Nice residential to live but the road in front of it is flooded in monsoon season so yeah make decision according to that

good place to live... also more than enough common space for residents... e.g. lobby area too big... but not tight security... it's ok for residents but also more loophole for robbers... overall good...

Greetings of the day folks. If you are really interested in this property please read full review. I will try to cover all topics in all aspects. I own 2 apartments and 1 shop in this scheme. Further I will divide this review in topics. 1. First of all I am defying all negative reviews for a reason. Somebody has written that builders are proudy and very rude. Moreover he added that this is not parmeshwar group. I'm dening his comment. They are Pioneer of this group and they are active since 18 years in this particular area and I'm not the one who's saying this, everyone knows that very well. These builders are bound by their principles so they won't compromise their work for a person. A). That person is saying about LIFT that these lifts are assembled. First of all those lifts are built by Mitsutech lifts ( Laxmi lifts) whic is reputed company in this field. B). They have used guide rail by Marazzi S.r.l. Which is Italy based company. C). They used lift motor by Torin Drive which is European company D). They used control panel by step & Monarch which is German company Now their goal was the speed with safety because these are 9 storey towers. That's why they assembled the parts of lift for optimum performance. Now I think you got my point. People should educate themselves before giving negative reviews The other one is claiming that he resides in this project. That person was going against rules of society. So these builders stopped him to do that and not to mention he behaves like unprofessional. Nothing to say more about him. Now let's talk about their workmanship. They are really bound by their principles, whatever they promised initially, they will exactly gives you the same. There's no doubt in that. 2. This scheme is located at zundal tragad Road and this location meets every location within few minutes of distance. You will get everything of your need nearby. 3. More we talk about the building. What an astounding architecture. The building looks so simple yet royal at the same time. They have really invest their time in design. The size of rooms are adequate and meets all your requirements. This is the only project which looks premium yet affordable 4. They have taken care of every small details. They have developed landscapes garden, children play area and have sufficient parking for everyone. In addition they have vast knowledge of this field. 5. They designed the society so well that we can say it a sweet home. I will consider these flat to everyone who wants to feel luxury at reasonable price, please go with your eyes closed. I'm happy to own this property. That's what I have to say folks. TaDa.
