Average rooms. TV remotes didn’t work and didn’t get fixed unless called twice. Found tiny cockroaches in the bathroom initially and then in the room. Breakfast service is slow. Items are kept in small quantities and one has to wait for refill.

I booked 3 rooms for my guests who came to attend our family wedding by paying an advance amount. I shared the guest list with check-in details before their arrival. At the time of arrival, guests couldn't check-in with their names and were not treated properly. One of our guests was denied a room and the reception staff's tone with the guest was highly improper for their incompetence in providing the room despite collecting an advance amount. My calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored when the guests were struggling with no room. They failed to share their manager's number despite many requests. At the time of vacating, they asked my guests for money instead of me. Please do not book this hotel for your guests because they will treat our guests inferior. The staff at reception are not friendly and blame the guests for their incompetence in providing the room. WORST CHECK-IN EXPERIENCE EVER.

Pebbles is located in Tnagar which is in the heart of Chennai. It takes 30-40 mins from Chennai Airport. Of you Re aware of metro routes you can reach by metro as well. Very quite place with very nice specious rooms with breakfast facility available in the morning. Parking us also available. Service is very good, the guys just cate for their customers 😀 👍

One of the best location in Chennai, all famous commercial shopping centres are nearby. The service apartment is neat and clean, with polite staff. Breakfast buffet is available, however lunch and dinner options are not available. There are lot of good restaurants nearby though. Overall was a pleasant stay with family.

Rooms and location were nice but the bathrooms and service was the worst. I told the guy at reception that I would be checking out early as I had a flight. Half way thru my shower there was no water. I had to call multiple times to get them to turn the water back on. Who shuts the water off in a service apartment. Absolutely disgusting. And when I went down to check out everyone was fast asleep. Snoring away. I would not recommend this place.

We have booked for nov30 to dec2 2023 through goibibo but due to heavy rains on 29th Nov 2023 and further red alert by IMD due to Cyclone.we had to cancel the trip. Before cancelling the trip we called the hotel to cancel the booking and refund the amount since it's cancellation due to natural emergency, hotel informed since the booking is through goibibo they cannot refund and we have to contact goibibo. We contacted goibibo on 29th and informed about cancelling the trip due to prevailing Cyclone alert and we were told by goibibo since the cancellation is due to natural emergency they will provide the refund after confirming with hotel and their internal Policy. We followed up with goibibo on 4th we got reply that they are still to get confirmation form hotel. After 4th till 10th was not able to connect goibibo since all my calls were disconnected by their automated system. On 11th I got somehow connected to goibibo executive and had again explain my story to them and their reply was standard one ready for all we are checking with hotel and refund you within 48 hrs. This time even emailed them. On 14 again contacted the goibibo executive Mr rithik and once again explained my story and got reply they have escalated the issue and hotel had denied the refund and need to wait for 48 hrs. On 16th again contacted goibibo and explained the issue all over again to their executive and floor supervisor for 45 mins and they reply per their goibibo Policy they will not refund since it was cancelled at last moment and their area manager says it was not raining in chennnai on 29th and since Cyclone warning was for 2nd Dec 2023 only we should have travelled in the prevailing cyclonic condition. The hotel and goibibo are not considering that trip was cancelled due to Cyclone condition and they will not refund the amount. They are only for money. Don't book pebbles and never book through goibibo #goibibo. The hotel is not picking the calls also. Becareful they are money minded hotel and don't ever try staying in their hotels.

It is a good budget hotel to stay for a couple of days if on a work trip. The service needs to be improved. The breakfast could be served by 7.30 or 8.

Extremely dirty and the staff did nothing to help. Sheets and blankets were not changed. There were stains and markings from the past, and when we asked to change them, we were denied. The staff claimed there were not any sheets remaining. The bathroom reeked, and was dirty. The mirror was broken. Overall disgusting, find somewhere else to stay.

Friendly staff and, in fact, we have forgotten to take one of our pouches while vacating, and the staff have sent those things to my place through courier. I really appreciate your act and our wishes for a successful business years ahead.

If you're looking for a super affordable place that is generally clean and in a more clean place of T Nagar - this is the spot. Look no further. Simple breakfast and clean beds - thats all you need if you are on a hectic shopping trip.

I stayed in Pebbles during my recent trip to Chennai. The suit room was extremely clean & comfortable. Location was perfect within walking distance to Pondy Bazaar. The staffs were extremely professional & helpful. Breakfast was just what one needs to kick start the day! We did have an issue with the air conditioner, which was addressed promptly by the management. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serviced room stay in the heart of Chennai. Keep up the good work & continue to maintain the quality, Pebbles!

Great place to stay. Location is also good. Breakfast was provided and they were actually good. Room allotment took sometime as we reached early. They gave us temporary room to refresh and we moved to our alloted room. Overall a customer friendly place to stay and enjoy. Limited rooms only so check availability.

Nice location. Decent service and rooms. No inhouse restaurant, but buffet breakfast is served - veg (though eggs available and served on order). One mineral water bottle per day per room given as complementary, rest chargeable at 30 Rs each ! Street shopping area Ranganathan Street within 2-3 kms from here.

The stars are only for the location. The cleanliness and quality of the room has really gone down. We were provided with bloodied and soiled sheets. When requested to change them, they didn't have any additional sheets to change. Will definitely look for a better hotel next time.

The rooms were of a decent size. It was extremely clean and so was the bathroom. There was a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The AC functioned well. The amenities were basic but sufficient. The bath had hot & cold water at all times and the shower was perfect. The staff were polite and fairly prompt. The check-in and checkout process was quick. And yes, the location couldn't be any better Yes, this is a hotel. Definitely not a service apartment as the name claims. What you get is a room and an attached bath as in a hotel. There is no extra service provided that one wouldn't get in a hotel. This is not a complaint but a fact

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff is very cooperative and polite. We had a good stay with family for two nights in Chennai. Location is also very good, close to T Nagar market and Pondy bazar. Breakfast is good but not much variety. But overall this place is value for money

For an economic mid range hotel this gave a good account of itself. The bed comfort and quality of the sheets and pillows was an excellent surprise and the Tamil breakfast, superb plus all you could eat It is perfectly situated in a quiet street off the bustling Pondy Bazarr. Staff very friendly and 24 hour check in. The only small criticism is that the shower box could do with a vigorous clean.

Modern serviced apartment with good aircon and friendly staff. Good value for money. Breakfast was good with omelette and toast offered to us as well as Indian breakfast. Good shower. Some parking in hotel and also on road. Location is handy for shops and restaurants.

Location gets 5 *, it's on the side road and not impacted by the traffic noise. It's a no frill service apartment with clean room and average bathroom. The fixtures are kinda rusted and old but functional. They have simple breakfast but it needs **really** needs improvement. Just idly and Pongal for most days and you gotta go before 9am. You get basic wifi but it's spotty sometimes. If you need a place to crash and do some work, this place fits the bill. My biggest complaints are: * There is no work table which is a must for me * The curtains are light filtering and bothering in the day time if you want to take a quick nap Btw, the staff are super nice and accommodative.

Neat and decent rooms. They serve only breakfast. They need a little course in serving food. But overall a good place to stay when you are travelling on budget. The location of the apartment is the biggest advantage.

Definitely worth my stay and the hotel is very neat and clean. I absolutely loved staying here at the very affordable price. I loved the service and breakfast menu was very good and the quality of food was also very good. I would rather staying at this place and any other shady hotels offered by OYO which are usually utter disappointments.
