Decoration was done ok..but food was not at all good spoons were also not provided for food.We has done vegetarian dinner but food was worse.Starters were not good mainly they donot maintain quality in food.

"Food managing is worst" ..we had a engagement ceremony on 18th April 22. Where we have to wait for food to b bought from kitchen ...The management doesn't know how to be prompt while serving guest. When asked for desert by kids to the serving boy he says it's over how can they say like that when we take the package per plate serving???...Really pathetic experience...they charge high but standards are not upto the mark...waste of doing any sort of functions in this hotet...Really disappointed!!!!

I've opted this hotel as the hotel I wished to stay is sold out. There are only two hotels in the proximity of Noma and this is one of them. First and foremost, the AC remote wasn't working. In fact, I was told that when a person in a room changes the mode, AC in all rooms will be turned off automatically. So I was asked to approach the reception if I need to change the temperature of AC. This was annoying. I was stay here with my friends. Staff was friendly. They serve us with great smile on their face. If you plan to stay in this area then this was good hotel for you. Check in and check out was easier. Comfortable stay.

Very congested place with residential parking place in B2 and No lift facility at B2. Lift is available from B1 for this hotel. Place is good for engagement and birthday parties.. Aqueeqa functions.

Please don't opt for this venue, management are absolutely cheaters and worst people. They don't present what they have committed for. The owners won't even lift the call after the payment has done. They had probably created a fight with us over a place which they were committed before. Work environment. Please don't choose this place.

We have received cockroaches in food.which we have ordered in swiggy. Don't order any food from this restaurant. The restaurant staff has confirmed that they have used pesticides chemical before sending the order dnt ever order from this restaurant for your safety and your family.

On 31st December I went to this place to take some veg& non-veg items.All foods ordered were very bad in taste and even tandoori roti was so hard to eat.Overall food taste is not up to the mark.

Attended Ciara Grand on 12th Sun for reception at 2nd floor, Hall was good with neat seating arrangements, it is suitable for small parties. Ground floor area towards lift should have kept attractive with signage, New people cannot guess where is the lift.

The staff are absolute cheaters. The manager promised us 2nd floor venue but gave us unfinished 3rd floor two days before the wedding and denied that he even promised us the 2nd floor . The food was not good at all. I don't reccomend them at all. If I could I would give them -1 stars
