Billing person is doing dual work, billing and folding, packing the dress, so billing is taking too much time.

Had a worst experience today. None of the staffs came and asked what am looking for or guided on the sizes am looking for. I myself searched and trailed my dresses. Those women staffs are not even ready to arrange back the dresses back to the place which I opened and saw. They treated very badly talking behind me with all nonsense words. When I asked why talking behind like this they are showing so much attitude 😡. I raised a complaint to the manager but I don't think any action will be taken on this. Infact the shop was empty without much customers. Only 1 or 2 were there. These womens are sittting and talking big boss stories and chilling out. I don't want them to come and help us. Atleast they could behave properly to customers.
