I sincerely hate it.. The worst experience.. I've been to many places but this was the worst of the worst.. Rude people.. I can understand that you have rules to follow but being polite doesn't take your salary away... I reached at 10 Am and took the pass ticket and entered... Your rule for the pool is to allow minimum 10 members.. but when there are no customers are you supposed to just keep the ones here waiting?.. And when I asked the the person working there... He just adviced to take our money back.. like seriously?? Such a worst experience.. we waited the whole half day.... Unlike other resorts.. there are not many enjoyable things to do... So.. hope this is useful to the reader... Try going to other places instead. And I don't think even one star is worth it.

I don't think this deserves 1 star too, the welcome drink is too dirty it was completely water, recently I visited with my school children, the food is really worse it was not up to the mark, they made it like anything, please take care about the food, children are very bold. I think you develop from now. I visit one more time after 4 months. We don't want surprises we require common arrangements for common man and kids.

Useful review. Bad: 1.There is no maintenance for all kids play area items since 2 to 3 years since covid it seems. 2.swimming and water games are charged hourly basis. They are charging 190 for water games, 120 for pool per HOUR. 3.entry ticket 120rs , that can be reduced. 4.no rain dance Good: 1.out side food not allowed, however the restaurant food is good and prices are also same as outside restaurant rates only. 2.ice creams , cool drinks etc rates are also normal.

We had our office offsite at this Resort. Their arrangement for offsite outing was quite good. Our team's needs were listened and were taken care. Their food is delicious and service was good.Price also reasonable.

Butiful resort in Hyderabad, slides and pool superb,water is clean ,bigg children play area ,my family enjoyed a lot

Worst resort of Hyderabad.Their watchmens, manager - Mr. Shafi and Marketing Manager - Mr. Naidu are making fool to the customers and showing roadism towards us worst resort don't waste your time. They want the customers to put so much of money and use the water rides only for 1 hour such a bastards they are they dont even know how to speak with the ladies. NEVER BELIEVE ON THEIR WORDS

Very Bad experience!! Unless u have cash you shouldn't visit this place.. no swiping machine, no connectivity for payments. Went with parents who are 60+year old, we were going towards water slides (which is a paid activity), parents weren't going into the pool or water for that matter. The security guy who was collecting tickets was so rude he was not allowing parents saying the also have to buy tickets whether they get in to the pool or not?? I said what non sense.. he is like it's like that only here... go n talk to our manager if u have issue.. Then the food, which is another disaster full of salt for anything u have to tell atleast 3 times. We had to wait for 20mins just for the bill to come even after eating. At last after being fed up I said am not gonna pay the bill n leaving they bought it.. I'd suggest not to go at this place if u wanna have a good outing there are many better places with good service.. I'm not going der for second time ever again!!

I have visited when i was in 20's , resort located in outskirts of hyderabad , with beautiful garden , approximately the resort is in 20 acres , with wide range of facilities, they have swing pool, food courts , rooms for stayin , with beautifully atmosphere

low maintenance.....high price.....and worst service....i would recommend jalvihar instead ......

Very Pocket Friendly compared to all other resorts ...they have huge lawns for wedding and functions,water park for fun ..best part is privacy during water activities

Only two slides were working, most of the things are under repair or not working. The wave pool was working but they won't start until you continuously ask the staff to start 😔 and they will do it for not more then 5 min😂. The ambiance is good 👍 food I'll give 4 out of 5 star ⭐ good but the quantity was very less .

It's a worst resort .no neatness, don't know since how may days they did not sweep ,we felt like we came to a forest green leaves on the trees n dry leaves on the ground .no it is so stinky the place where they asked a us to sit n have lunch,n the cushions were so dirty don't know from how many months they did not wash.we were traveling from Mehdipatnam to the resort we were so exhausted n the place spoiler our mood n food is also not good.If u people are not allowing outside food then give some nice food n create nice restaurants . after see the restaurant over there we left the resort because we were hungry n it was 3:45pm .we were there at 1.30 n we left at 3:45 hardly we have spent 2:15 hours only .the food was not nice n we were hungry so we left the place atleast they could have served nice food ,may be we could have sit till evening.then we left not had lunch in a restaurant then v went home .we were so exhausted.

One of my horrible experiences. No value for money. No proper maintainace. No proper responce. Negligent staff. Horrible food. If u really want to experience awful day....... then this is the place.

Non supporting staff and modularity. The conference Hall is in very bad condition with non working AC. Management is very much nonoperative and always try to gain benefits by causing loss to you when you oragnised a party.. This Is my personal experience and I have organised a party there..very bad experience not recommended even for bdy party also.

Loved this place I went for picnic and I enjoyed Alot the water slides are very nice and they are so many rides here to enjoy good place

Apart from pictures it was me mind-blowing and fantastic it is a place where friends and family can enjoy but the food was worst or else it would be a 5 star place my suggestion is to take food and eat there !!

Called to enquire about accommodation. Person who picked up spoke very rudely when I asked him for information on rooms. He disconnected the phone without giving any proper information. Best avoid visiting this place.
