I stayed in AIRCO Le Grand Inn for a day. Very good service. Immediate cleanings are done as per the request also. You must ask for soap, towel, and water. Only then they were provided. They missed to give. Very kind and polite service. Good place for families too.

Good hotel with average rooms. Had booked deluxe AC rooms. Rooms had one pungent smell. Lines and towels were clean. Maintenance is ok. Have ample amount of open parking space. Good for a night stay. Have stayed their with family and a kid. No problems as such. There is no food service, have gave an app something like swiggy to order food from outside.

Budget hotel (AC room for 2 cost me Rs 1880). Very centrally located, right in the heart of the town, and just a couple of minutes walking distance from the KSRTC bus station . Parking is limited, but seems to be adequate, as the number of rooms appears to be small. The rooms were quite clean, bathroom was ok, with hot water, and the service was adequate and polite. A couple of restaurants available nearby. Compared to other hotels in the vicinity, the cost was very economical.

Super happy with facilities provided by this hotel, we booked 4 rooms , reached late night around 10:30pm, supportive staff, spacious room, hot water, got extra mattress on request , lot of parking space, and at reasonable price. We booked it on the way to Goa from kanyakumari, would certainly book again

It was a cozy experience staying at the hotel... Beautiful Rooms with a cute sofa and carpet, In the washroom although they need to fix the tap. Soap and shampoo/ self care products was provided, Warm water was also not a problem. If you are a tourist communicating in English with staff might be a problem.

Had an overnight stay in the hotel. The room was decent. Toilets were good. The quality of the bed cloth could be improved. They serve food on request to rooms, the quality was good. There was some powercut in between that made wifi to go on and off which was a concern as there was no proper cellular data connectivity. The staffs are really courteous and are ready to assist you anytime.

Rooms are not very clean , tv was not working, when asked why it was not working the manager said you can leave if you want and we will issue the refund.. or asked to move to another room.. rude behavior

Good hotel located in Centre of Town stayed with my family and staffs we're good and cooperative and guided us for temple visits close to so many hotels and they deliver food at room.will stay there again recommended.

Well placed rooms of convenient size, convenient parking and good service.

Room is good, if bed location is rotated will get more privacy. Itbis better to provide a tea kettle in the room. And water heater have a timer which gives diificulty. Aftr 9pm heater will not work

Stayed in deluxe room(Non AC) . Staff are courteous and room was clean.The routine check in time is 2:00 pm and checkout time is 12:00... But they allowed us to stay till 5:00 pm . Only walkable distance to Pushpagiri Medical College (550m).No Resturant facilities...but 2-3 of them are nearby. Altogether good stay ... Good Parking facility available 🅿️

Receptionist support was very poor. No room service. Booked super deluxe room but was provided ordinary room. No drinking water was provided. No hot water for bathing orovided. Receptionist asked me to boil the water by using the small kettle. Regret that i booked the room well in advance over phone. Stayed in the room only for two hours.

Price is ok. And location is perfect for shopping around Thiruvalla. Rooms were not at all well maintained

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The hotel is decent. Parking facilities are there. Rooms are good. Staffs are helpful too. Washroom facilities were also decent. But considering the cost ( for us 3 person they charged 2.2k approx ) this is not really worthy. This is the case with most of the hotels nearby. Not sure why all the hotels in this area is overpriced !!

In Thiruvalla town, close to Pushpagiri hsp, tea available, no restaurant, no worries as plenty nearby+ order food via Zomato

Good for a low budget stay. Rooms and washrooms are well sanitized. Room Kit was provided. Overall it was an average stay experience.
