Great place to stay for different kind of trips... Quiet calm and safe place...

Great place for a getaway and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Hotel is good but location is a bit far from main city

It was a great stay. Every staff member is very polite and customer centric. I go extra mile to make the customer feel satisfied. The view from the balcony is great. Wifi is little slow which is kind of better when you are on a vacation. The location of the hotel is also so quite. You can chill in your balcony with a book in your hand and a pleasant read.

I visited here with a package trip. I liked the hotel. It's very good. I liked the food also. Staff is very co-operative, and maintenance is good. The only issue is you don't have a lift here, and it's built top to bottom. So you enter on the top floor and the rooms are further down. But it has a very good view. While ooty is visible from here at night, and it looks awesome. 👌 You have got private balcony as well.

I stayed here with my family for 2 days, I would say it's ok type hotel. Room charges(5k-6k) looks high. Room size is very small, things were broken in room and bathroom. Balcony was also completely closed so I was doesn't look like proper balcony. I would say few things are good like view from close balcony mirror is good. Staff is also friendly.

We really had a wonderful time here with Fantastic view from the room & very peaceful. Clean n well maintained rooms Delicious food & Amazing hospitality Professional & courteous staff. Unlimited breakfast , just so tasteful Would love to visit again. Highly recommended. It’s very close to the tea factory & eagle adventures making it a great place to stay.

Very worst experience. There is no proper check out time for this hotel. If they get better tariff than what you paid, immediately they will threaten you and throw you out at anytime after you checked in. To give a complaint I asked for hotel bill with GST, and they refused to give that. They abused with words as well, They are very rude and family people never prefer to go for this place and you will be corned and send everyone out at any time without any intimation. Very worst experience ever had.

Overall a very good hotel. Service was prompt and staff was very friendly. Breakfast is very nice. The restaurant also serves tasty food. One thing which hotel need to improve is wifi signal.

Had an amazing time at Hotel Ultimate, Ooty. Rooms were very clean and decent and could accommodate 3 people easily. The best part is the rooms having full picturesque view of whole Ooty which I could enjoy 24x7. The food served there was very delicious especially the breakfast! The place was near to some of the local visiting points also. Last but not the least the staff and it's service was exemplary special thanks to Mr. Shankar, Mr. Kumar Val and Mr. Ravi who all went out of their way to accomodate our requirements! All in all a pleasant stay and people should go for it!

Superb accommodation.The services are good I felt I'm at home. Food was top class. The best part was all the members were very good with down to earth attitude. View from hotel to Ooty city is very pleasing and also it's in the hills so one can see sun rise and sun set both. Hotel service is also good and staff behaviour is very good. Only drawback is the road to the hotel. It's narrow and broken and no Street light.

One of the best hotel in Ooty. You get access to a beautiful room and a balcony with a city and valley view. It is located on top of the city therefore it is very peaceful and we get a view of valleys and tea farms from the property. The owners are very respectful and is always there to help. The food is also amazing and affordable. Would highly recommend.

I just came back from Ooty trip and can say without any doubt that hotel Ultimate is one of the best hotels in Ooty. Their hospitality is so good that it feels like staying at home. The rooms are cozy and the view is breathtaking. The food is also delicious. All the hotel staff are very cooperative and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and stress-free stay in Ooty.

My stay at Hotel Ultimate Ooty was truly pleasant. The combination of excellent room service, courteous staff, delicious food, clean rooms with a fantastic balcony view, and the complementary breakfast made it a wonderful experience overall.

You should definetly spend a night in this hotel! It has such a beautfull view from the rooms, the rooms themself are great and clean. Staff is friendly and helpfull, they have a restaurant, you can go hiking… for nature lovers like me this is it! And the price is really affordable for what you get

Had a great experience staying at Hotel ultimate. Every person on the staff is very polite, helpful. Clean rooms with an awesome view from the balcony. They also helped us in getting local cab service for sight seeing around at a reasonable price. The food at the restaurant is spicy so just ask them ahead to adjust it.

One of the best place for families and people here are very polite. Place is neat and clean well maintained. Restaurant is also available here which is also nice. Overall a nice and good view point to stay @ooty.

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. It is located close to (Homewood) tea factory and tea museum - about a 5 mins walk. The only concern was the reachability, as you will have to rely either on your own transport or call an auto. Food in their restaurant was really good (both quantity and price wise).
