The tables are less and being busy day it was hard finding a table and the fries were really over fried and salty. It felt like if the space was a bit bigger and they had more service PPL it would be amazing

Food is bit costly and spicy too. KFC DSl Virtue Mall Employees service not at all good. They are not at all polite. Service levels to be improved.

The KFC at the DSL mall Uppal has a good seating However the order takes a bit of time to come in The service and the staff are friendly I personally liked the seating of the place , can spend an hour or so in there Food is severed better Service is prompt

Very poor customer experience and they do not follow standard TAT for any of their food items and putting the customers into health hazard. Staff are not well aware of their food products or its hygine standards.

Worst experience again with KFC especially. Food became pathetic in every store. visited dsl virtue mall KFC store today and ordered for double chicken roll for whivh they charged 149 and extra sauce 29 rupees plus tax. Please see the photos and decide whether it is worth or not. When opened wrap it was with tomato sauce and 4 pieces of onion and two broken pieces of chicken for which they have added littl bit of Mayo. When asked they gave me answer of new staff have done that n sorry. Pathetic service and response. Not only this branch KFC everywhere is looting people with this kind of service and food. Waiting for the wrap for half an hour now and still don't replace it

Pathetic experience. If you are ordering, please please don't believe them, open your pack and check what they have packed. While getting a bucket, they first of all told me they gave all the items, but when I cross-checked, they admitted that they did not give me a considerable amount of food. After that they packed it, I asked if everything is there including the dips and they confirmed they gave everything. Now after coming at home, I see they did not give the dip for which they have charged in my bill.

The representative taking my order added items which I have not requested, when I checked my bill & showed to representative that I never request cheesy dips, she said sorry sir, but we can't reverse it since bill is generated, I told 2-3 times again that this is not what I ordered but representative did nothing & eventually I had to accept the order items even when I have not asked for. Really not happy

The worst KFC branch i have ever seen in my life. Please avoid this KFC store, if you're planning to have kfc. 1. The food was the worst, i went 3 times and it tasted the same as over salted. 2. The service is the worst, i ordered "Mingles meal". And finally they given 1 regular Pepsi. I have asked about second one, but they are saying you will get only one papsi in this order. After an discussion with manager they were saying you will get the 1 pepsi on the order. I am a fan of mingels meal, i ordered it for more than 10 times and i am aware of what items I'll get in order. The food here is just average. Service is self service,we should wait and select our order and they will give a slip, I gave it 2 star because they have not called us when our food was ready ,it became a little bit cool when we came to take our food .Its a space where all seats are open in front of all stores and there are no walls.

Had burgers today here and it was not hot. I have eaten at different KFC outlets but had bad experience here. No ketchup and tissues provided unlike the common practice, unless asked. Chicken did not seem to be fresh. When my wife tried to inform the same there was no proper response. Also I had bookmyshow kfc reward but was not available. As I had show time, I did not raise any issue there, but the experience which I had at other outlets is clearly missing here.

Akhil is best manager I've ever met and the food was delicious 😋😋 and the management is friendly towards the customers. If we visit this store we will get the value of our money. I will prefer this among the other KFC's in Hyderabad and I would recommend my friends and family to visit this store and guys who are watching this review please try KFC at this store.

Worst service.. They serve you something else with too much of oil absorbed to it, instead of actual chicken leg piece. Also they deny to offer extra tissue paper but ready to give so much of oil on it. There is also price difference to all the items which on official websites and at the outlet. TeamKFC you time is over in INDIA , you gonna suffer soon enough. You services served us and looted us quite well but time to leave.
