The locality of the hotel was phenomenal and so was the service they were always ready to help. Front desk person and all the staffs were very friendly and courteous. Rooms were big too but felt a bit damp but it might be because of the weather here so no issues for me. Everything was clean and great 😊

Very good service, courteous staff, Mr. Morris and Mr. Hari from reception desk are very good. Clean rooms. 24/7 hot water, good A/c, Tv .. all working, Changing laundry and cleaning rooms is regular. I came with family and I will come again. Recommended for all.

I have checked in this stay by watching positive reviews only, really a good stay. Good Room, Hygiene Restroom, Good Staffs.... Also every room has smoke sensor and strictly smoking and drinking not allowed. Also we can order foods through online app, hence this lodge don't have resturant but this is not a big deal, walkable distance so many restaurants available. Particularly in this area this much good stay and maintaining hats off to them... Sure Recommend

The room was clean and good. Best for family stay. The location is near stadium so best hotel to stay during cricket matches. Staff was helping and very friendly, good house keeping. The only disappointment I have from this hotel is they do not have kichen in their hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. Our request for early check-in (though with some extra charges as we made booking through app) was appreciated and we got our rooms in time. They donot have restaurant however the food delivery services came to rescue, and Bells Grand Inn helped us with cutlery. This is quite close to the beach (just about a 10 minute walk) and there is a fine restaurant just downstairs. location is just opposite Chidambaram Cricket Stadium and hence easy to spot. The staff is very courteous who got us tea on time on request from the nearby vendor. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai on a budget. This place has quite the service apartment vibes and next time i might just directly book the place by calling them, this way, i would get 24hrs stay instead of the standard check in checkout schedule. All in all, i had a good stay, much within our budget, so much so that I booked this stay twice.

I visited the hotel on 7th September after midnight due to flight delay and I was exhausted. The hotel room including the washroom was clean. Air conditioner was working well. Also, they also provided toothbrush, toothpaste and comb which was complimentary in a pouch. I had a good night sleep after an exhausting flight experience. All in all it was a great experience at the Bells Grand INN Hotel.

One the best budget hotels in Chennai for tourists/women travellers. The staff can communicate in Telugu, Hindi, English and Tamil. Morris (reception) and the room boys are very helpful.

Due to our unplanned trip to chennai, we were unable to get any rooms in our usual hotel stay as it was completely booked. We were searching nearby hotels around 11 pm and found this place. A decent budget stay, their rooms are neat and equipped with instant tea and coffee powders, kettle, water bottle, AC, TV, Fan, Towels, Tooth Brush, Soaps, Comb. Only Parking will be an issue for 4 wheelers.

I stayed at BELLS GRAND INN for my Chennai leg of covering the Cricket World Cup. This was great decision to choose this location in all respects, location, ease of movement to various places around the area. The rooms were clean and tidy. Common areas were hygienic and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Starting from the late night check-in till me leaving the place, I had a good time. The convenience and ease of the whole check-in and check-out process was truly commendable. A special mention to Mr. Ramanan and his boys for taking good care of me. I would certainly recommend BELLS GRAND INN for travelling people who are visiting Chennai to witness the games at Chepauk.

It's the best hotel you can get in that area. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff and manager were also very helpful and polite. We had a great stay in there thank you for your hospitality.

The room was so good. I recommend it for families. But the price per night is not budget friendly. It was worth it anyway. I was initially given a Window room 209. I felt so good since I can see M A C Stadium gates from room. After sometime, I faced some problem with the restroom lock. I called reception. A room boy came with a rupee coin and tried some tricks. Didn't work. A technician, I think, came shortly and tried the same trick with rupee coin. Didn't work again. Told me that the lock need to be replaced. I gave the room card to receptionist and informed about the same. He said it would be rectified soon. When I came back after a few hours, the receptionist was another one. I asked my room card and asked about the replacement of lock. He said that I need to change my room. I was shifted to 306. My question here is "Why can't you change a lock that is around 500-700rs in 4 hours? Do I need to change a room just because of this reason even after 4 hours?" Your Inn has very good ratings and reviews. How can you do this to me? I paid nearly 2.5k per night.

The hotel room including the washroom was clean. AC & TV was working well but fan regulator was not working. Also breakfast facility isn't there. Smoking should be prohibited inside hotel premises and lobby area. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Located near many famous places in Chennai. Cab, Auto, Train, Bus easily available. This hotel is very close Tamil Nadu tourism office which happens to be the originating stop for Tirupathi tour bus by ttdc. Hotel is just 500 mtr from the office and the property is worth the price . Great rooms with almost brand new interiors. Mr Hari from the reception was very kind enough to make our stay pleasant.

I needed a place to stay with easy walking accessibility to the Napier Bridge at the Marina and I chose Bells Grand Inn on the recommendation of a friend. The place provides rooms with comfortable beds and clean toilets. The rooms are not very large, but served the purpose for an overnight stay. The room had all the basic necessities, well functional air conditioning and was brightly lit. They do not house a restaurant, but there are plenty of options around the place with choices for both veg and non-veg food. If you are looking for a place with close access in and around the Marina beach or the MAC stadium in Chepauk, this place is highly recommended!

We booked this room for India vs Australia match during World Cup 2023. The rooms and service are very good and ideal for people visiting for cricket match as it’s just opposite to stadium. Special kudos to management as they follow ethical practices and not increasing pricing exuberantly during high demand.

Nice hotel.. Near to Marina beach (around 800 meter).. Nearest metro station is Government estate (around 1 km). Hotel rooms are bit small but room and washroom was new and clean.. We were charged 1600 rs, in that price range it's good for few day stay..

Located In the central part of chennai. 50 meters near chepak stadium and 700 metres from Marina beach and memorial. This lodge is the most recommended if you want a neat place to stay. Pros- The location and easy access to all kinds of transportation, there is a local bus stop and an auto stand right in front of the inn. A bunch of restaurants and food stalls right near and access to the delivery app. Cons - there is no in-service food like breakfast lunch or dinner. 10/10 would stay there again

Personally, when I invite friends or family for an event and you need to book a hotel, many a times you come across hotels with minimal facilities but exorbitant prices. But so far, this is the best place I can recommend at the heart of the city. Five stars ⭐️

Best location to stay near Marine Beach and in Chepauk stadium. Small rooms, but clean. Parking space is limited 2-3 cars can park that too on the roadside. Next to the hotel itself there is Anjapar restaurant for dining.
