Extremely disappointed with the lackluster attitude of staff. Admitted due to high BP. After a clear ECG and 2D echo was repeatedly pressurized to undergo an Angio procedure. After external consultation refused to undertake the procedure. It was after this that we were requested to undergo abdomen scan and renal scan. No reason provided for undertaking these procedures.Would not recommend

Extremely bad experience with Dr Balaji, surgeon at srikara hospital ,ecil. From a small boil on my hand,he scared me by telling me that it required a surgery ,wth anesthesia and stitching to be done. The bill was escalated to 7000/ + extra charges. On questioning ,the people at billing counter told they can bargain with the doctor Left the hospital immediately and went sarada hospital,the surgeon ,a gentleman,told me that the wound will heal with medicines and it healed in two days.i don't want to give a single star rating Very bad experience ,one shoud crosscheck before they undergo a procedure in srikara hospital

My experience was regarding Knee cap replacement for my mother-in-law. Dr Vinay was the surgeon, and no hassles at all unlike other major corporate hospitals where you have to run from pillar to post. It was so simple to get the surgery done there. Cost effective too. Met with an accident few months back and it caused me severe pain in my right knee and after the suggestion of my sister I have approached Dr. Vinay Kumar. My Worst experience with the doctors here, they don’t follow rules being a doctor knowing patient consent or patient health confidentiality before sharing the patient diagnosis to other people or family. When patient is alive and he have as right to give his consent of sharing or not sharing the diagnosis with the family or other people. They will not think about the patient, like what will he go through of sharing such sensitive information with family or other people who visited to check on condition. They treat people with ill manners, as far I have seen it’s not an ICU in this hospital I felt like some fish market/ government hospital ward with people fighting on jobs, bunch of doctors sitting in ICU and discussing the diagnosis while patients are being watched by making fun of the sick. If you want good treatment and better care for your diagnosis then review before you admit. I don’t say all doctors are bad but doctors who don’t follow basic procedures of patients&doctors confidentially. They are not qualified doctors.

I fell at my home on 10/08/2020,immediately rush to the hospital with unbearable pain and unable to move my hand,Dr karan Patel advice x-Ray I was daigonise that fracture in my right hand underwent surgery on next day .afrter 3week's Dr advice for physio.Dr Bharadwaj sir guided me for 15 days ,now my hand is completely normal and am able to drive my car.Thankfull to all staff

I have a very bad experience with the hospital. we visited the hospital to get my wife health checked for cardiac purpose. from the entrance itself, the premises was so unhygienic and shabbily maintained. it looks worst than a government hospital. coming to the consultation, the doctor was so unresponsive, he didnt have courtesy to ask the patient about the illness. he casually wrote tests. on the second visit, the doctor was so erratic, not to mention, he did not come to hospital for two days, and aggressive, which is not expected from a doctor. i respect doctors, no doubt, but not on this occasion. i wish and pray to got that i should not visit the hospital again let whatever may happen. doctor at cardiology is not upto a patient's trust. i know that the hospital will not bother about all these reviews since in covid time, the doctors who are in the forefront are real soldiers protecting the patients, but not the other doctors who are trying to mint.

I have been to Raghavendra Srikara Hospital for orthopaedic surgery for my mother. Unfortunately she had 2 surgeries in span of 12 months and Dr.Vinay Kumar treated her with care and her recovery was also quick. My mother underwent a treatment under guidance of Dr. Rachel ma'am, she is very caring and her treatment is very good, my mother recovered very soon and all other doctors are also very caring and supportive. Immediately they took care of me in that emergency and under directions of Dr. Vinay Kumar, Orthopedic Surgeon, i was advised and was admitted for surgery of my shoulder dislocation and fracture. It went on successfully and all the other helping doctors and staff were very helpful. I thank Dr. Vinay Kumar and everyone for their supportive behaviour and getting me discharged in 2 days. I am really satisfied with the services and care offered by this Hospital. Nursing Department is really a great support. They are readily available and do whatever and how much they can. The maintenance is really satisfactory. I feel its affordable and satisfactorily worthy.

As far as the treatment were concerned there is no complaints and patient was looked after very well.I would like to compliment the doctors and nursing staff for their dedicated service. However there is scope for improvement in the house keeping department and their ambulance service less said about them the better.

Balaji Sir is an excellent doctor. You may find him very harsh in the first instance but you should understand he is not getting any thing by being harsh to you. He doesn't follow the sugar coating kind of treatment with the patients, he simply let you know what is the actual problem and where we are doing mistakes even though it might hurt the patients. Very professional and very able doctor. As far as i am concerned, i have become a big fan of him.

At the very onset, it took the ambulance 1 hour to reach us . On entry.... i experienced one of the worst hospitality extended to customers. There is no parking, No place to sit in the lobby, Attendants are rude in their way of talking. Inmates should be educated that we visitors, contribute to their incomes & should fine-tune their ethics. Even the one toilet that is available for paying customers is so filthy.

Had a great experience in the hospital, doctors and staff assistance is really great and also the food provided to the patients is nice. Overall this can be considered as a good hospital in our neighborhood.

The treatment given in the hospital is extremely good. Dr.pranay he is very caring and his treatment is very good, all other doctors are also very caring and supportive. Constant care taken by each one of the staff members - Nurses, Supporting staff. All the staff are very friendly. The overall maintenance of the hospital like cleanliness, hygiene etc. is worthy.

My mother has admitted in this hospital. She undergone a proximal humerus surgery. Best treatment they have provided here. Doctors, Nurses and staff are really helpful in every aspect wherever we need. Special thanks to Dr. Vinay Kumar Garu for this dedication and respect towards patient was really appreciated.
