Recently visited this cafe for dinner. This cafe fix your apple devices while you can enjoy quick bites at cafe. We have tried the maxican taxmax Nachos , double twisted Pizza and blue lagoon mocktail. Food was good in taste. Service was bit slow irrespective of we were the only couple in cafe. I have noticed that tables were not properly sanitised and mosquitoes were roaming around. Ambience was okayish type. Main concern was hygiene. So will think twice before visiting this cafe again. But if you are facing any issue with your apple device , you can think to try this cafe once.

First of all i ask them is it possible to make photo of hot coffee then they said yes it is possible and the gave me coffee like this. There is a lack of cooperation and Very disappointed.

WORST Experience i ever had! will Give 0 out of 5 stars first i had been there and asked that manager for dinout pay... she just enter his cafe code and redeemed my dineout offer... then at the end when i asked for my bill and dineout offer... she just denied rudely and said she don't know dineout rules and terms she was not good in talk at all...That lady manager don't even know that how to deal with their customers ... I was at Caffix yesterday with my family and in laws for dinner. I am the same person who rated you 5 stars a few months back. I had praised your cafe a lot before bringing my family for dinner. It really breaks my heart to give you the lowest rating today. I simply cannot decide which was more worse the service or the food itself. The food was just horrible and I could have easily outdone your chef for the dishes that were served to us and Im not even a good cook. It was sooo bad. The chicken keema hardly tasted anything like chicken. It was just soya granules cooked with a bit of chicken to avoid suspicion. The lacha paratha was a jowar/ bajra thepla. And above all, NONE of the dishes had salt added to them. I waited for my order while others came in late and finished their meals. My order arrived waaay too late and all wrong. The other paneer main course dish was also abysmal. They even charged us for 5 water bottles but we ordered just 2 and when I pointed it out, they adjusted the bill and still took away the unopened water bottle that I paid for. We came there to bond with family and have sweet memories but were left with utter disappointment. I wish I could give you a much lower rating. If you charge ₹400-500 per dish atleast make it look like you made an effort.

Suresh is the owner of the cafe and he is pure marketing person....He sells bad products and worst macs ....purchased mac from his shop...it has battery draining issue, heat issue and the bad speaker too. Never purchase any thing from this shop expect food...bcoz they are worst in terms of selling macbooks.

This cafe looks like worker's paradise..!! They have very light music and one can work with great peace of mind. Its in the crowded area still in one peaceful corner where you don't get much noise. Food is also good in taste and price. Justifiable I would say. The Aura of this place is beautiful and so is the staff. Especially the manager - Sunny. He is wonderful at his job. Would surely recommend the same to all my tech geeks out there..!!

One of the best cafe for youngsters with automatic robot who can serve us from water to whole menu. Also food was very tasty and yummy. Must recommend for visit. Most interesting is we can order online and 1 button for calling for bill, water and waiter call. We can play pool too and outside place too for hangouts

Personally I love the cozy atmosphere, service is too good (specially two ladies over thr they are really nice) also i love the taste and quality of the food and if you are a non-vegetarian please do visit once you will surely not regret it.

Don't visit this pathetic cafe. Their staff didn't inform us where we should sit if we want want to work and eat food. Then the owner lady came and started saying you cannot sit here. She was very rude and mannersless. Her behaviour was not professional at all. Looked like she was operating road side shop.

I have an experience with the tech part. I got the laptop screen changed here for my Mac. From my experience, I can say the product is genuine which I got for almost 20% lesser rate than the company price. Plus their confidence and other services are really commendable. They did arrange a safe pick up and drop for the out stationed client like me. I found the technician better that those at the company service centre. This is totally genuine review. I suggest going to caffix rather than company service centre. These people care more for their customers and their products.

I bought a MacBook Air 2018 from here and the MacBook was in amazing condition, not a single scratch. The service is very good and specially the management. Their products are genuine and reliable, pricing of every product is great. Very quiet environment to come and have a break.

Excellent place. I got my iPhone fixed in less than an hour and it took Mr. Suresh 10 mins to diagnose the problem, while the 'official Apple service centre' said it was beyond repair. Recommend this place for a trustworthy and guaranteed service. And excellent coffee.

The idea of this place is very novel. It is combining two of the new generation's favourite things, hanging out with friends and technology. So it combines the two, and makes an effort to give it a new twist. Add yummy food and a cosy ambience to the mix and you have a winner on hand. Awesome place to sit and hangout. It's a tech cafe thet repairs iphone in 30 mins and also has an apple service centre in the cafe. The cafe offers vegetarian as well as non vegetarian selection and has multiple cuisine including indian, oriental, continental and mexican. The food is nice and delicious. The place offers wifi so if you're a remote working professional you can have an awesome ambience to work and chill out. The covid hygiene is in place and it is sanitized thoroughly. Hight recommended!

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and speed of service from Caffix the tech cafe (suresh bhai).The card slot on my MacBook Pro not working.When I contacted them about the issue, they were extremely clear about the process and cost of replacing the card slot.Excellent work,speed and pricing. Sidenote: when working on my computer, they discovered another dust and fan issues that was speedily communicated to me and a highly reasonable price offered given the ongoing work. I suggest that do not visit the apple service Center.visit caffix the tech cafe if you want fastest delivery of your product.

You can also prefer Iced tea if you don't have any grudge for iced tea 😋 One major thing I wanna highlight is for iPhone/iPad lovers. They have inhouse store/facility to fix the iPhone/iPad in 30 mins. So you just need to enjoy your food while your Apple gadget get fixed. We had been witness for the same. They also offer some good buyback offers. Overall very unique and interesting cafe.

I bought a MacBook Pro mid 2015 edition old laptop from this place. Initially, I faced battery issue but did change the battery. MacBook works well now. Very happy with performance as well.

To anyone thinking to buy anything from here, before buying any Apple product from here. Pls do read this. I ordered a macbook pro from here. Costed me 85k + GST. Their warranty is only for 3 months. Within 3 months, my macbook pro stopped charging, I sent the owner (Suresh Nair) the video of my macbook not charging. It was lockdown during that time. So I was in quarantine. 10 days after, I took my macbook to him and he said it is out of warranty. Literally he used abusing and unprofessional words while talking. This is not ever worse. I took my macbook to iVenus (Apple authorized store). They did a diagnostic report of my Macbook and the results were unbelievable. Caffix guy did a lot of unauthorised modification on my macbook pro which ultimately resulted in me forcefully burning my logic board of laptop. Costed me 21k. The charger Caffix gives us is not real,it's fake. So anyone, if you think you're going to get good stuff for low price, you're mistaken. You will not even get official Apple Invoice for your product. All you get is Caffix invoice, which is definitely not accepted by Apple or Authorised stores. Please don't make the same mistake I did. It costed my so much money and mental pressure.

It is one of worst cafe, I have ever been to. The owner lady has no manners and ethics to talk with the customer. They have internal confusion regarding the siting area, Therefore when we entered their staff members suggested us to sit in private lounge as we went there to work. Later the lady arrived and shouted on us like you cannot sit there. She should have informed us in a polite way. Moreover she additionally said if you want to sit you have to order for every two hours 😂 a normal human cant be hungry in every 2 hours. This is totally not a working place. I have visited many other in Ahmedabad. Never heard such rubbish policies regarding sitting hours. And the big draw back is the washroom they don’t have the washroom in the cafe,You have to use the common one outside the cafe. Pathetic😖😖
