Worst psychiatric clinic I have ever beem to. Took them 3 months to even respond to my numerous emails and calls trying to book an initial appointment. If there was no availability a response would have been appreciated, especially when my mental health was affecting me greatly. I was then charged $650 for the service. The most communication I ever received was them chasing up the money for a week, only to ghost me again when I asked for a document as evidence of my assessment - something I think should be expected when paying $650 for a mental health assessment. Clearly they are motivated by money. Do not book at this psychiatrist, their service has made me lose faith in our health systems. Extremely disappointed.

Highly disappointed. No receptionists. Poor communication. They kept making me wait until my past history arrived and then when it did, I was discharged from their care- leaving me stranded. I feel this was retribution as I accidentally cancelled an appointment. I believe this clinic only cares about the money and not the patient. I would never treat a patient in this manner and I am a doctor.

Great psychiatrists! Dr Sareen has supported me, listened to me and validated my concerns. Never made me feel less than. I felt understood. Only issue is it is a serious ordeal trying to get someone to answer the phone or getting a script sent to your pharmacy. Remember to ask for scripts at your appointment or you might be waiting a week or two for your scripts!!

I was nervous seeing prior reviews, but my experience with Dr. Saluja has been great, and perhaps they have new admin? I was put on a waitlist for assessment, and assessed by the doctor. I had no issues getting my script and was prescribed for a short period to check on how I progressed. I emailed some notes on my experience and was contacted by the doctor to modify and monitor my dose. I realised later my dose wouldn't last until the next appointment, and the admin team ensured my emails were forwarded and the doctor called me back to ensure I got my script in time. I've been very happy with the level of professionalism and support in terms of ensuring my needs were met.

EDIT: The psychiatrists are great, but the admin team is useless. They have cost me $200 from their poor communication with no apology or attempt to fix their error. Dr Saluja is warm and explains each medication to you and the pros and risks involved. He will ensure you are given enough information to understand your medication and will help get you on the right track. With the help of both Dr Saluja and Dr Sareen, I went from have a tick, stuttering and being unable to handle bright lights or noises due to intense mental health issues, to being able to go to concerts, work and even go back to uni without any ticks, stutters or anxiety.

He was my psychiatrist at Dandenong. My parents trusted his judgment. Seeing him again at the MPC last year made it clear that there was no transparency with his treatment. Not to mention borderline negligence… I would advise anyone who sees a psychiatrist to know their rights as a patient well before hand.

I am a patient of Dr Saluja and I cannot recommend him enough!! He is patient, understanding, listens and takes me seriously, and explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. So happy to have been recommended him by another patient!! The Centre’s reception is unfortunately not so great (bad with receiving docs via email and unreliable phone answering) but the experience with Dr Saluja makes it very worth it!! Highly recommend Dr Saluja to anyone seeking help.

I've been seeing Dr Sareen for the last two years. I've never had a problem with booking an appointment or obtaining needed prescriptions. Dr Sareen always listens and gives enough time for a thorough assessment, and he actively sets reminders for new prescriptions so that I never run out (he remembers for me). The staff are always pleasant and emails are passed on promptly. I'm very happy with this practice.

Dr Sareen is an incredible Psychiatrist, I’ve been seeing him for multiple years now and he wholeheartedly saved my mental health. Could not be more thankful for the time and effort he puts into his patients.
