I
was
going
to
go
on
this
long
rant
about
previous
encounters
with
dealerships
that
led
to
me
having
the
best
experience
buying
a
new
car.
But
who
wants
to
read
those
long
complaining
posts.
We
had
the
opportunity
to
work
with
Cole
at
the
Liberty
lake
location.
From
the
very
beginning
of
Cole
reaching
out
to
us
he
listened
to
what
we
wanted
and
sent
personal
videos
of
what
they
had
on
hand.
I
advised
Cole
that
I
didn't
want
to
make
the
drive
there
until
I
knew
for
sure
that
this
was
the
deal
for
me.
I
was
working
with
other
dealerships
as
well.
Cole
said
they
were
getting
ready
to
close
for
the
night
and
since
it
was
a
Sunday
banks
were
closed
to
get
finance
options.
Cole
assured
first
thing
Monday
morning
he
would
call
around
to
banks
and
find
a
finance
option
with
in
our
budget.
Cole
did
just
that,
first
thing
Monday
morning
Cole
messaged
me
and
let
me
know
we
were
approved
and
got
us
into
the
not
only
the
make
and
model
of
the
vehicle
we
wanted
but
a
year
newer.
I
didn't
get
off
until
an
hour
before
the
dealership
closed,
but
Cole
didn't
let
that
stop
us
from
getting
into
our
vehicle
that
night.
He
collected
all
the
information
he
needed
to
have
the
papers
ready
for
us
by
the
time
we
got
there.
We
looked
at
the
vehicle
and
made
sure
we
did
indeed
want
it.
Signed
all
the
papers
and
was
in
and
out
with
in
an
hour.
Him
and
the
financing
guy
Jay
stayed
late
to
make
sure
it
was
all
done
and
we
didn't
need
to
come
back
the
next
day.

You
took
one
of
the
worst
experiences
from
buying
a
vehicle
from
a
dealership
that
treats
you
like
a
paycheck
and
turned
it
into
a
painless,
and
easy
process!
We
are
now
in
a
reliable
vehicle
that
fits
our
family
comfortably,
and
is
even
great
on
gas.
I
now
have
no
worries
taking
my
family
on
long/short
trips
and
that's
all
thanks
to
Cole
and
the
guys
at
George
Gee!
We
will
be
using
them
in
the
future
and
sending
all
our
friends
and
family
looking
for
a
call
their
way!
