the filling at clinic. We almost gave up and are about to be referred to specialist. Dr. Elisabeth took the challenage and got all her teeth filled across 4 appointments. Her patience with kids and efficiency/effectiveness of the operation make my little one so relaxed and cooperative. Really appreciate your effort and professionalism!

I was recommended this dentist by my neighbor who could not speak highly enough of the service and care offered by the staff here. And I couldn't agree more. Everyone I have interacted with has been extremely helpful and friendly, and I feel very lucky to have been recommended this dental practice. I was assigned Dr Gan for my check up and clean, and I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Gan. He is friendly, patient, thorough, takes the time to explain things, and offers genuine confidence in the results one would hope to achieve. 🙏🏻 It is extremely hard to find dentists and clinics that tick all the boxes, but this place does it with ease. ✅

Just got my braces off! So happy with the result as I came in with an angled front tooth! Very easy to find and extremely kind and patient receptionists and dentists. Phone chargers for all types in the lobby with comfortable sofas and activity’s for kids too. Again massive thank you to the staff and especially Dr. Jasmine I’m extremely impressed with the results 🙏

I am a new patient and so far have been happy with how gentle Dr Gan was. He reassured me and was happy to take extra time to calm my nerves. Reception staff and dental assistants have also been very friendly and reassuring. I am glad I changed to this practice.

My experience at Chesterville Dental was fantastic. Dr Amy was incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through everything. She also provided a quote before she continued with the work. Got a Saturday appointment also, which was great. Highly recommend!

Over the past year I have had extremely sore and inflamed gums, and after visiting three different dental clinics, Dr. Gan was the only dentist who was able to diagnose the root of the problem. Yesterday he repaired my six front teeth with the assistance of Chloe Rose and they did an impeccable job. Not only was I kept updated on the process throughout the procedure but the precision and dedication to my oral health was amazing. I could not recommend them enough. All the receptionists are also welcoming and warm before and after the procedure ❤️

I 'found' Dr Gan during Covid when my Mum (97 y.o.) needed an urgent extraction. He treated her with such respect, explained all so clearly & was very aware & caring re her angst. I immediately converted & became another of his patients. I can highly recommend Dr Gan at Chesterville Dental He and all the staff are extremely professional & very friendly. I'm so happy with all the work I've had done - no more old amalgam fillings showing when I smile/ laugh. I've been updated re dental hygiene & now each time I see the dental hygienist I'm complimented re the state of my teeth & gums. Also my teeth are free from stains, now looking like they did when I was much younger (I'd previously been told they couldn't be whitened) Thank you Dr Gan & all the staff

Dr Gan and the team at Chesterville Dental are all amazing. Dr Gan is friendly, approachable, very professional and is clearly an incredibly skilled dentist. As a new patient, he took the time to do a thorough initial consultation and assessment with me to gain a better understanding of my dental history. He then took the time to explain what he found and was able to show me exactly what he was talking about as he took several pictures of my teeth! At no point did the appointment feel rushed, which is what I have experienced at other clinics. I would highly recommend Dr Gan for all your dental needs!

Beyond a 5-star rating! The degree of care is exceptional and can’t recommend this practice enough. Dr Gan is very knowledgeable and has communicated well the things involved when i had my implants - no question is a silly question for him. I appreciate so much that questions/concerns are encouraged and that I feel listened to when I have doubts/issues that arise, and the lovely assistantants / admin staff also rang to follow up on what is happening after every procedure all throughout the process. I’m sooo happy with the end result - Dr Gan made absolutely sure that the colour and appearance were what I wanted. All the dentists are lovely - my daughter’s first dental experience with Dr Jasmine was a positive one and continues to be, so I am thrilled! Dr Elizabeth, with her skillful and gentle hands, reassured me dental visits are not scary after all! Chloe, Jodie, Emma, the dental hygienists and nurses - all have a lovely smile with them (their masks can’t hide it!) and pleasure to talk to. We moved an hour away but still happy to drive to this practice for our dental needs — i am afraid they have raised the bar so high I haven’t seen another practice yet that can match the experience my family has with Dr Gan and his team. thank you and please keep doing what you’re doing!

I can't speak highly enough about Chesterville dental. Dr Gan, Dr Jasmine and Dr Amy they have great attention to detail and have shown great care to my teeth, even if that means spending extra time to answer my questions. Dr Gan has been my family dentist for over 10 years now. The team has cordial service, friendly follow up calls, and when I left my doctors certificate behind they emailed me without me asking (thanks Jodie and Chloe). I couldn't be happier with the service.
