We've purchased aerofit treadmill from here and had to say their customer dealing is excellent 👍, I've got one of the best offer for the product with lest price. A special mention to Mr. Steve and his team for delivering the product precisely on time and two of his employee came to our home cleared all our queries and they were well Informed about the treadmill and it's various functions. *Athele sports & fitness is the best place for fitness and sports equipment in Pathanamthitta* Totally satisfied.

Both the store and customer service are equally good, I got a yoga mat from Athlene. Totally worth the price, comfortable and most importantly doesn't fold back.

We purchased swim dresses from the store, and they appear to be of good quality. They offer a limited selection of shorts and a very limited range of swim shirts. While they have a decent variety of sports items, including roller skates, it's disappointing that they don't recommend trying them out before making a purchase, especially when we're investing 4-5k. We've spent almost 3k, and we didn't receive any discounts. Overall, our experience was satisfactory. We would rate them 3.5 for this transaction and hope for better experiences in our future dealings with them.

Ample sports items, enough parking space. What I was not happy was when i entered the shop it was a total black out, no lights, no ac.. when i asked the staff he said no electricity since morning... a big shop and no generator confused me... later on while purchasing items we had to try out a few items and then there was light in the trial rooom.... all sweaty and hot inside the shop and finally we were paying the bill when another staff came in and said why are the lights and ac off ?? And suddenly there was light and ac... The bill was also funny, you buy a product at the sticker rate and then shows a discount and later that discount is added as some gst and your final rate is the same as sticker rate... What were they trying to proove, if no customers or just 1 walk in to save electricity !!!! So next time people visit this place after 7pm, as they have to put the lights on.... and watch out for the funny bill and dont ask for discounts, its already there on the bill
