    Hi I would like to give my genuine review about this place. I have joined in the month of February, Within a month I found my energy level raised a lot through the breathing exercises and my body becomes more flexible when days proceeds. Since 6 months have gone, the most important improvement in my body is I am getting my menopause on time, usually I use to get plus or minus 6 days but after practicing yoga, it hits on time. Yoga instructor Chitra mam is very professional in handling the class and friendly, easily approachable person, when it comes to clearing your doubts. I highly recommend this place for the people who wish to change their life. Thank you Kavitha

    I would like to share that this studio has a divine energy where you feel so positive. It’s been 4 months since I have joined Thivas Yoga Studio. At 1st it was hard for me with the help of chithra mam its bit easy for me now.I can feel my body is now slight flexible and I feel fresh everyday it’s all because of her thank you mam!💯She guides everyone and motivates everyone to be healthy and lead a happy life. One of the best yoga instructor. I would higly recommend.Thank you mam for your support and guidance❤️

    Three months since I joined Thivas and it has been a great journey so far. When you have a dedicated instructor in Rachana Mam, one is bound to see and feel the change and transformation in your body and mind. Combination of asanas, cardio and breathing exercises makes it effective and not doing the same exercises on a daily basis makes it even more interesting. Her constant motto I would say is "TRUST ME IN THIS JOURNEY AND LEAVE THE REST TO ME". Highly recommend this studio if you really prioritise your health!

    Hi, I really enjoyed all the yoga 🧘‍♀️postures and the stretch exercises are really a super and the stretches we did with dumbbells are truly amazing. Cardio sessions made the day energetic, stick yoga was also nice. I previously used to do surya namaskar but your fastest surya namaskar was very effective and energetic..Really enjoying all the classes.. Thanku very much.. By seeing the changes in me, my wife will also join the classes from Monday.. 🙏🙏

    It's been two months of my yoga journey. I was suffering with anxiety. After joining in Thivas yoga I start realizing the gradual improvement in my stamina, inner peace and Day by day i feel my energy level is high after yoga session. I would like to thank chitra mam for training different asana, yoga , cardio exercise , meditation ,breathing method etc., And her method of teaching is amazing. Highly recommend

    Hi am 30 year old victim of rheumatoid arthritis mother of two children for me every day life was very hard with the pain and had to take care of kids was mentally and physically effected. I was on medicine for two years with full of steroids and other hormonal tablets which led to severe gastrointestinal problem so I was forced to stop on medicines so decided to go to gym to loose weight but then luckily found Thivas yoga studio where their logo says “Say no to medicine “after speaking to Rachana mam I gained so much of confidence that I can overcome auto immune disease. Such a genuine and humble person who is very passionate towards her job. At first it was quite challenging for me to do but later I could feel the change in me less stiffness on my legs and hand swelling has reduced. Her breathing techniques was very useful and it wasn’t the same old postures ,each day she used to bring up new monthly challenges rope ,stick , cardio , dumbbells exercises it was a mixed treat. And I started loosing weight too. I would really suggest Thivas yoga centre as they really consider towards our wellness than anything. Thank you Rachana mam for bringing up a positive change in me to over come all my trials.

    I joined Thivas Yoga Studio November 2022 and I really feel happy for making the right decision of joining here. Chitra is a wonderful yoga instructor and humble person. She gave me confidence and with her support and motivation, I could overcome my Gastric and Anxiety issues. Breathing exercises and OM mediation which we are doing during our daily yoga classes helps a lot to get relieved from Stress and insomnia. Asanas and Cardio workouts greatly supports in toning body. Overall it’s a wonderful journey and awesome changing experience.

    I joined thivas yoga studio a year back…Rachana mam is highly knowledgeable and a dedicated person. Even though the class timing is 1hr she extends class up to 1hour 20 minutes to complete the planned exercises. Before joining this class, I suffered with wheezing, palpitations. Now it’s almost cured. Thanks to Rachana Mam. Her breathing exercises helped me a lot. Highly recommended...

    Now a days very hard to find out good yoga mentor with good care person. Rachana Mam is one of the best.. she always motivates and gives more valuable guidence to take care our health and fitness. Last three months we are part of this yoga family and realizing many changes in our mental and physical fitness..     It was a great experience on performing Yoga at Thivas Yoga Studio. Ratchana mam is a well experienced professional trainer and has been very much supportive in my daily yoga schedule. I have been here for over 4 months now and have felt very much energetic than earlier. The regular yoga, stretches, breathing exercises has helped me a lot on my daily work too.
