Terrible experience… Please don’t trust the images that they have posted here.., it’s not pictures of their hotel, the rooms are pathetic… We booked 5 double occupancy rooms (4 persons per room at Rs 1800) online for a wedding, when we reached they gave all different kinds of rooms where only 2-3 people can stay and the rooms were filled with black ants even on the beds (even this was okay as we didn’t have time for searching new rooms) The MOST UNACCEPTABLE thing was they have kept Water bottle with 2 glasses next to it, but the bottle was very dirty. When asked about it “he said it’s just kept for “Decoration” purpose and it’s tap water not for drinking. What a stupid reply was that? When a kinley water bottle is kept in your hotel room, u obviously assume it’s drinking water!!!😡😡😡 What if our children drank it and fall sick??? We started to wonder even for a Rs 20 water bottle they were not taking the responsibility to maintain the hygiene then what will be the status of the mattress, pillows n bed sheets…😤😤😤

Very worst, i have booked 2 rooms through booking.com 1 week before itself. In that hotel also, 2 members called me and they got my confirmation also, but after reaching the hotel they said rooms not available, then they r guiding to other hotel, but that hotel cost also very expensive, Finaly we stayed in that expensive hotel for just 6 hours. I booked the room for 5 days and then cancelled it. They helped me to cancel.vthen I rebooked it for 3 days saying it may be lesser and they said its ok and they will refund if there is a change. Next day I said I wanted to check out meaning it was for 1 night only. They refused to give the refund. Do I stayed there for a night and then extra 2 nights is empty? Would someone else book that 2 nights with payment? SAIBALA INN IS A FRAUD. DONT EVEN THINK OF BOOKING WITH THIS INN IT IS OUT

Don't go this lodge.. Ladies not safe and they are money minded... Smoking smell don't waste your money and be safe your ladies and kids... They using abusing words in front of ladies and manager driking the night and treat the customer like a dog... Please safe your women and kids

This hotel cancelling your booking a day before if you booked online for more money. During wedding season they used to get very high demand, hence they increase the room price and cancel previous booking. If you do not have option then please don't book this hotel online. I heard this kind of news recently from friends but who cares about and take action these type of forgery. I request avoid booking small budget hotel by online or get confirmation from hotel after booking because I have paid the full amount while booking but still they cancelled the rooms. Especially when you are in function mood they spoil it easily.

This is a very nice place to stay. People are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Very homy atmospher. Everything I needed they did their best to take care. The reception man was very pleasant and helpful. The owner (or manager) Ravi is also very polite, humble, and carrying. Room was clean and bed confortable. AC was new and worked very silently. There is a very nice grocery store just next door to the hotel. There you can find many items. The street is also nice, safe to walk, and the hotel is easy to find. Airport taxi is offered for a very reasonable price. I am so happy I found this place and surely would come back and sincerely recommend.

For the convenience of air travel, I searched the internet for resorts near the airport. Based on good reviews, I chose a double bed room for my family at Sai Bala Inn Lodge at Pammal, No. 5 Vadivel Street, Pallavaram. This was my first experience in this lodge. I reached this Saibala Inn by an Auto from Egmore railway station as the route was quite long so the Auto driver found it difficult to locate the lodge, also I felt that the lodge is located far away from the urban area. The lodge owner charged me ₹2470 (including taxes) for 1 day's stay. The quality of the room was ok for the price but it felt like the room was recently vaccated as the hair was scattered in the room here and there, the dustbin was not cleaned, the bed sheet and pillow were found soiled, the room Ceiling and wall ceiling is not made properly. I complained to the owner and he assured me that I would be reserved another room but no. More affordable lodges with better facilities can be found in the urban area of ​​Chennai city, because this lodge is far away from the urban area and there is no restaurant available nearby, but on placing the order, the owner of the 'Sai Bala Inn' himself arranges food, which is much more expensive than the nominal restaurant's rate. I would not recommend this Saibala Inn Lodge for family or group of tourists. This lodge can only be of use to bachelors. Moreover on the day of checkout from hotel room number 207, water was not coming from any of the bathroom taps. After reporting the problem to the lodge receptionist I waited there for about half an hour but no one came to see the problem. The boarding time for my flight was nearing, so I quickly checked out of the hotel and left for the airport. My personal opinion is that before check-in in this hotel check all the above mentioned points and give money in hand only after getting assurance from the owner.

Rooms are really good but most interesting thing for me is I can clearly see the planes moving above us... Who are interested in taking plane pics can book a room and enjoy...

I stayed in this hotel in 2019, it was good at that time. Clean room and good staff so I booked it again BUT this time it was pathetic. Room was dirty, cobwebs were there at many corners of the room, no toiletries. ABOVE ALL THEY CHRAGE ME FOR DRINKING WATER TOO .

It is an decent room, where you can stay for a while, pros it is near to airport. Cons according to me, bedsheets in the rooms was torn, room key was not given, and wifi doesn't work.

The rooms was very dirty and the pillows and bedsheet full of strains of blood... in all the bed matress they have joined into 3 pieces if we sleep a night full body pain and neck pain strongly recommended not to waste money.... Don't event thinkg of staying here, the MD of the hotel will say something else, the manager will say somthing else, and the front desk will say something else. It is just a full confusion to make money. Also if you do ever think of booking please do it online cause they will charge more at the hotel or if you call them. They and pety and very rude people. Just to make money they will put extra charges at the end of your stay and make it so you will get tired of arguing with them and in the end pay. I even asked for Cctv footage and audio to prove what they said last time but they didn't have it available and said the guy who told you this price is not well and not here. A bunch of cheats do not trust this place at all.

according to the website and on the all the other booking platforms, they were saying that you will get free airport shuttle however, they charged us Rs.350 per trip and when I was asking this, he said yeah I can manage the shuttle for free but you have to pay for the shuttle which was really pathetic. on my booking, the breakfast was included. Where is he said he can’t provide us any breakfast

They charge excessive. Rooms are not properly maintained. Wifi was not working, cot was not properly maintained.

A decent budget hotel. Clean rooms and toilets. Bathroom floor is slippery, maybe adverse for senior citizens.

Worst hospitality. Staffs charging extra payments during checkout though we have enough details in online booking. Also, the complementary water bottles provided are not sealed, they just reuse the same bottles and refilling them. Just for name sake they have TV, no subscription for channels available. Receptionist not available to pick the service calls, we have to keep trying frequently every few mins gaps for room service. Cleanliness of washroom was literally bad during checkin. Ravi Sankar is the manager who cheats on the payment.

It's okay to book here for those who have night flight or early morning flights. It was located nearest to the airport as well roads were narrow streets roads not so smooth conditions. Rooms were okay but service were moderate. My choice is don't choose third floor choose first and second Stay, Refresh and Fly.

I am giving this review for Sayed Mansur who is cheated with us. We have advance booking and also booked for cab for pickup us from airport. After reaching at Chennai airport nither the driver has picked up my call nor Sayed Mansur. We have called in hotel also they said that they allotted the room to other person. So request to all don't trust them and don't go there they are all frauds.
